"I don't know about this, man. I don't know." my dad paced around the room

"C'mon it's gonna be great." I reassure him as I placed my feet on Henry's lap

"Oh, that's exactly what you said when you and talked me into eating one of those women's energy bars!"

I smirked mischievously at the memory.

"Then I couldn't stop reading books about princesses." my dad added

"Dude, I've known Jasper my whole life." Henry said

"That does not mean he's qualified to have a job here!" my dad groaned

The tubes started beeping and Charlotte and Kelly came down

"Heyo."

"Oh hey, happy Saturday morning." Charlotte got off the tube pad with Kelly

"Yo."

"Sup."

"Maybe you're happy." my dad glared at her

Henry sighed "Kelly will you tell Ray that Jasper working at Junk N's Stuff isn't gonna be a problem?"

"I haven't exactly known him for that long." she shrugged

"Charlotte?"

"I can't tell lies before breakfast." Charlotte shrugged

I rolled my eyes before pulling out a women's energy bar and handing it to my dad "Here you go."

"What's this?" he took the energy bar

"Lady bar."

My dad squealed before throwing the energy bar on the ground

Charlotte put her hand on the auto-snacker "Scrambled eggs."

"Scrambled eggs." The machine repeated

There was a beeping sound on the monitors and it showed a footage of Jasper outside Junk N' Stuff

"Oh. He's here." I grin widely before getting up to look at the monitor

I heard my dad groan loudly before Henry followed me to the monitors.

"Hey, what's up?" Henry spoke to Jasper first

"Hey!" Jasper did a salute pose "Jasper Dunlop here to see Captain Man, Kid Danger, and Danger Girl!"

"Shhhh!"

"Dude!"

"No!" my dad turned off the monitor "Do you hear that? He's gonna blab all our secrets to the whole world!"

"No, not after we show him our video." I chimed in

"Fine. Just get him down here. Get him down here."

Henry and I rushed inside the elevator as the elevator doors closed.

"Why are you wearing a tie?" Henry pointed to the tie Jasper was wearing

"Oh. Cause it's my first day at work and I wanna make a good impression."

"Take off the tie." I advised before Henry and I walked to the backroom

"My tie.." I heard Jasper mumble before he followed Henry and I

"Woah.. The backrooms!" Jasper looked at his surroundings in amazement

"Uh-huh." Henry nodded as we both got in the elevator

Jasper followed us in as the door closed.

Before I could press the elevator button I decided to warn Jasper "Now uh.. Don't get scared."

"Dude. This ain't my first elevator ride." Jasper crossed his arms

Henry scoffed "Yeah okay." he pressed the elevator button

The elevator shot down, Jasper was screaming while Henry and I were just standing still.

By the time the elevator landed, Jasper was holding onto Henry's leg.

"Oh." Jasper let go of Henry

I got out of the elevator first "Kay. We got him." I said as the TV slowly went down from the ceiling

"He's Jasper right?" Kelly looked at him up and down and raised an eyebrow

"Yep."

She smiled softly "Okay."

"Hi boss!" Jasper smiled widely

"Good morning Jasper." my dad said unenthusiastically

"Guess what I'm wearing?"

"A goofy tie?" my dad answered

"No. What I'm wearing down here." Jasper pointed to his pants

"Yeah. Put your underwear back in your pants, you're making him uncomfortable." I gritted through my teeth as Jasper quickly put back his underwear in

"Hi, I'm Kelly. One of Audrianna's friends." Kelly held out her hand

"Jasper. I think we've met before." the boy smiled as he shook her hand

I gave Kelly a knowing look.

"Go away. I'm trying to introduce myself." she swatted me away

"Uh, where'd Charlotte go?" Henry spoke up

"I don't know. Probably.. Somewhere." my dad shrugged "Now, Jasper."

"Yes Captain." Jasper saluted

"First, never do that."

Jasper put down his hand.

"Secondly, if you're gonna work upstairs in Junk N' Stuff; The most important thing to remember is to never reveal my identity, Audrianna's identity or Henry's."

"I get it." Jasper nodded

"You'll get it." my dad stared at him "When you watch this video." my dad started playing the video

"Never tell the secret." A woman on the video said

A picture of me, Kid Danger and Captain Man popped up "Captain Man, Kid Danger, and Danger Girl; If you're watching this video that means you know their true secret identities. Ray Manchester, Audrianna Manchester, and Henry Hart."

