After walking for a distance, both you and Eren reached the infirmary. You see Hanji stitching a wound.

"F/N! What happened to you?!" Hanji said as she rushed to you, examining you with her eyes. She could tell that it was your injuries, caused by the abuse.

"Sit on that bed. I'll bring some alcohol and bandages. Eren, help me do the job. I need to see Erwin for some matters." Hanji said as she took out the stuff you needed, and left the infirmary hurriedly. Eren sat you down on an empty bed and pulled the curtains. He came back with a bottle of antiseptic alcohol, some bandages and cotton balls his hands. He pulled the curtains back again.

"F/N. Take off your jacket and shirt. I need to see your injuries." Reluctantly you followed what he told you to do, but struggled to remove your jacket as the pain was excruciating. Sustaining even more injuries from the fight with Erwin earlier increased the level of pain your are experiencing. Eren helped you to remove your jacket, gently sliding it down so it wouldn't hurt much. He turned around as you removed your shirt, revealing bruises covering your whole back, stretching to your arms.

Eren was shocked when he saw your injuries.

"F/N. Where did you get this? This is definitely not from the combat training. Don't lie."

Eren said in an angry tone. Since your secret has been exposed, you decided to tell Eren the truth: Being abused by your parents, being hit by a belt or a stick. He raged at your parents' doings, and you had to calm him down. Soaking the cotton balls with alcohol, he dabbed it on your bruises. You bite on your jacket in order not to scream in pain.

"Sorry, bear with it." Eren apologised and continued to clean the wounds and bruises. One of your wounds were bleeding and it has seeped though the bandage that you had put on earlier. Eren shut his eyes and gritted his teeth, thinking why do you have to suffer this kind of pain.

Removing the bandages, it showed  an infected wound due to the sweat. Eren had to clean it and stitch it back, before wrapping your entire back with bandages. He left the wrapping of your chest to you. Eren then sat on a chair, facing you. You wore back your shirt and jacket, not wanting to remember the pain.

"F/N, you know you can just tell me about your suffering. Keeping it alone to yourself hurts even more, especially here." Eren said as he put his hand on his chest. All these years, you suffered in silence. Emotions came overflowing. Your tears begin to well up in your eyes.

"I am s..sorry...Eren... I don't want to t..trouble you for such petty matters-"

"It's something serious! Why can't you rely on someone for help! Being alone is the worse thing that can happen to a person.."Eren said as he entangled his fingers with you, holding it tightly. He then leaned in closer, whispering into your ear.

"Rely on me. I'll help you."

You could not contain the emotions that you have, and you begin to cry. Eren pulled you closer and gave you a hug. You cried to your heart's content, gripping at Eren's jacket tightly. This lasted about 10 minutes before you broke the hug and released him.

"Sorry Eren, I made your jacket dirty... Corporal Levi would have to scold you-" His lips crashed into yours, cutting you off as he kissed you, one hand holding your cheek and another on your waist. Both of you broke the kiss due to a lack of oxygen.

"E..Eren?" A blush was seen on your face.

"F/N... Please, be my girlfriend. I'll protect you from your parents. You'll be safe with me here. Nobody dares to wreck havoc in the HQ if Erwin, Levi and I are here. We are family!" Eren said with a wide smile, and you could not resist to give him a hug again.

It was the first time you had felt such warmth in your heart.

Maybe telling someone your pain wasn't as bad at all, you thought.

Hanji was peeking at both of you, along with Levi. She lied about meeting Erwin, and just wanted you two to spend some time together.

"Shorty!! They are together!!" Hanji exclaimed, shaking Levi at his shoulders.

"It's not like I care about their relationship. Get your hands off me shitty glasses. It's dirty." Levi said as he swiped Hanji's hands away from him and using a cloth to clean his uniform. Hanji had an evil grin.

"Aww shorty is jealous~~ When are you going to get a girl? Ermm, maybe you won't. Because....you are short!! Hahahaha such a shorty!!" Hanji teased Levi about his height, again. It was a taboo in the entire Survey Corps.

"Shut the fuck up shitty glasses!!" Levi shouted at Hanji before storming off to his office.

Both you and Eren didn't realise what happened between Hanji and Levi, as both of you were snuggling together to get some sleep on the same bed.
