Caroline's P.O.V.

Soon the car stops and Perrie gets me out of the carseat. We walk into the apartment building. Soon we stop at a door on the top floor. I hear a dog bark and my eyes get big. "Do you like puppies?" Perrie asks me. "Yes. I love puppies!" I smile wide. "Oh good." she says opening the door. A little dog runs up to us and starts jumping up and down. "This is Hatchi. He is very sweet. He loves to lick so watch out." Zayn says picking up the dog. We go in and Perrie takes me to a room in the back. "This is your room. Tomorrow we will go get you things for your bed and paint for the walls. Okay?" she looks at me. "Okay, Per...Mummy." she tears up when I call her Mummy. She is my mummy now. "You called me Mummy!" she got excited. "Yes. Am I not post to?" I ask. "Of course you can. That makes me so happy." she smiles.

Perrie's P.O.V.

She's already calling me mummy. Maybe she'll get used to living here faster then we thought. "Are you hungry? Do you want some lunch?" I ask her. "Yes. Where's the kitchen?" Caroline looks at me. "Come with me. I'll show you." I say grabbing her hand. We walk into the kitchen and see Zayn making a sandwich. When she sees him she tenses up. I look at her and back a him. She'll get used to him at some point. I take her to the table and sit her in a chair. "What do you want. We have sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, or soup." I say looking in the cabinets. We will have buy more food for her. "Ummmmmm, I want mac and cheese. Please." she answers never taking her eyes off Zayn. "Okay. It's takes a little while to make. So do you want to watch a movie?" I ask her as she moved out of the chair. "Okay. What movies do you have?" I take her to the living room and show her our movie collection. Luckily we have some kids movies for when Lux is here. She looks through the titles and picks out Beauty and The Beast. "That's my favorite movie." she says bringing it to me. I place in the player and turn it on before going back to kitchen.

Zayn's P.O.V.

I see Perrie bring Caroline into the kitchen and as soon as she sees me she goes tense. She never takes her eyes off me. She needs to learn that I won't hurt her. I'd never hurt her. She's to precious. I leave the kitchen and go to the living room. Then I hear Perrie telling Caroline to pick a movie while she makes her lunch. They both come in but don't notice me. Thankfully. I sit there and watch her talk to Perrie. Someday she'll talk to me like that. Perrie puts her movie in and she sees me as she turns to take Caroline to the couch. I stay quiet and Perrie puts Caroline down. The movie starts and she leaves to go back to the kitchen. Then she sees me and she moves to the end of the couch as far from me as she can. "Caroline, I'm not like your old dad. I won't hurt you I promise. Okay?" she looks at me with fear in her eyes. I decide to let her watch her movie in peace and leave. I will show her that I won't hurt her. She'll figure it out soon.

Caroline's P.O.V.

"Caroline, I'm not like your old dad. I won't hurt you I promise. Okay?" my new daddy asks me as I move far away from him. He may not look like my old dad but how do I know he doesn't act like him. Maybe he doesn't. But I don't trust him yet. Maybe I will one day but not today. Soon Mummy is back and takes me to eat my lunch. When I sit down I see my new daddy is there too. I eat my lunch in silence. Then he starts to talk to me. "So what do you like to do for fun?" I don't answer I don't want to talk to him. After a few minutes of him talking he gives up. Mummy's phone rings and she leaves to answer it. She comes back and looks at me. "I have to go somewhere. You can here with your daddy or go with me. Which do you want?" I know she wants me to say stay with daddy but I can't. "I want to go with you, Mummy." I say getting up. I hear her sigh. I can't stay with him yet. "Okay. Let me change and then we will leave." she walks out. I can see his face when I call her mummy. It looks shocked.

Perrie's P.O.V.

"Did she just call you Mummy?" Zayn asked. "Yes that's who I am. And you're her daddy." he just looks at me. "Where are you taking her?" he tried to change the subject. "Leigh-Anne called an we have to do a quick wardrobe fitting for the tour next month. And now the girls can meet her." I say excited. "Okay. I'll bet she has fun." Zayn says. "She will and the girls will love her." I smile thinking of the girls getting a hold of Caroline.