"Love that pic of us."

"We look hot."

"Yeah, we look gooood."

"Revealing the secret could have terrible consequences." An explosion popped up "Such as tragedy, the end of the Earth as we know it. And loss of bladder control." A video of a man peeing in the women's restroom showed up

"Aw, no!" The man in the video yelled as pee flowed out the bathroom door

"And now, a personal warning to you from Captain Man, Kid Danger, and Danger Girl."

"Never reveal the secret." Captain Man said as he pointed to the camera

"Or else this could happen to you." Kid Danger pointed out but I moved his arm to the right direction

"Hey, friend. Guess what? Captain Man is really Ray Manchester, and he has a daughter named Audrianna Manchester who's also Danger Girl and Kid Danger well, he's really a boy named Henry Hart." The talking watermelon said "Ain't that a juicy secret?" The watermelon giggled but I ended up whacking it with a mallet repeatedly

"Danger Girl- Danger Girl-" Kid Danger tried to pry me off the watermelon

I had alot of built up rage okay?

Once Captain Man pried me off the watermelon we stepped into the camera and shook our fingers.

"Don't do it." The woman on the TV warned before the video shut off

"Any questions?" Henry asked

"How'd you guys get that watermelon to talk?" Jasper stared at us in bewilderment

"HELP!!"

"Wait- was that-" Kelly turned around

"HELP ME!"

"Wha- Charlotte!" Kelly ran up to her with us following behind

Kelly and I tried to pull her out.

"I'M UNCOMFORTABLE!"

"Help us get her out of here!" we all started to pull Charlotte's hand out

"Charlotte you're not supposed to crawl in the machine!" my dad scolded

The alarm started blaring and we all let go of Charlotte's hand.

"Uh oh." Henry said

"What's going on?" Jasper asked

I ran up to the monitor and groaned "There's an emergency at the airport."

"Ooh, is a flight delayed?" Jasper chimed in

We all turned to stare at him.

"No."

My dad pulled out his gumball tube "C'mon, kids."

"What are you guys gonna do?" Jasper questioned

"We've got a crime to thwart." my dad began

"At the Swellview airport." I added

"Woah. Do you guys like plan those rhymes?"

"Uhhh.."

"No."

"No, seriously?"

"Wait- what about Charlotte?" Kelly tried pulling her out again

We held up our fingers and blew the bubble, making us transform into our superhero uniforms before we ran up to the auto-snacker.

"Hey Charlotte, how's it going in there?" Captain Man asked

"It's going bad! Get me out of this thing!"

"Ahh, we can't. We got an emergency." Captain Man reasoned

"I'm an emergency!"

"Well- I mean, can you breathe okay?" Kid Danger asked

Charlotte replied but her voice was muffled.

"Okay, what did she say?" I furrow my eyebrows

"I'm pretty sure she said 'hey, I'm good you guys go do what you gotta do.'." Captain Man lied in a high pitched voice

"Alright."

"Kay."

"Don't worry Char, Schwoz will be back in like two or three hours." Kelly reassured

"2 or 3 hours!?"

Me, Captain Man, and Kid Danger ran under the tubes and pressed our belt buckles as the tubes encased us.

"Wait! What am I supposed to do while you guys are out fighting crime?" Jasper asked

"Uh, just go up to Junk N' Stuff and watch the store." I instructed

"But I have some questions about my job."

"We'll answer all your questions right after we say 'Up the tube.'." my dad said

"Up the tube!" We all yelled as we got shot up the tubes

Me, Captain Man, and Kid Danger got shot down the tubes only to see Schwoz and Kelly pulling on Charlotte's head.

"Ooh, what a pretty fish you have." Schwoz complimented the fiñata Captain Man was carrying

"You're squeezing my head too hard!" Charlotte complained

"What do you want me to do?" Kelly asked

"Let go!"

"Okay." Kelly and Schwoz let go of Charlotte's head as she got sucked back in the machine

I tilted my head "Uh, did Charlotte just get suc-"

"Oh, relax." Schwoz waved us off "We'll get her out in a minute."

