Colton's POV
I woke up the next morning and went downstairs to make breakfast. I cooked some chocolate chip pancakes. I felt someone jump on my back.
"My favorite!" Amber said and kissed my cheek.
"I know." I said.
"I like your hair without the hair jell." She said.
"But I look amazing." I said.
"Yeah no you don't." She said.

After breakfast we went to the mall with Jacob Odds. Amber ended up on his back.
"Colton!" Jacob yelled across Clarie's. I walked over to them.
"You guys should wear this." He said. It was a boyfriend/girlfriend bracelet for couples. The one for the boyfriend said Her one and the girlfriend one said His only.
"Why not?" I said. We got them and put them on. Amber got a call. She got off of Jacob's back and went to go to talk. Three minutes later she rushed back.
"I have to go. Colt can I borrow your car?" She asked. I nodded. I could tell she had started crying. I handed her my keys. She ran off.
"Let's get her a little something from each of us. She's gonna need it." Jacob said. I nodded and we shopped around.  I bought her a teal lace bow and owl earrings. Jacob bought her a teal flower crown and a dream catcher necklace. I ran to the key necklaces and got a key necklace then we left.
"We're at the hospital. Dad died. Amber needs you. -Joel"
"Hospital." I said. Jacob nodded and dropped me off giving me the stuff. I rushed in.
"This is from Jacob." I said. She opened the bag and found the stuff. She put on the flower crown.
"This is from me." I said. She gave a small smile. It was the best she could do right now. She put on the necklace and earrings.
"Thank you." She said hugging me. She went to go sit on Joel's lap. He stroked her hair and whispered stuff in her ear.
"Take her home." Luke said. Joel glanced at me. I walked over.
"Come on my princess. Let's go home." I said. She stood up.
"Jump." I said. She did and I locked my arms around her legs. She put her head in the crook of my neck. I carried her out. I kissed her cheek. We both made a promise to God to save everything. Even our first kiss for the wedding.
"Let's go home and plan some of the wedding." I said. Hoping to get her mind off of her dad. She nodded and we drove to my house.
"Alright. I was thinking Joel be my best man, then Luke, Jacob, and Jeremy." I said. She nodded.
"Um. My maid of honor was actually gonna be Moriah. So I'll do Courtney, Jamie, and Rebecca." She said. I wrote it down.
"The church said July 11, or August 15 are the only available days." I said.
"August 15. I kinda want to do a little fall theme." She said.
"Oh how about candles in Mason jars on ladders for the path to the alter." I said.
"That's great." She said. I wrote that down.
"For colors I was thinking a kinda dark green and gold." She said.
"I like it. Guys will wear green shirt and gold tie?" I asked. She nodded smiling.
"Girls will wear a green dress with a gold inch thick ribbon and gold sandals." She said. She should be a picture of a green wedding dress in the right color.
"It's $150." She said.
"Get it." I said.
"You sure?" She said.
"Our theme isn't that expensive plus it only friends and family." I said. She nodded.
"Ok we need to do that." She said. She wrote down the names.

"That's it." She said.
"34." I said.
"Plus my two best friends that came on tour with us." She said.
"36." I said.
"Yeah. I wanted to dance with dad to Cinderella by Steven Curtis Chapman." She said.
"Well let's just keep the song." I said.
"For us I think we should do Raging Fire by Phillip Phillips." I said. She nodded.
"For Joel and I. I think God of the impossible and do the same for Luke." She said.
"And then just random songs for the rest." She said. I nodded and picked songs.
"Go to bed. We'll finish the rest tomorrow." I said. She went to bed.
"Joel. She wanted to dance with dad to Cinderella. You should do it." I said.
"Totally." I said.
