A modern AU where Kanae and Sanemi are dating. She breaks up with him for no apparent reason. Now years later, Kanae hopes to pursue her dream as a doctor, so she becomes a trainee during the summer. Only, Sanemi is the boss of it. He quickly finds out her secret, and it absolutely blows him away.

Should I do it ?
