Spoilers of current and possible future episodes of RWBY

First is more of a theory and possible story idea, So in Season 6 of RWBY we learn that Oz and Salem had four kids together all girls. What if they had inherited Oz's ability to reincarnate?
What if their reincarnations where the original maidens? And with each new maiden their memories transferred instead of their soul?

Second follows along the same idea that they inherited Oz's ability to reincarnate AND Salems ability to 'control' Grimm? And kept the ability to use magic without semblances?
