'Where am I?' you thought as you continue to walk in darkness. You then see a boy. You recognize the boy, its your friend that you had since you were a child. You happily run up to the boy and shout "Hey, Makoto its been a while!!"

However, you senses tell you that something is wrong.

The boy named 'Makoto' has his back turned to you. He slowly turns around to face you and when he does you freeze. His face and body is covered in blood like it did that day. He starts shouting at you.

"Its all your fault!" he shouts at you over and over again.

"I-I'm sorry, I'm sorry,I'm so sorry!!!" You shout back clutching your head in order to drown out his shouts.

"Oi! (F/N)! Wake up!!" you hear a familiar voice shout. Then you feel you body jerk.

You instantly snap your eyes open and you shoot upwards. This causes you to hit Levi's head with yours. However, Levi being Levi, he has a head of steel.

"OW!! What the hell is your head made of?" you ask clutching your now sore head.

"Tch." was all he responded with.

After about three minutes of uncomfortable silence Levi finally decided to speak.

"Hey, brat are you okay?" He asked.

"W-what do you mean by that?" You ask him.

"You know what I mean. You seem to be having a nightmare." He said bluntly.

You remember the dream you had and you can feel your face pale.

'Yes, he is right, its all my fault' you thought.

"Well?" Levi said snapping you back to reality.

"O-oh its nothing, like you said it was just a nightmare." You said trying to quickly change the subject.

Levi seems to see what you are trying to do and doesn't push the subject any further.

"Oh, that reminds me. Levi, I would like to ask you something." You ask Levi.

"Oh, and what may that be?" He asks.

"I want to help get Annie out of that crystal. Will you let me?" You ask.

You see Levi's eyes widen a fraction.

"What do mean by that?" He growls.

"It sounds exactly how it sounds. I am able to get Annie out of that crystal." You say casually.

"No, I mean how are you going to do it?" Levi asks.

"You forget Levi, I am not human." You say.

Levi then slowly nods before heading off to see Erwin about the situation and you soon follow.

You got Erwin's permission and now your at the place that the crystallized Annie is.

"Remember our deal." you say.

Flashback to Erwin's Office

"What do you mean you want Annie under your custody!!" Levi shouts.

"I have a feeling that Annie didn't have a choice in the matter." you say calmly.

"No way in hell am I handing that bitch over." Levi spits.

"Listen to what I'm saying!!!" You shout loudly. This causes everyone to become silent. No one has ever heard you shout like that before.

"I am saying that while she is under my custody, I can convince her to join and help humanity." You say more calmly.

Erwin thinks about before a moment before looking at Ayame.

"What do you think of the situation." Erwin asks Ayame.

"Well, if your asking my opinion, I would say its a good deal. I mean think about this clearly, Annie might know about the secrets of the titans. Not only that but we already have two other titan shifters under our protection now." Ayame says.

"What do you mean 'two others', we only have Eren." Erwin asks.

"What we mean is that we have the Colossal Titan and the Armored Titan under our protection." Maynard says.

"(F/N) over there made a deal to make sure that they stayed protected. They already gave us all the information they know. So, now we are keeping our end of the bargain." Lola says.

Everyone's eyes widen at what Lola says.

"So, you're telling me is that you went behind our backs and made a deal with the enemy!!" Levi shouts.

"They are not your enemies!!" You shout.

"They were forced into something they had no choice in!! If they were to disobey the people they work for, they would surly be killed!!!" You shout again.

"That doesn't mean they had the right to kill innocent people!!!" Levi shouts at you.

"And you think we haven't!" You shout.

"They are in the same boat as us and if you dare touch them then you will surly regret it later." You say.

"Levi, please understand that they had no choice. If you continue to carry this hatred, it will devour you. Believe me when I say this. I am doing this to make everyone happy. Even the people you call enemies." You say in a softer tone.

"They aren't people, they are nothing but monsters." Levi spits out.

You have a sad look in your eyes when you say something unexpected.

"Yeah, so am I. I have so much blood on my hands now and I can never get rid of it no matter what I do. That's why I am trying to save them before they make the same mistake I did."

Levi looks surprised by what you said.

"Levi, let me tell you something. Everyone has regrets at some point in their life. You do too, and what I am trying to do is save them before they fall deeper into the pit of regret. They may be Titan Shifters, but they are also human, and because of this they are killing themselves on the inside at what they're doing. Please trust me." you plead as you extend you hand.

