NOTE
Before I get started, I want to say thank you to everyone here who's supported me with my art. Your comments are incredibly motivating and they've really helped grow my confidence. You guys are amazing and I hope you're enjoying your hobbies as well! Love you!!!
AWAKE
Woke up at 5:45 AM and made a TikTok. It took over an hour LOL.
DRAWING
Then I finished the drawing I was working on. (Wish my phone camera was better at taking pictures of drawings.)

This was a commission for my great aunt, and as soon as I told her I was done, she and my great uncle came over to pick it up. We chatted for a while and it was really nice!
SCARE
Earlier, while I was waiting for them to arrive, I was sitting outside on a step watching TikToks. All of a sudden, I heard a strange noise. I looked up and saw a squirrel walking directly toward me. It was barely ten feet away! I shrieked a little and it jumped and twisted around before running away. Almost immediately, I heard the noise again and saw another squirrel do the same thing on my neighbors' fence, same distance away. It was so funny, but I feel bad for making the squirrels panic LOL.
PROJECT
Then I went back inside and started working on a little painting.
LUNCH
By now, it was noon, so I stopped to eat lunch. I barely had an appetite today, so I just had salad, peanuts, and juice.
PAINTING
Finished the painting. It's for a friend's baby shower in a few days!

YOUTUBE
After that, I watched YouTube for a few minutes, since I'd accomplished my tasks for the day.
SYMPTOMS
Started getting nausea and cramps. Also got sad and anxious randomly throughout the day.
BF
BF came over. We had been planning to watch Outer Banks, but it was too hot outside for us to focus. Instead, we just talked and played on our phones and stuff. He showed me his game and I compiled more aesthetic photos from Pinterest (I wanna make more fake Polaroids now LOL.)
BF was very hungry today. Had to keep bringing him snacks. He's a sweet and patient guy, plus I love him, so it doesn't bother me (most of the time!)
DINNER
Then it was time for dinner. The heat had made me super tired, and I still wasn't hungry, so I asked BF if we could order something for him. He was more in the mood for a homecooked meal, so I decided to make him spaghetti before he left (there was a storm coming.)
(If this next part sounds complainy, I'm very sorry.)
However, as the water was boiling, my mom came in and decided it would be better if I made dinner for everyone instead. Had to get a bigger pot and start everything over. My mom and J went searching for garlic bread and started the oven while I was stirring the spaghetti and heating the sauce. Then I got blamed for not having the garlic bread in at the same time as the rest of the stuff was cooking. The oven wasn't even ready yet! My mom tried to take over when the spaghetti had thirty seconds left, moved stuff around when the garlic bread had to come out, and tried to take over again when I was cutting the last slice of garlic bread. She also poured in another can of sauce just as I was going to put some spaghetti in a bowl for BF, so we had to wait for that to heat, and by the time it was done, the spaghetti was cooling and getting sticky. I was super stressed from all the sudden responsibilities and changes, and on top of that, the food wasn't even good anymore. I also felt horrible for being angry. Poor BF didn't know what to do the whole time, so he just sat and waited for the whole thing to be over.
Soon my family ran outside to go celebrate a neighbor's birthday, so BF and I got to talk about the situation alone. I broke down and ended up crying while I explained my feelings. He was very supportive and gentle.
Then my family came back in and G snapped at us for being in the way. After a few minutes, BF left, and I went in my room for a while. My mom was annoyed. She said she hadn't realized what my original plans were and thought she could speed up the process by changing things along the way. She'd wanted to get to the neighbor's party faster. I can understand that, and I know she was just trying to make things convenient, but I wish she'd been more observant of the whole situation. Things would've gone smoother for all of us without the interference (that sounds so snobby and I'm sorry. Wish there was a nicer way to put it.)
A few minutes after she left, I went out and got food. I got the last two pieces of garlic bread and some sauce. I actually got too much sauce, so I got some bread slices to take care of the extra. Also got two cookies and some milk. Stress-ate it all very quickly and it hurt my stomach.
My dad talked to me about the incident. I was still irritated, which he didn't deserve, but he did a good job of handling the situation and I'm grateful for that.
SHOWER
Then I took a shower and sang some songs from musicals. That helped a lot.
HAWKY
Hawky has been extra sweet lately. Yesterday, she waddled into the kitchen (one of the places she usually doesn't like being in) just to stand by me. Today, she tried to follow me outside. I wonder if she knows I'm going through something and wants to help. If so, that's really adorable!
Also, I heard a sad story today about how someone treated their pet parakeets and I wanted to cry. It's cheesy, but I went right over to Hawky and told her how much I loved and appreciated her. She's a very good bird and I'm glad to have her in my life.
NOW
Now I want to go find more aesthetic pictures. Hoping to just relax the rest of the night.
YOU
How are you today?
