"A-ah! Subaru-san, you startled me." (Y/N) smiled sheepishly at the albino male.

Subaru continued glaring at her,"You didn't answer my question."

(Y/N) sense the anger radiating from the male and she cleared her throat,"I'm just admiring the white roses, Subaru-san. Aren't they lovely?"

Subaru seemed to relax a bit and stared at the girl,"I grew them." He muttered.

(Y/N) blinked at Subaru,"You did? That's great! I never knew you were a great gardener Subaru-san!" The (H/C) haired girl smiled.

Subaru didn't say anything at first, but then he spoke."Why are you still awake?"

(Y/N) smiled sheepishly again,"I can't sleep."

Subaru scoffed,"Just go back to sleep."

The girl shook her head.

Subaru sighed,"Out of all places, why did you visit my garden?"

The girl smiled again,"This is the place I wandered in first."

Subaru confronted her,"What's wrong with you? You keep on smiling the whole time."

(Y/N) didn't answer and she looked down at the ground as the wind blew softly at her white nightgown.

"Smiling is easier." She said quietly but the male still picked it up.

Subaru look at her intensively,"What did you say?" pretending not to hear the girl.

The girl raised up her head again and faced at Subaru."Nothing!"

Subaru didn't leave his eyes on the girl and that's when he noticed light scars on her arms.

The scars seemed to blend on the girl's skin, it doesn't look noticeable but if you look hard enough, you could see it.

Subaru trudged his way to (Y/N) and the girl cautiously back away. The albino immediately held her arms,"What are these?" He demanded.

(Y/N) look surprised and tried to pull away her arms, but the male's grip is too strong for the girl. "Let go, Subaru-san. I'm still the guest here."

Subaru ignored the girl's answer, he didn't let her go and continued to stare at her. "(Y/N). My patience is growing thin."

The girl know he's not joking at all so she smiled,"They're the scars that never healed Subaru-san. Are you satisfied now with my answer?"

(Y/N) pulled her arms away from the confused Subaru. She walked away and before she left, she smiled again at the male.
"Thank you for showing me to your beautiful garden Subaru-san, your garden reminds me of your white hair. It's so beautiful."

She complimented the male and bowed lightly at the now shocked Subaru.

Scars that never healed, and my hair is.... beautiful? You've got my attention (Y/N). What is behind that smile? Subaru looked at (Y/N)'s retreating form.

After the confrontation of Subaru, (Y/N) immediately went to sleep to forget all what she said to the albino male.

Meanwhile, Reiji stayed awake holding the napkin (Y/N) used to clean the droplets of her blood on the table.

Reiji stared at the napkin with a crazed look and sniffed the napkin,licking it again like before.

Her blood, even though it's only from a napkin, it smells so intoxicating and it tasted so pure. Not too sweet nor bitter. It might even rival the blood of our sacrificial bride Yui.

He started laughing crazily and smiled eerily,

Kaichou, I want to taste more of you till I suck you dry!

(Y/N) unconsciously woke up and went down the halls of the mansion with a blank look on her face.
Her (E/C) eyes were half open. She walked quietly and when she turned left, the door mysteriously swung open by itself.

She walked in unconsciously and immediately grab the same looking book from the library at school. The girl flipped through the pages and stopped at the page where the 'Red moon' is written.

Before she could do anything else, the brothers all appeared before her. "It seems like someone is being naughty. You can't just take a book without the owner's permission bitchy-kaichou~"

Laito snatched the book away from the girl.

"Oy, mochi-chan, you went somewhere you shouldn't be. That's your mistake, and Ore-sama should punish you for it." Ayato walked towards her, he grabbed her chin and titled her face to him, he widened his eyes for a second and went back to its original state.

"Oy table-ware otaku, what's wrong with mochi-chan?"

Reiji glared at the red-head and he pushed up his glasses and stared closely at the girl,"She's unconscious about everything around her. She's not awake."

Kanato stared sadly at the girl,"Is she going to be alright?"

Ayato laughed at the purple-head,"Ha! Don't tell me you're going soft at her crybaby."

Kanato ignored Ayato and continued to stare at the half-awake (Y/N).

The windows of the room burst open and the wind blew so hard, it caused the other books and shelves to fall.

(Y/N)'s eyes went wide and she screamed in pain. The brothers look at her, shocked at the sudden behavior of the girl.

The moon seemed to glow eerily behind her and the girl's usual (E/C) flashed red for a second. Then everything stopped moving.

The girl fell as her eyes shut close, Shuu caught her in time before she could hit the cold ground.

Shuu held the girl close to him staring at her with a blank look.

The brothers are now staring at the sleeping (Y/N) then they sensed a presence,
"Aka-me no ōjo-sama, I'll be coming for you soon." It said in a deep voice.

They looked around to find no one and the presence immediately disappeared.

(Y/N) woke up and what she saw in front of her was not the best way to wake up in. She was facing a sleeping Shuu nose to nose.

Crud, what happened last night?

Before she could even move a muscle, the blonde himself pinned (Y/N) on the bed. "You have a lot of explaining to do." He spoke strictly.

(Y/N) shot him a cold look,
"I think you're the one who should do the explaining, what am I doing on your bed?"