After what seems like an eternity Levi finally takes your hand.

"Don't mistake me, if your wrong about this I will never forgive you," Levi says.

You just smile brightly before saying "You won't regret this Levi! After all every sinner has a future and every saint has a past right!?"

Levi nodded a bit. However, as you were running out the door, you trip and face-plant in the floor.

"Owie, that really hurt!!" You exclaim while everyone face-palms themselves.

"I'm already regretting my decision." Levi mutters before walking out with everyone else.

Present Time

You walk up the the crystal and place your hand on it.You look back at everyone. Even Reiner and Bertholdt are there with hopeful eyes. You remember their reactions when you told them that you made a deal with the Commander and are officially in your care. They were scared at first but after you explained everything to them clearly, they relaxed and thanked you. They even went as far as saying that they would follow you. You being you declined however. You then stated that they were their own free person and can do whatever they liked now. This caused them to respect you even more. What you didn't know is that they promised themselves that they would help you with anything you needed. You turn back around and close your eyes. You body then begins to glow a light blue. When you open your eyes you bring your hand back as far as you can forming it into a fist before punching the crystal. After a few seconds of waiting the crystal began to crack. The crack then spread all over the crystal cocoon. It then shattered reveling Annie alive and well. Bertholdt and Reiner ran up and supported Annie before she had the chance to fall. However, when Annie opened her eyes she immediately tried to turn into titan form. Thankfully, Reiner and Bertholdt stopped her in time.

You turned around and said "Would all of you, except Reiner and Bertholdt please leave. I would like to have a little talk with Annie."

Then everyone began to file out of the room. You turn back around and said to Annie. "Now where shall I begin?"

——————————-Time Skip after catching Annie up on everything———————————

"Now, one more thing." You say. Annie looks up at you as you extend you hand.

"I will help you if you do something for me." As you say this Bertholdt and Reiner seemed to have tensed up a bit.

"What?" Annie asks.

"I'll help you if only you become my friend." You say with a smile. Annie seems shocked by your deal.

'She will do everything in order to protect us if we become her friend. She really is an odd one.' Annie thought before extending her hand and shaking it firmly.

As Annie did this you suddenly jump up and down shouting 'I made a new friend' over and over again. As you did this Reiner and Bertholdt both burst out laughing, hell even Annie was chuckling at your childish demeanor.

__________________________Levi's POV_____________________________

'What the fuck is taking that brat' I thought while impatiently tapping my foot.

"Well, well, someone's anxious." Eld teased.

"Oh, shut it will you. I mean its understandable as to why he's impatient." Isabel said.

As the spirits behind me start to argue, the door slammed open. Revealing a very happy (F/N).

"Well?" I asked.

"Why don't you ask my new friends!" (F/N) says excitedly before pointing towards Reiner, Bertholdt, and Annie.

"Well (F/N) they're your responsibility now." I say before glaring at Annie. She glares back.

"Hey, come on now, don't glare at each other after all they do have something to say don't they."  (F/N) says before nudging Annie in the side.

That was when all three shouted simultaneously "WE'RE VERY SORRY FOR WHAT WE DID. WE WILL NOW DEDICATE OUR LIVES PROTECTING NOT ONLY OUR FRIENDS, BUT HUMANITY AS WELL!!!"

"Tch, a simple sorry won't cut it." I say before being glared at by my dead comrades.

"However, I'm sure you'll make it up by training twice as hard as before and I'll be sure to train you personally and I assure you that I will make training hell." I said in a fierce tone.

They seemed to relax a bit before (F/N) started to laugh.

"Well, I can't wait to train the cadets here." (F/N) said while still laughing.

We all looked at her in shock before Maynard, Ayame, and Lola came out.

"Yeah, it'll be fun training the cadets here." Maynard said in an amused tone.

"Yep, I've been working on a new training schedule." Ayame said.

"Yeah, and Haru hasn't been having any fun lately, so I'm pretty sure he'll be enjoying himself when helping the others train." Lola then stated.

"So its settled, tomorrow we will be helping with training!" (F/N) said while all of us are too baffled to say anything.

'Tomorrow's going to be a long day.' I thought.
