I was woken up by my alarm clock at 8pm, stupid vampire's timetables. I texted Lissa to know if she was ready and she said "Let me take a shower and come. In 20 minutes then." She was like me. I smiled because of that, we woke up at the same time, we think the same way etc... I took my shower too, put my clothes on. I didn't like the moroï clothes very much so I put a jean with a more female top with a leather jacket. With these clothes, I can possibly be a dhampir because unlike the other I wasn't very pale, neither tanned but between the two, I was tall like moroï but not giant, you know. And I wasn't skinny as the moroï's girls, I was more like a dhampir. If I wasn't in a royal family, nobody would believe that I'm not a dhampir.

Then, I finished packed all my luggages and came to Lissa's room. I didn't take my bags because there was the breakfast, and during this, some school's staff will take them and put them on the airplane which will take us to the court where we are going to have our guardians. So we ate with Lissa and Christian but Mia and Eddie didn't eat anything, they were too scared to eat.

We finished and head for the plane. Unfortunately our two dhampirs weren't on the same planes, it was quite logical but we were still hoping. The school's guardians who surrounded us put me between Christian and another girl. So Christian was certainly getting bored and he turned his head to me :

"- So... Excited to know who's gonna be your guardian ?
- Not really, I don't care much.
- Really ? I am so hyped. I want Eddie, this would be so so cool.
- And what about Mia ? I thought you like her ?!
- Of course, she is one of our best friends but I think she's powerful so she had to be with Liss, I want one of our two friends to be with her, I don't trust the other, except the two gods.
- Dimitri Belikov and Arthur Schœnberg ? Yes of course, they would be the best for her. But how do you know them ? You're not supposed to.
- My aunt Tasha Ozéra is a good friend of Belikov so she told me that, she wants me to have one of them. And you ? How do you know that ?
- I asked Mia. You know me, little fire, I'm the most curious woman in the world.
- Yeah I know Rosie, you are unstoppable."

And we laughed, a lot. Still don't know why but it felt good to have a friend like him. And I didn't want to hate the boyfriend of my sister. This would be terribly awkward. And cold. Yes more cold than awkward. I put then my earphones and music and felt asleep. I was been awaken by little fire when we were at 10 minutes of the court. I didn't want to admit it but I was excited to know who's gonna be my guardians. When we were off the plane, we searched Liss and found her, she had that big smile on her face, showing that she was very excited, she was the girl who is excited for anything and just because she's excited you're excited. She communicates happiness.

Royal guards drove us into a huge place and in front of us there was a big seat upright and the queen Tatiana was here too. We all shut up and listen to her speech.
"Hello my dearest moroï, you all have finished your exams so as you know, you will all have guardian. They are here for your protection, you will may have friends of school or perfect strangers but don't act with us like that. You can talk with them of course but they are trained to be as quiet as possible. The moroï will have one guardian and the royals will have two. Of course, keep your study and remember, you are all exceptional. Goodbye."

And she left the places, to gave her seat to Alberta. She was the director of the guardians and started to say the moroï's name and their guardian. Lissa's turn came out.

"Vasilisa Dragomir. Your guardians are Mia Rinaldi and Mason Ashford." She didn't scream of course but I saw on her face that she wanted to. She had Mia, and Mason. He's the best friend of Eddie, we didn't know him well but if his Eddie's best friend, we can trust him. Christian and I looked at each others, we were happy that she didn't have strangers. And Christian's turn came. "Christian Ozera. Your are not allowed to have two guardians with your family reputations so Eddie Castile is your only one." I was shocked. How can they do that ? This was so so so stupid. Even if I was very angry, I was still happy for him because his guardian is Eddie so even with one, I am sure he's safe. Eddie is good to defend people, especially is friend. more than the others guardians I saw.

When Alberta was over, I only started to ask myself, why didn't they call me ? But before I can think of anything, Alberta came and asked me to follow her. So after, giving a surprised look to my friends, I followed her. I recognized this place, it was where the Queen received the people who have to talk with her. Alberta came out and the Queen came in. I greeted her in the royal's way of course and she said : "Hello Rosemarie. It is very good to see you. You are certainly wondering why you didn't have any guardians. I will tell you. We have reasons to believe that your family, specially you are in danger. Your parents received this morning, an anonymous letter which said to watch you because something can happened. It was clearly a threat. So after a long debate which was very boring, I got you to have Belikov and Schœnberg as your two guardians for a maximal protections."

Wow wait. What ??? These gods will gonna be my personals guardians ? That's too much, I was so happy but I can't, no I didn't deserve them. At least one but not the two so I tell to the Queen the most calmly I can : "No, I can't accept that. They are legends. I don't deserve to be protected like that. They have protect importants peoples, like you. You are the queen, you need them."

"No Rosemarie. They are here for you. I don't want something happen to you, even if we don't see often, I love you so much, you are like a daughter to me. Don't forget that."

And right after that two guardians came in, one of them was pretty old with his grey hair but he still can defend, I think he was Arthur. and the other, he was the youngest but not seemed very young at all. I payed more attention to him. He was hypnotizing. He had a long dark hair and a very long and large cowboy coat. He was the type of guy who just walk in the street and everybody turn to see him. They were side by side and Belikov didn't look like a child next to this tall and legendary man. When they both looked at him, I see that guardian Belikov's gaze was without expressions. Like he had no feelings. Then Tatiana said : "Rosemarie Badica, there are your two guardians, Dimitri Belikov and Arthur Schœnberg."
