"What are you doing here?" Natsu said making himself appear. Wait what?

"Natsu? Dang it! I was supposed to inherit the wife not you, but who does father say gets her? You, that's who!" Sting complained, making poor me even more confused. Then she had it.

"There's Zeref, Gajeel, Wendy, Sting, Rogue, and Natsu!" Natsu's past voice popped into my head.

"WAIT SO YOUR A DEMON WHO JUST WANTED TO  INHERIT A WIFE?" I shouted, really angry. "YOU ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOW! WE'RE OVER! I QUIT!"

"Wait, whaaa? But you love this job and me!" Sting argued, flaying his hands our to his side. "Plus you need money."

"I can find a different job and boyfriend!" I said and turned away, stomping my way to the car with Natsu's wrist in my hand.

"HEY, GET BACK HERE DONT TAKE HIM WITH YOU! HE'LL RUIN YOUR LIFE!" Sting shouted, but I didn't care.

After getting in the car, I madly drove home. "I can't believe I got caught up in the moment and quit!" I told myself. We arrived at my home and entered. My old work place was practically next door.

"At least you won't be anywhere around Sting," Natsu told and floped on my bed.

"DONT FLOP ON MY BED!" I shouted. He stuck his tounge out. "I'M GONNA KILL YOU YOU LITTLE-," I began but Erza's set ringtone blarred throughout the room, stopping me.

"Masaysume chasing..." I stopped it before it could play further.

"Hello?" I chimed and, in return, heard Erza freaking out on the other end. Everything was incoherent sounds from the older female. "What's wrong?"

"JELLAL ASKED ME OUT! HE SAID HE WANTS TO MEET UP TOMORROW AT 5!?" she shouted through the phone like crazy. Don't worry, my ear buds were fine. I think.

"OMG REALLY? WHAT WILL YOU WEAR? NO, WHAT WILL YOU SAY!?" I asked, excited. Erza and Jellal have been crushing on each other for years, but never noticed the other's feelings. Oblivious as heck.

"I DONT KNOW! HELP ME, LU!" she cried.

"Okay, give me a little while... We'll meet at 3 tomorrow!" I told her and I could hear her nodding against the phone. I hung up and turned to a confused Natsu. "We're helping my friend Erza out," I informed him.

"Male or female?" he asked and I a bit got angry.

"FEMALE, OF COURSE!" I then punched his head leaving it steaming.

"Owwee!" he whined.

"I thought you were a Devil!" I said evilly. He whined in response.

"But you're also inhuman!" he retorted, reminding me of my question that was never answered.

"Do I get wings or some weird magical powers?" I asked, changing the direction of our conversation.

"Mmmmm... Let me think about it," he told me and went to the window. "You might, but I can't be sure." He sat down. "So what is it about? The helping your friend," he asked. A big mistake. Never ask.

"OOOOO, LET ME TELL YOU!" I cheered and sat in the bay window with him. "So my friend, Erza, has always had a crush on this guy named Jellal-," I began but was cut off by him.

"I heard you say that word before but chose to ignore it. What is crush?" he asked and I stared blankly at him.

"Well, it's where you like this guy or girl," I explained and he nodded. "Have you never had a crush before?"

"No...," he answered.

"Have you fallen in love at all?" I asked and he froze for a moment. "AH-HA! CAUGHT YOU! TELL ME WHO!"

"It was a human girl I met once...," he began, "I doubt she's still alive but her name was Lisanna."

"LISANNA? OMG SHE'S MY BEST FRIEND'S LITTLE SIS! AND WE'RE BESTIES!" I said, enthralled.

"Hey I met this boy...," a younger Lisanna said.

"DO TELL!" Mira and I yelled in her face.

"Well his name was Natsu... and we plan to meet up next Friday," she told.

That Thursday she disappeared. At first we expected that guy took her, but we actually went to that spot and met the boy.

"WHAT'D YOU DO WITH LISANNA?!" the younger Mira shouted.

"Ya Perv!" younger me said.

"Wait what? Sorry, but do you know where she is? I've been waiting here for the past hour...," the pinkette told.

"You dont know?" we asked. He shook his head.

"She disappeared...," Mira started but broke into tears. Younger me took her into my arms.

"Oh," he mumbled."Well, I'm Natsu! Maybe we could be friends-," he started but a male with black hair showed up.

"Natsu dad wants you," he said.

"Oh, okay, big brother, Zeref!" Natsu chimed and waved goodbye. We never saw that kid again.

Lisanna reappeared two years later after absconding her real kidnapper. She didn't get out scott free, either. She had twins with her, them being about a year old.

"But she's not looking for a father for her twins... the real father... Bixslow, I think it was... let her go... out of some kind of messed up love. At first, she didn't want to go, but he insisted they never talk again. She's still in love with him and, in fact, she's looking for him now. It's strange, but we support whatever she decides," I told and he seemed a little disappointed.

"Oh... BUT, HEY, I HAVE A FIANCÉ NOW, SO THAT DOESN'T MATTER!" he said cheerfully.

"Who?" I asked and he smiled.

"You, of course!" he cheered and my face went deep red.

"WE'RE GETTING OFF TRACK!" I loudly informed, embarrassed and changing the subject. "Anyway, Jellal also had a crush on Erza for the longest time! And he just asked her out! So, I'm helping for their date!"

"Date?" he asked and I facepalmed.

"There's steps in a relationship! First you have a crush then one of the two ask the other out and they go on a date. If it works out, then about 1-3 years later the male purposes! Then a marriage and a family!" I told him, stars in my eyes.

"So then that's how humans get married? Do you want it to be that way instead of my way?" he asked and I thought about it.

"Okay, but first you're gonna have to make me fall in love with you," I remarked and we shook on it. Suddenly, the floor was engulfed in red light. A magic circle appeared. "WHAT THE-!"

"It happens when two devils make a contract," Natsu explained, grinning ear to ear.

"A contract?" I asked.

"Yeah, we promised each other to get married the human way and the only to do so is to follow these steps," he explained and pulled out a piece of paper that read:

The Devil Marriage contract between Lucy Heartfilia and Natsu Dragneel, the terms being them getting married "the human way." The list to complete.....

1)Make Lucy fall in love with Natsu

2)Have a crush on each other

3)Go on a date

4)Date for 1-3 years

5)Natsu proposes

6)They get married

7)They make a family

Hereby with these terms and the shake of hands the two have now a contract.

"WHHAAA!" I screamed.

"See?" Natsu told and I looked at him then at the paper.
