Bang! Such a harsh and loud sound indeed that the whole world has heard it.

The murder of a famous young singer was trending worldwide. Everybody was talking about it. Everyone was in love with the victim, although they did now know her personally. Everyone now loathed the murderer, although they only know his name. Yet everyone acts like they've known her their whole life; she's the sweetest person on earth and she's obviously in a better place with God now. And everyone acts like they've known him their whole life too, how he was a deranged fan who deserves to rot in hell because he simply was born to be evil.

But the truth is, only one person truly knows him, and that person has greying hair and a gun in his hand, sitting in a rickety chair, the only one left to grieve for the bad guy. In this man's world, the bad guy was the opposite of what everyone thinks he was, and it seems like yesterday that he was carrying a cute bundle of joy in his arms, the kind of angel that his wife had died for. It seems like yesterday that he carried him in his shoulders to take him around the zoo for the first time. It seems only yesterday that he graduated from college, and he was the proudest father in the world.

But the truth is, yesterday, his son killed a man. And that man was himself.

No, he doesn't care that his son killed a famous singer. What mattered to the world did not matter to him. He was a father after all, and all he cared about was his son's death, and how he would do anything to take back time and stop his son from committing suicide.

But he can't, he did not. So he pulled the trigger, he lost his son... he lost his life.

Bang! Such a harsh and loud sound, yet no one else heard it.

Author's Note: This is obviously inspired by a famous singer's recent death, though this is purely fictional. Not to put a silver lining on the murderer's side, I just thought this could be a sort of emotional way to demonstrate how much love a father has for his children. Why? Because it's Fathers' Day!
