It was another week later that you are getting to see Ace again. Shanks took you out of town for a week for "work stuff". His real reason was to make sure Ace didn't sneak in your window again. You and Ace haven't really talked about him trying to kiss you but you still enjoyed the conversations you had over text.

Shanks had driven you to the Newgate's house and parked the car, looking at you seriously. "Maybe you should not wear a bikini. You can swim in a t-shirt and shorts, right?"

You rolled your eyes and kissed his cheek.

"Bye, dad."

Shanks sighed as you walked up to their door, deciding you would be okay and leaving. You went to knock on the door but it opened before you could, revealing the handsome freckled man you missed so much. You smiled and gave him a hug.

"Miss me Freckles?"

Ace hugged you back.

"Why did a week feel so long?"

"(YYYYY/NNNNN)" You heard a straw hat boy yell, taking you away from Ace in a hug and carrying you to the backyard.

"LUFFY!!! YOU CAN'T JUST STEAL HER!" Ace chased after Luffy.

"IT'S POOL TIME! " Luffy laughed setting you down in the backyard.

You giggled and saw the rest of the brothers plus Koala already in the pool. You waved at them before taking off your shirt and shorts, revealing your (f/c) bikini.

Ace ran outside angrily to yell at Luffy but stopped in his tracks when he saw you. Thatch, Marco, Sabo, and Koala all noticed this and smirked at each other.

"Well, now that (y/n) is here we can chicken fight! Me and Sabo vs (y/n) and Ace!" Koala said to everyone.

You blushed when Ace took off his shirt and got in the pool. You carefully got onto his shoulders, feeling a bit warm as he held your thighs. You rested your hand on his soft hair and said quietly. "Don't let go Freckles"

"I got you"

You and Koala started to push each other. The boys helping a little bit. You managed to win in the end though.

2 more rounds later and Koala got tired so chicken fight was over. Ace let you off his shoulder and held out his hand.

"Nice job, partner"

"Yeah, nice job." You said with a smile and shook his hand.

It took you by surprise when Luffy accidentally bumped into Ace, making him bump into you. Ace stopped himself by putting his hands on each side of you on the concrete so he wouldn't fall into you more. You blushed at the closeness and looked up at him. Ace tried to steal another kiss but again, groaned in disappointment as his brother wolf-whistled.

"Hey! Get a room you two!" Thatch teased.

Ace glared at Thatch as he laughed uncontrollably. His laughing stopped when Ace tried to drown him. You giggled at them and got out to sit on a lawn chair with Koala.

"So I told Ace everything."

"And?!" Koala looked at you with hope in her eyes.

"He blames himself for the accident. Basically said I should not love someone like him. I told him to forget about the accident for me and move on. He agreed but we haven't talked about anything to do with feelings besides when he asks about other him." You watched Ace fight his brother, muscles rippling in the sun, the water dripping down his abs making them look so much better. Ace must have felt your staring when we looked at you and smirked, winking at you and making you blush and turn your head to the side.

"Hmmm, but what about what just happened in the pool?"

"I honestly don't know. He keeps trying to kiss me but we keep getting interrupted."

Koala smirked and thought of a plan. "Hey, I'll be right back. I'm gonna go check on Sabo" She said before walking inside.

You shrugged it off and relaxed on the lawn chair.

STEP STEP STEP STEP

'WELL, RELAXATION IS OVER' You thought to yourself as you looked over at Ace, only for him to pick you up and walk over to the edge of the pool.

You gasped and held onto him tightly.

"Ace! What the hell?!"

"You look hot. I think you should go for a swim to cool off~" Ace said with a smirk.

You smirked back. You knee what he said was about the sun but you couldn't help up tease him about it. "So you think I'm hot?"

Ace blushed madly. "That...That's, not what I want to say. I-I mean you are! Don't take that the wrong way just-"

Ace was caught off guard when you kissed his cheek, moving your lips to ghost over his. Ace set you down and held your waist gently, moving in to kiss you when you suddenly you grabbed his hands and pushed him into the pool instead.

You giggled as Ace came up with a mad blush and pout. "That was a dirty move..." He said before grabbing your ankles and pulled you in.

You yelped in surprise when you landed in the water. Ace chuckled as you came back up and splashed him. "You jerk," You said, sitting on the edge of the pool.

"It was pay back."

"You started it."

"Maybe, but I got a kiss out of it" Ace smiled dreamily at you as you blushed and pouted at him. Ace let his his eyes travel your body, stopping at you abdomen where you had a scar. Ace frowned and swam in between your legs to look at it. "Is this from your surgery?"

You nodded and watched him, not trusting yourself to speak with him between your legs. Ace on the other hand decided it was a good idea to hug your waist and kiss your scar and run his lips across it.

"A-Ace!" You bit your lip at the feeling of his soft lips on your body. You closed your eyes and covered your face to hide your redness.

"You shouldn't do things like that out of nowhere."

Ace moved your hands from your face and rested his forehead against yours. His warm breath fanned over your face, drawing you in and making you want to kiss him.

"Tell me (y/n), do you want me to continue?"

You rested your hands on his shoulders nervously and looked into his eyes. "That's a stupid question. The real question is, what do you want?"

Ace held your chin and ran his thumb over your bottom lip. "I feel the need to kiss you every time you're around. But it's just my luck that we keep getting interrupted."

You glanced around and saw everyone had gone back inside. "This might be your lucky day then. But it is kinda cute to see you get all frustrated~"

Ace glared lightly and leaned in to kiss you but you smirked and pushed his face back, standing up and putting your clothes back on.

"I suddenly feel going inside. Don't you?"

Ace didn't respond. He got out of the pool and walked over to you, pinning you to the wall. This action made you get all hot and bothered.

"You damn tease" Ace said and grabbed your face kissing you with passion. You gasped in surprise, giving him access to your mouth. He took his chance and explored you mouth with a hum. You hummed and wrapped your arms around his neck.

While you two had a hot make-out session, you were oblivious to a certain group of people spying on you.

"Wow, your plan actually worked Koala," Thatch said.

"Of course it did, anyone can see the sexual tension between those two-yoi"

"It only took them 10 years..." Sabo spoke up.

"Well, all of that is true. (y/n) told me Ace had been trying to kiss her. I knew if they were alone with no interruptions that something would happen."

"Why is Ace eating (y/n's) face?"
