(M.K.'s P.O.V.)

      I missed it. I might never go home to my dad. I look at the new queen who was still a young girl. She was still trying to cope with her powers. "Queen Daisy wants to talk to you,"Ronin tells me. I went near the Queen. "Um....your majesty, Ronin said you want to talk to me,"I tell her. "Don't call me 'your majesty'. Just call me Daisy,"she says. "Okay um.....Queen Daisy," I tell her. "M.K. I have a question to ask you. Do you want to be my adviser?"she asks. "Sure, why not?" I answer.

       "Really?!"she said. "Yep,"I answer. "But what about your dad?"she asks. "I'll have to tell him about everything,"I answer. "Well, shall we go to your house?"she asks. "Now?"I ask. "Yes. Now,"she answers. Ronin comes over. "I and the queen's guards will take you two there,"he says. Queen Daisy nods.

-Later-

       We arrive at my house along with Ronin and a few leafmen(No, Nod is not included). "Dad?"I ask as we arrive at the window. "Mary-I mean M.K.? Is that you? I'm down here!"

    I look down. I see dad, with Ozzie. The thing is, they're small. I'm surprised. How in the world did this happen? Ronin went down and helped them up the table where we are. "Dad!"I shout, and hug him. "How?"I ask him.

     "I don't know. I only know is that I shrunk,"he answers. "Does this mean..."I trail off. "Yes. It probably means that you guys will be living in Moonhaven!"the young queen squeals. "Oh I can't wait till I arrive there!"My dad exclaims.

-When we arrive in Moonhaven-

      "Everything is better than I expected!"dad exclaims. I smile. Finally. I'll be living with my dad and everyone else. The Jinn kids walk up to Ozzie to play with him. It's a good thing that Ozzie is well trained.

         "So, we will be living here right?"dad asks. "I guess so,"I answer. "Where?"he asks again. "Ronin said he'll take care of it,"I answer. "I love you so much darling,"he says, hugging me. "I love you too, dad,"I tell him.

(Ronin's P.O.V.)

     I finally found a house for M.K. and her dad. I'm still sad because of Tara's loss. I miss her. But I shouldn't let my grief affect me. I still have to take care of Moonhaven. Boggans might still be lingering around. "Ronin? Ya there?"

      I turned around. It was Nod. The boy that I took care for many years. The boy that I treated as my son. I look at him. He looks so much like his father, who was my best friend that I lost. A tear rolls down my cheek but being a general, I don't let him see my grief.

      "What is it?"I ask. "It's about the forest,"he answers. "Any traces of rot?" I ask. "No. Actually, it seems like there are none in Moonhaven. Except in Wrathwood,"he answers. "Leave it be. We need to keep the balance. Anything else?"I ask. "Nope. Nothing else,"he answers.

     "Ronin....is anything bothering you?"he asks. I don't answer. "It's Tara, isn't it?"he asks. I sigh in defeat. This boy knows me more than anyone else does. "Yes. I just can't get over her death. I thought we could live happily after she is no longer queen, but the sad thing is, she died. And I thought that your dad would be here, watching you grow up, but then, death took him,"I said. Nod puts a hand on my shoulder. "Ronin.......I'm sorry......I probably shouldn't have-"

      "Nod, you didn't do anything wrong. I just probably missed them so much. You know, now that you've grown, look so much like your father," I says, ruffling his hair. "Hey!"he shouts. "You've grown, but you're a bit childish. I wonder what M.K. will say about that," I says, chuckling. He blushes. "Do you have to bring her up?"he asks, annoyed, blushing even redder. I just smile. Nod, my son, has grown up already.

-After 1 year-

(Nod's P.O.V.)

     "I just want to ask you, how do you tame birds? Ya know, even the sparrows? And how do the leafmen train their hummingbirds? Considering that each one has their own? Plus how do the humminbirds respond to the leafmen's whistles? Just asking."Professor Bomba asks me. "Um sir...." I say, as I answer each and every question of his using what I know. I find it a bit awkward, since I'm planning to ask him if I could court his daughter.

     "I'm surprised that you managed to answer every question of mine. Ever since they are so many,"he says, chuckling. "Well, I used what I know,"I say. He chuckles. "Um...sir....can I ask you something?"I ask him. "It's about M.K. isn't it?"he asks me, with one eyebrow raised. "Yes sir. How'd you know?"I ask. He chuckles. "It's obvious that you like her and care for her,"he says. "Yes sir, I do like her and I care for her. So can I ask if..."I trail off. "You could court her? Here is what I have to say about that. I find you a nice young man and I don't know if I could find a better person for my daughter and since she is almost nineteen, I'll  approve of that," he says. "Um sir, are you serious?"I ask. "Yes I am. Do you want me to take back what I just said?"he asks, smirking. "Thank you, Professor Bomba,"I tell him.

-After 1 week-

(M.K.'s P.O.V.)

      I sigh. It's really hard assisting the queen. I'm glad I could take a day off after everything considering it's my nineteenth birthday, including the leafman training. I finally mastered the bow and the sword. And did I tell you already that Nod was the one to train me? I won't mind, but it's kinda wierd though. The thing is that I like him. A lot. He's really sweet and caring. And even though he's a bit childish sometimes, I find it cute. I don't like being embarrased in front of him. And he's close with my dad already after a week of knowing him. Huh. I never expected it to be that quick.

   I wonder what I should do today. I cannot find everyone else. The queen goes up to me. She looks really exited about something. "M.K.! Come to my house! We need to get you ready!"she squeals. "Ready for what?"I ask. "Oh just come! It's your birthday, right!"she says.

     She leads me to her room and helps me with different dresses. I totally do not understand, but I just let her.

(Queen Daisy's P.O.V.)

      Oh my daisies! She shouldn't know about the surprise! And the thing is, the surprise was Nod's idea! I really wish they would be together! They are so cute!

(M.K.'s P.O.V.)

         So here I am, wearing a dress and my hair is in flowing curls. I never wanted to wear a dress, but Queen Daisy insisted. Atleast the dress isn't too girly. I'm on my way to a place which the queen is leading me. She doesn't want to tell me where, though.

    "We are here!"she shouts. I look around. We are on top of a tree, and I see everyone....except Nod. "Happy birthday M.K.!"Everyone shouts. "Well, if it isn't the birthday girl!"Nim exclaims. I smile. "Thank you so much! I never really wished for this, but you guys planned this! Thank you guys!"I tell them, showing my gratitude.

     "Your welcome M.K., but, you have to thank a specific person who planned all of this,"my dad tells me. "And who is this specific person, exactly?"I ask.

     Nod appears behind dad and Ronin, holding a flower. "Happy birthday, M.K."he says, smiling. I cover my blush. "Nod...um...I don't know what to say,"I tell him. "Why not try, 'Thank you'?"he asks, handing over the flower. I examine it. It's my favorite flower. A daisy. "Oh you,"I tell him, playfully punching his shoulder.

      "M.K., I just want to tell you something,"Nod says. "What is it,then?"I playfully ask. "M.K., I like you more than any other girl in the world. And I'm sure that no one will ever replace you,"he says. I hear some 'aaaaws' from everyone else. "Nod....I have to say, I like you too. A lot," I tell him, while hugging him tightly. More 'aaaws' from everyone. Life couldn't get any better.
