Petals of ivory, centres of gold,

Frangipani is a sight to behold,

Fragrance rich filling the night air,

Blooms on deciduous trees decades old.

Blossoms peachy orange with milder scent,

Gnarly branches with glossy leaves verdant,

Winter makes the tree wholly bare,

But soon in colourful blooms resplendent.

Frangipani is rich and beautiful,

A fragrant flower very delightful,

Easy to grow, found everywhere,

In many colours that look wonderful.
