'What a day, we got so sidetrack in that chase we never had time to finish the Tour' the Queen thought to herself while using a white fluffy towel to dry off her red mane with her hoofs 'plus, i hope I'm able to use my magic again soon, I use so much of it up to escape that place to get back home to Equestria'

Finishing drying her mane off she place the towel on a rack, walk out of the bathroom and into her own personal quarters that had been prepared by the castle staff on orders from her daughters upon her return three weeks ago.

They had prepared it in a full day while she was unconscious recovering in the medical wing and now she had her own quarters for privacy away from the world. Plus it came with a balcony too with a great view overlooking the city and the land itself.

'They pick a great place for the castle but for that and a city to be attach to a mountain, that's an achievement'

She walks out of her quarters, onto the balcony, sits down on her haunches and looks up at the sky to see the sun beginning to set over the horizon as the moon itself began to rise over the horizon at the same time meaning nighttime was taking over.

'Even after a millennium plus years, the two of them still got it' she thought to herself while smiling.

She was so proud of both of her daughters ruling Equestria together in her absence the last millennium plus years with the Three Tribes still united together and no seperation. Surely the future was looking brighter by the way she thought of it.

Surely nothing can ruin Equestria future now that she has return, of course by what she has been told by her daughters so much time has pass and Equestria gone a drastic change since her disappearance, she would need to get acquainted with the modern times.

'As long I don't give out public speeches to large crowds'

She shutter at the thought of giving out a speech to large crowd of ponies. Fainting in the middle of a speech would surely cause many ponies to spread rumors about her if that ever happen but she has dealt with it in the past, so sure she can handle it in these times.

'Alright, the moon is up which means my daughters are probably getting ready to head to sleep now'

The Queen tap her right hoof on the concrete wondering if she should head to sleep now. She didn't feel tired yet but maybe she could explore the castle some more by herself just to get a feel of directions so she wouldn't get lost.

'Hmmmmm'

She thought it over abit before coming to a decision and nods her head before heading inside.

'Time for a solo exploration'

She trots back inside ready to do some exploring in the castle.

'This is Garbage, just how big is this castle anyway? Surely my daughters don't get lost in here aaagh I'm so looking forward to getting my cast removed and then I can spread my wings out once more in the skies above Equestria'

She trots over to a door and opens it up with a hoof.

'I so want my magic back very badly but I have to wait awhile for it to recharge as I use up to much mana to get myself back home'

She poke her head inside the room and saw it was empty except with some tables, boxes and chairs stack together.

'Okay must be some storage room'

Closing the door she went to the next one across from it, open it up and poke her head inside to see just an empty room with just more boxes stack on top of each other.

'Another storage room'

She slam the door shut and went to the next one as it too was a storage room before slamming that door as well.

'I hope every room isn't a storage room' she sigh to herself trotting down the hallway hoping to find something interesting.

Arriving at another door she opens it up and sees it was another storage room so she slams that door too.

"Ugh, when I reclaim my position as ruler I'm gonna be adding those rooms as guestrooms" she said outloud befor heading down another hallway.

Upon reach a fifth door, she open it up and saw it look like some kind of kitchen. Entering the kitchen, she saw everything that was needed for a kitchen in a castle along with the wooden table in the middle of the room.

'Let's see if any of the Chefs left something for me to eat'

Trotting over to the fridge and seeing the handle, she grab it with her hoof and open it up feeling a blast of cold air blow onto her.

'So this is a refrigerator my daughters were talking about'

Looking around for a moment she saw all kinds of different types of food she has never seen before with several she recognized from a millennium plus years ago.

'Huh, nothing looks good I guess I could eat later'

She was about to close the fridge until she notice a plate containing a Triple Chocolate Cake with a note on it. On the note it read:

Celestia, don't you dare eat this cake it's for Mother for when we have our first dinner together as a family in a millennium plus years.
Luna

A smile forms on the queens lips.

'Luna made me a cake how thoughtful of her...but maybe one bite wouldn't hurt'

Leaning her head into the fridge she takes a big bite out of the chocolate cake, begins chewing it and backs up while closing the fridge before swallowing the cake.

"Delicious, Lunas baking skills that I taught her haven't gone to waste" she said to herself before trotting out of the kitchen to continue exploring the rest of the castle.

'I wonder if my daughters are gonna have an argument about who took a bite out of the cake Luna made for me'
