Welcome, everyone. Today we have the lovely pleuvoirx

A big thank you to her for taking the time to answer these questions.

If you haven't read her books then please do. They're amazing...

Without further ado...

What inspired you to start writing?

I've always liked reading and making little scenarios in my head. like I would think one thing, and I'd be like, that'd make a really good idea for a book. I never thought I'd be good at it, or decent at least, but after I saw some people's writing styles and how many different styles there were, I decided to at least give it a shot to see if I liked it before I published anything.

Did you have any writers' block along the way? how did you get past them?

All the time whenever I had writer's block, I would go back through and read what I had already written, and then make a list of what I want/need in the chapter.

Do you see yourself in any characters and why?

I relate to both of my OCS, mainly because they're both similar in a way as well. I'm quiet and observant in the same way both of my characters are. that's what's nice about writing as well, you can put a little bit of yourself in each character

How old are you?
18

How old were you when you started writing?

I think I was around 14-15?

Can you remember what you felt when you first started writing? what did you feel?

well, the writing was different for me when I first started versus when I started 'Control'. when I was 15, i thought my writing was perfect, and that I was better than everyone else but then I looked back and I was like, how did anyone read this and how did I think it was good but then I started to control and I was v hesitant to write it, let alone publish it. I'm still g insecure about my writing style compared to others, but at least I'm aware of it now

How long does it take you to write a book on average?

well, it took me about a year to finish control. it just really depends on how motivated I am to get chapters out, how long I want the book to be, and how busy I am.

Where do you get your ideas from?

for control, I had wanted to use the scarlet witch power thing for a while, and I was getting back into twilight, so I decided to put them together and that's where I got that. and for hypnotic, I love Marcus so I wanted to do something for him and I wanted to try something that I hadn't done before. so I started by making a list of ideas and then winded it down to where hypnotic is now

What do you like to do when you're not writing?

i like to paint and read a lot. I also like to go to the beach w friends or just spend time in my room by myself. but I'm currently in college, so I don't have a lot of time to do much, including writing

What does your family think about your writing?

my family doesn't know, or at least I don't think they do. I don't think they'd mind but at the same time, they might think it's weird that I write twilight fanfiction lol. maybe one day they'll find out if I publish and original

What do you think makes a good story?

good writing!!! I'm more likely to read if someone has a good writing style than if they're bad at writing paragraphs or not using proper punctuation. I also like a relatable character. plots also make or break a good story for me. I also really like a suspenseful opening to a book.

What's your favourite genre? and why?
so many lol. I like sci-fi, mystery, thriller, historical fiction, and romance/adventure

What's the hardest thing to write, for you and why?
I think I'm bad at writing filler chapters cause I want to skip straight to the intense or fun part of the stories. emotional scenes are also hard for me to write, but I'm not really sure why. most of the time, I have what I want to write in my head, I just have a hard time putting it on paper

Do you work on an outline or do you just write with the flow?

For Control, I just wrote without an outline but for the stories I'm working on now, I've been trying to follow an outline

Do you have anything specific you want to say to readers?
To my readers: Thank you all so much for reading and giving feedback! I love hearing what you think of my works! To other readers: Make sure you tell authors what you like/don't like about the story or writing! Authors appreciate the feedback a lot! <3

And lastly, Do you have any advice for new writers
Make an outline for your story to follow so it's easier to write. also when you first start, publish every week so more people will see it and know that it's still be published. but just have fun with it :)
