Well, I think it's time to address this issue.

This book hasn't been updated in over a month and after I got a notification saying that someone put my book in a collection that was literally named "books that were abandoned" I think it's finally time I tell you the truth.

Am I putting this book on permanent hiatus?

Yes...

...but actually no

I've read though it several times and I realized that the story has many flaws, from major inconsistencies to needlessly complicated plot points that end up being completely useless.

I legitimately don't like writing this anymore since I feel like this is more of a pile of cringy junk rather than an actual fanfic.

I did try to continue it several times but in every way I tried to bring the story on I always ended up seeing something I didn't like and had to start over.

My writing style has also changed a lot over the last months and not only would it not fit with the already published chapters, but the story was also really rushed due to my excitement of posting a fanfic for the first time and some major plot points were left out (Grian literally kept on having mood swings in just a few lines and so the story never really focused on his feelings, which I think is a very big waste)

So, what am I gonna do about it?

I decided that I am going to re-write this story entirely from scratch and post it again once I've written all of the chapters.

Does this mean I'm going to delete this book? Well, no.

For now I will keep it here and post some updates from time to time just so the people that are still actually interested in my story will see how the whole thing is going, although I will probably delete this once the book is out.
