Okay, so holy shit. Holy shit!

The book is done???? Like...what?

This little crack-head, written at 3-am, on a coffee-rush and in-between class book is finished. It is the longest, the best, the most excellent book I think I can write. It has a prologue, 62- -SIXTY TWO- -chapters and an epilogue.

That is insane.

For real though...I was going to delete this book and never look back like so many other books I've written but then my sister punched me and I said fuck it and decided to force myself to do all this. 

And then I did it.

That confuses me because I really wasn't that exited about actually writing this book, it was just the book I knew that I wanted to read with all the shitty jokes, big plot twists, drugs, tattooed men, slippers, strawberries and mangoes, and that's what made me get it done.

But it took me like...two years to do. Two years.

Let that sink in, that's 730 days that I spent writing, thinking and dreaming about this absolute magnificent bullshit. It was just after six months that I published it, six months after that that I made it my priority.

While writing this book, I think I put every character through so much, excluding the cats I would never do that to them -save for Culpa having to interact with Jem. I'd apologize but I break my own heart too and ya' know...for the plot!

Anywhore, example of my bullshit:

Me, writing: Wow these character have made some bad decisions. Someone should stop them.

My sister: You're that someone.

Me, writing more: Damn these people have been through some tough shit, they should get a break.

My sister: Then give them a break.

Me, writing lil bastard sentences that isn't my problem but now my sister's: Lol, they're getting kidnapped.

My sister: Punches me

Me, writing: They're abused and have to face that in court

My sister: ...sTOP

Me: Writing more

Furthermore- -sorry I'm writing like this, I just had to finish an essay for my APUSH class- -there were SO many changes this book went through before I published a single chapter.

Examples: 

Micah's original name was Myron West, I think I made the right decision. Just look at that. Micah Tiberius Rex vs. Myron Oliver West.

And yes, his name is Micah Tiberius Rex because of the Tyrannosaurus-Rex. I'm that kind of author, yall know I give zero (0) fucks by now, I mean look at the Cowboy In Grey chapter or the fuckery that is Jem + AJ in general.

All there names were a little different, but his is the worst and the most changed.

Jem was originally going to be blond and 5'11 as the shorter, weaker, goofy best friend vs. bad boy stereotype but I said fuck that, made him a black haired 6'3 goofy best friend who, when you look at all their behavior, is more typically masculine than Micah. Also his first name was Jax Simon not Jem Sawyer.

AJ was originally not going to be an addict at all and them knowing each other was a written on impulse plot twist I almost, almost, regret adding. Oops, sorry.

It was going to end before they got kidnapped with her just getting pregnant but I'm a basic bitch that lives for drama and my coffee, so I kept writing and that happened.

On the same note of me telling you all my trade secrets, here are a few things about AIB that isn't written but people could potentially notice:

1. In literature chess has been used to symbolize sex. Kace, whose is the only asexual in the book, is also the only character who is often being seen playing chess.

2. Black symbolizes addiction, Micah is often seen with black through emotional hard spots but when he's starting to get fully recovered the black sweatshirt is either missing or on someone else.

3. On the same note, at the very end in the Epilogue, AJ is the one seen in black.

4. AJ is actually a really good artist and is shown to do a few painting and pictures but it's never elaborated.

5. Micah has a strawberry tattoo on his right hip.

6. The babies names are Selene Kacey Rex (after the moon goddess and Kace) and Adonis Jem Rex.

7. They will have an army of children. (As they end up having 8 children, 4 of each, all named after gods and important middle names.)

8. Jem is going to be AJ's best man.

9. Savannah Wright is serving a 15 year sentence for kidnapping, potential manslaughter and assault. Her brother is serving a 3 year sentence for assault.

10. Neither AJ or Micah were virgins when they met each other.

11. Blue is Jem's favorite color, red is AJ's and grey is Micah's.

12. Jem is a basketball player on the Varsity team.

13. Keagan is an author who has one published book.

14. Micah is the emotional crier and cries more than anyone in the book.

15. I actually added this on later because I've gotten a lot of comments about Culpa because my sister's book Bar Red's Redemption is more popular and Sarah named her cat after the cat from this book. I think its important for people to realize that Culpa, Lapsio and Mortem mean Guilt, Addiction and Suicide in latin, so the cats are big symbols in the book. Culpa is around everyone, not only the addicts, Lapsio is only seen with Micah and at the very start AJ and Mortem is only mentioned like one would only mention suicide

Also, I'm thinking of doing just a small little book that's actually called Cowboys In Grey that's full of AJ + Jem bullshit (and a few whatever AJ and Micah's ship name is scenes) so please suggest some stuff! Literally any crackhead/au/fanfic type shit you want to see but now, it's from the actual author.

This book isn't very high in the reads, barely at 55K, but I feel very accomplished.

And like I created just a lovely little community of people that have to face the hard things in like, and I've even got to know a few of you from people texting me or asking for help. It means so much to me. 

I've helped people who've read this book stop cutting, told them how to take care of themselves, helped them through panic attacks and I've also done stuff like give people writing advice, giving them homework help and just holding regular conversations.

I just love that people do that, like, I'm human to and it just makes me smile when people are like "That crackhead author? Lets chill together" like fuck yeah man!
