Joel's POV
After the next day we flew to Orlando, Florida. We were staying here for a week. I put on an American trunks and a navy v-neck. Uncle Joel and Luke came along with Jesse and Jacob and I. I was hoping that Jesse and I could spend time together but she ended up flirting with Ruslan's son Nick. I got my stuff and started to walk away.
"Hey Joel. Where you going?" Jacob asked.
"Grabbing a bite to eat." I replied.
"My daughter is joining the tour. She's your age." He said as we walked to McDonald's.
"Cool. What's her name?" I asked.
"Julia." He replied.
"Pretty name." I said biting into my hamburger.
"Yeah. What about you and Jesse?" He asked.
"I don't even know." I said.

When we got back to the hotelI took a shower. I put on black basketball shorts and a dark green shirt. I put on black running shoes. I brushed my brown hair. I went downstairs.
"Oh you want to come with me to pick up Julia?" Jacob asked.
"Sure." I said. Jesse ran up to me.
"Sorry we need to break up. Nick is so amazing. It's not me. It's you." She said. I rolled my eyes. And she calls herself a Christian. Doesn't act like it.

We went to the airport to pick her up. Jacob ran and hugged her. She was beautiful. She had brown hair and green eyes. She was wearing a summer green shirt and black shorts with summer green toms.
"Hi I'm Joel." I said holding out my hand.
"I'm Julia." She said shaking my hand. A warm feeling spread up my arm. I smiled.
"Nice to meet you." I said. She smiled and nodded.

Julia's POV
Joel was really handsome. He showed me around the arena. He was really funny and smart. He had brown hair and beautiful blue eyes.
"Jul, you paying attention?" He asked.
Awe he gave me a nickname.
"Totally....not." I said. He laughed and introduced me to his uncles and dad. We went and sat on the stage.
"Where's your mom?" I asked.
"She died four years ago." He said. I hugged him. For the first time I noticed he only had one arm. It stop at his elbow.
"Oh that happened two years ago. Shark attack. Winter Jam tour." He said.
"Oh. Everyone was talking about you. Joel Dixon." I said.
"You met my dad and knew he was Colton Dixon but you didn't realize my last name was Dixon." He said. I laughed.
"Yeah I'm not that smart." I said.
"Sure you are." He said.
"Oh my gosh Joel. I didn't know you were here." A blonde haired girl said. Joel rolled his eyes.
"Julia this is Jesse and her boyfriend Nick." He said.
"Who is this?" Jesse asked glaring at me.
"Jacob Olds' daughter." He said. Jesse sighed and Joel pulled me up and walked off.
"Sorry about that. She broke up with me today." He said. How could someone break up with such a handsome nice guy.
"You probably didn't mean to say that out loud." He said. I blushed and covered my face.
"Jul is really beautiful." He said.
"You said that out loud." I said and poked him.
"Ow!" He said.
"You are such a baby!" I said. He laughed.
"Would you maybe want to go out on a date tomorrow to the beach?" He asked.
"Sure." I  said.
"Tomorrow at 10:45." He said. I was so excited.

Joel's POV
Yes! She said yes!!! I was so happy. I don't know how I had the guts to ask her.

A/n: who do you ship? Jesse and Joel or Julia and Joel. I just realized they all start with Js how am I so dumb. Anyway you guys tell me Josse or Jolia. I will post a picture of Julia next chapter. Song was recommended by christianwhovian !
