"I won't approve this relationship until he shows me that he can protect you at all times. That's the verdict." Levi said as he left the infirmary. You collasped to the ground, and cried. You still could not convince him to approve the relationship, and felt so useless at one point. Eren stood up from the bed and walked towards you. He gave you a forehead kiss and hugged you, patting you on the head.

"F/N.. It's okay.. I'll prove to him that I can protect you and guard you at all times. Don't worry!" Eren whispered as you hugged him tighter.

It was expedition day. The day where bloodshed can't be avoided. All Survey Corps members were ready to leave the wall. A command was made, and all members were seen leaving for the grassy but dangerous plains. You were in the same flank as Levi and Erwin, who was commanding the whole Survey Corps in terms of movement and fighting. A red flare was shot, and the whole flank swerved right as a green flare was shot towards the right.

"Levi. Go see if the right scout flank is still there. I have a feeling that they are all gone." Erwin ordered Levi to go check on the situation.

"F/N. Take care, and don't you dare leave me alone when we get back." Levi said as he rode his horse towards the right, leaving you and Erwin behind. You prayed deeply that Levi would be safe and sound.

"Left scout flank reporting!! 5 15m-class titans seen on the northeast direction!!" A cadet reported to Erwin. A few bloodstains were seen on his cape.

"F/N. Take care of it."

"Yes Sir!!" You led your squad as you received the order towards northeast direction to kill the titans. You told your team members not to die in vain and come back as a whole team. It comprised of 4 members: Anna, Kain, Roy and Hughes. All 4 of them were veterans and had a high kill count of titans, making your team the second "Levi Squad" in terms of prowess.

But even veterans could not escape the clutches of death.

The titans came in sight as you came nearer to them. Switching to vertical movement, you slashed two titans' tendons, making them unable to walk or run. It gave your squad a chance to kill them, but they were caught by three Abnormals in the hands. They were struggling. Wails of help can be heard. You killed two before rushing to them. But it was too late. Anna had her head chewed off, leaving her decapitated body crashing to the ground. Kain was cruelly torn into pieces, while Hughes was crushed to death.

You were horrified. All your teammates were gone in an instant. Only you and Roy were alive. Tears fell down.

"Corporal F/N!! Run!! Corporal!!" Roy was shouting as you slashed the titans in anger, standing on their heads as they fell onto the ground. You looked down to see your dead teammates. Unknowingly an Abnormal was sneaking behind you, attacking you. Roy saw that, and knew you wouldn't have enough time to escape. He rode his horse and tried to attract the Abnormal's attention. You came back to your senses, and saw Roy being chased by two Abnormals.

"Roy!!" You rode your horse and rushed to him quickly, killing the titans as Roy was trapped on a giant tree and on a height where titans couldn't reach. You killed the titans in a flash, and fired your grapple hooks to the last titan where it tried to climb up the tree. However, it caught you in an instant as you reached it. You were shaking at the titan's grip. However it threw you towards the ground and continued its climb. You landed hardly on the tree trunk and into a bush where no titans could spot you. Your vision was blurry, and drifted to darkness as drips of blood were seen on your face and jacket, dripping from the bloodstained tree trunk.

"Urgh...." You regained consciousness and tried to move around, wincing in pain as you did. Your head was hurting so much that you gritted your teeth. You stood up and tried to walk, but you had to squat down and catch your breath after just 2 steps. Touching the sides of your ribs, it was tender and flushes of red were seen staining your once white shirt.

"2 broken ribs, and a head injury.." You said to yourself. Grabbing a nearby stick, you walked around to try finding your horse. From a further distance you saw a cadet. Grabbing your extra flare gun feebly, you aimed and shot towards the blue sky, falling to the ground as you did. Soon after the cadet came. It was no other than Eren. He was shocked when he saw you covered in blood.

"F/N!! Are you okay?!" Eren got down from his horse and rushed to you. Your breathing was shallow and losing consciousness. Eren kept shouting at your name. He brought his fingers to your neck, feeling the slow and weak beat.

"F/N!! Stay with me!!" Eren quickly examined you, and wrapped your head first. He traced your ribs and found two broken ones. Cursing, Eren carried you and rode on his horse, rushing back to the formation.

"F/N!! F/N stay with me!!"

The beat became slower each minute passed.

Opening your eyes, you see Levi sleeping on the wooden chair. His inner forearm had a plaster. You tried to move, but pain travelled through your body. Levi woke up at the slight disturbance, and saw you awake.

"Sister..." was what Levi muttered as he hugged you. He was relieved that you were alive, heart beating as fast as ever.

"Sorry brother, had a little accident out there!" You smiled as you apologised. Gentle knocks were heard as Eren came in with a tray of food, and was surprised to see you and Levi hugging together.

"E-Erm I'll get going first.."

"Eren. Come here."

Setting down the tray of food, Eren made his way to Levi, who grabbed his jacket collar to his eye level, and whispered.

"She's all yours."

Eren immediately jerked his head backwards as soon as he heard that. You were puzzled seeing Eren' shocked expression and Levi' smirking.

"Yes Corporal!" Eren said loudly and hugged you gently. He whispered.

"You're officially mine now."