Shuu backed away from the girl and sat on the bed,
"You mean you don't remember?"

The girl shrugged and sat up,"Based on my memory, I was sleeping quite comfortably beside Yui-san then I wake up seeing you."

Shuu sighed,"You were walking half-awake to a room and slept in there." He lied smoothly
leaving the other details from last night.

(Y/N) blinked, "I did? How strange, I never sleepwalked before."

She took a look around Shuu's room, they were on a king size bed and there were music sheets on a transparent display cabinet and a huge piano stand on the right side of the room. You could just say this can be a huge music room if it weren't for the bed or furnitures on it.

"What else did I do?" (Y/N) asked curiously.

Shuu stayed quiet and began to undress his night wear slowly.

(Y/N) widened her eyes,"What do you think you're doing?"

"Preparing for school,what else?" He stated bluntly.

The girl nodded,"Okay, I'll head out now. Thanks for letting me sleep on your bed I guess?" She smiled and left Shuu to change.

What the hell was I doing in his room?! He's keeping something from me and I know it.

(Y/N) bit her lip and walked in Yui's room.

Yui hugged (Y/N) after she opened the door,"What happened to you (Y/N)-chan?! When I woke up, you weren't there next to me! I thought the brothers did something to you." She asked worriedly.

(Y/N) smiled,"Nothing happened, don't worry." She reassured her leaving the part where she woke up in Shuu's room.

Yui sighed,"Thank goodness."

The two girls prepared themselves for school and wore the usual attire.

They both went down and saw all the brothers were already sat at the dining table.

"Good evening, sorry for keeping you all waiting." (Y/N) smiled at them.

Yui kept quiet and sat at her seat. (Y/N) followed her to seat next beside her.

"Good evening to you too,Kaichou. Did you sleep well?" Reiji asked.

(Y/N) nodded,"Yes, I slept just fine Reiji-san. I just had a weird dream again involving the moon. Strange isn't it?" She said it out of the blue.

The brothers all stared at her and (Y/N) only smiled at them. Laito was the first to break the ice,"Bitchy-kaichou, why didn't you sleep next to me last night? Shuu was hogging you all to himself." Laito pouted.

Yui glanced at (Y/N) with a curious look,"You slept at Shuu-kun's room last night?"

(Y/N) laughed sheepishly,"I didn't even know how I ended up there in the first place."

Ayato scoffed,"You should've slept with Ore-sama."

Kanato poked (Y/N) at his left side,"You should've slept with me (Y/N)-chan, Teddy would want to sleep with you too." Kanato spoke softly.

Reiji cleared his throat,"I think that's enough on who should've slept with (Y/N) last night, it is inappropriate to speak of it in the table."

The other brothers ignored him and continued to eat their meal.

(Y/N)'s phone began to ring and she excused herself,
"Hello?"

"(Y/N)! You finally answered, I checked by your house before and no one answered! I even went to Miya's apartment and she was worried about you." She heard Haru spoke frantically on the other line.

"Gomen, I slept at the Sakamaki Manor last night."

There was a few seconds of silence on the other line till Haru burst,"What?! You slept at THEIR house?!" Haru's voice screeched at her phone.

(Y/N) winced, "Gomenasai, for not telling you Haru."

Haru sighed,"It's okay and hey, I'll pick you up there using my motorbike okay? We have to be early so you can show around those new students."

(Y/N) agreed with him and the male told her he would be there less than 5 minutes.

She walked back to the dining room and spoke cleared her throat,
"Gomenasai,I have to be early at school today. I have to show around new students at the campus. Thank you again for having me here."
The girl bowed politely.

"Eh? You're leaving already?" Kanato asked sadly.

(Y/N) gave him an apologetic smile,"Gomen, Kanato-san, but let's bake sweets again later on okay?"

Kanato smiled and nodded happily.

"Oh? May I ask who are the new students Kaichou?"

(Y/N) smiled at Reiji,"They're from the Mukami household. I think you have heard of them."

Reiji nodded,"I see... Very well, who's picking you up here?"

The girl smiled again,"Haru will pick me up. Speaking of the Vice, I have to go. I think he's waiting outside already and thank you again so much." She bowed and left.

Subaru stared at (Y/N)'s retreating form, Ayato caught him staring and laughed,"Looks like hot-headed here have a crush on MY mochi-chan."

The albino glared at him but ignored Ayato. Yui sense the tense aura of the room and look at the brothers with a clueless look.

On the way to school, (Y/N) told what everything happened to Haru and yes, Haru forced her again to tell him.

Haru raised one of his brows,"Shuu really did that? How odd. Be careful though, I don't like the way things are turning out. Also, that dream you talked about, it happened again."

(Y/N) nodded,"Let's not think about that first, I still have to show around the other family of vampires." She sighed.

Haru laughed,"I wonder how they'll treat you?"

(Y/N) shrugged him off.

The Mukami brothers, I must say that their past is quite tragic, just like the Sakamaki brothers.

The red blood moon that rises only once in a millennium, shall pick a vessel to contain its powers. On that night, pure-blood vampires and half-bloods are strongest at the peak of the moon. I will need you to be the vessel Aka-me no ōjo-sama.

The mysterious figure spoke quietly while watching (Y/N) from the shadows.
