The Life of a Snow Dragon

Have you ever lived
In a world of unstained snow
With the stars above
And the vales of white below?

Diamonds sparkle above and beneath,
While all creatures in their nests fall asleep,
Under the beauty of flickering fires
With peace on earth, while dreams inspire.

The occasional tree is powder-strewn,
The soft white flakes pile in fluffy dunes,
While over and under you romp and fly
Through costly crystals that hang in the sky.

"All is calm and all is bright,"
The moon and her sisters shining clear in the night,
While stardust figures dance in the sky,
With disco comets flashing by.