"Why so you have that thing?" Kelly pointed to the fiñata

"This thing is a fiñata." Captain Man explained

"Yeah, see it's like a piñata but fish-themed." Kid Danger explained

"We know what a fiñata is." Schwoz said

"Well, I bet you don't know that this fiñata is filled with live zom-bees." I crossed my arms

"Ahhyie-yie!" Schwoz hid behind the sofa

"You can't bring zom-bees into the Man Cave!" Kelly remarked

"If that fiñata breaks, they'll fly into our ears and mooch on our brains!" Schwoz added

"We know." Captain Man said

"Yeah, so how do we get rid of it?" Kid Danger asked

"Uh, take it upstairs to Junk N' Stuff. We'll call animal control and have them come pick up that fiñata of death." Captain Man handed him the fiñata

"Okay. I'll bring it upstairs."

"Don't forget to change your clothes." I reminded him

"Oh yeah." Kid Danger tried to reach out for his gumball tube but almost dropped the fiñata.

"Hey!" We all yelled

"Be careful with that thing!" Captain Man scolded

"Guys, chill out I'm not gonna drop it." Kid Danger reassured

"Do you have it?" I ask

"Yeah."

"Are you good?" I question

"It's fine."

"Are you good?" I repeated

"Babe, it's fine." He reassured, but as he went inside the elevator he dropped the fiñata

We all turned to see him frantically pick up the fiñata as the elevator door closes.

We were pulling Charlotte out of the auto-snacker.

"Pull!"

"She's still stuck!"

"Help!"

"C'mon pull!"

We all accidentally let go of Charlotte, resulting in her getting sucked back in.

"Well how are we gonna get her out of there!?" My dad yelled

"Ehm.."

"Hey. How about this?" Kelly cleared her throat and placed her hand on the auto-snacker "Charlotte."

"Charlotte." The machine repeated as Charlotte got launched out of it

"Ayyy!" the boys exclaimed as Kelly and I helped Charlotte up

"You okay?" Henry asked

Charlotte glared at him "No. I am not okay." she walked up to the auto-snacker "And I still never got my scrambled eggs."

"Scrambled eggs." the machine repeated as scarmbled eggs splattered onto Charlotte

"You uh..you got some-" my dad stopped talking when Charlotte glared at him

The monitor started buzzing.

"That's Jasper upstairs." Henry ran to the monitor "Hey, Jasper what's up?"

"There's two guys here from animal control asking about some zom-bees."

"Oh. Yeah, yeah, yeah." I nodded

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Jasper, the zom-bees are inside the purple fiñata." my dad said

"Oh. I sold the fiñata."

"Great. Just give it to the guys from-- YOU SOLD THE FIÑATA!?" my dad yelled

"Yeah. And a water bed."

"Wha- who- who'd you sell it to!?" I ask

"Piper."

"Pi- my sister!?"

My dad turned off the monitor "Do you realize what'll happen if those zom-bees get out of that fiñata!?"

"Okay- okay- don't worry about it, I'm sure that Piper just took it home and put it in her room or something." I reassured

"How!? How could you give my sister a fiñata full of death bugs!?" Henry scolded

"Jasper didn't know there were bugs in it." I defended

"You're on his side!?" Henry yelled and I look at him bewilderingly

"I didn't know there were bugs inside of it!" Jasper raised his arms in defeat

"Well there are! There were atleast 50 zom-bees inside that fiñata." my dad added

"Okay, yelling at Jasper isn't gonna help anything." Kelly stepped in

"Thank you!" Jasper huffed

"Do you realise how dangerous those bees are?" my dad asked Jasper

"Yah. They fly into your head, through your ears and then feed up on your brayn!" Schwoz showed Jasper a picture of a human brain

Charlotte held up Jasper's tie and sighed "You should not have worn that tie."

"Okay- just- Did Piper say that she was going anywhere?" I ask

"Uhhh, yeah- some friend of her's birthday party."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah..uh, Gabby Birch." Henry said

Kelly sniggered "I heard bitch.."

"Same." I whispered to her

"W-well who's Gabby Birch?" my dad asked

"Her friend, c'mon let's blow and go." Henry pulled out his gumball tube "Dri, can you stay here and make sure Jasper doesn't do anything else stupid?"

"Kay."

"No! Are you insane?" my dad stopped him

"What?"

"We can't just run in there as Captain Man and Kid Danger and say 'hey kids, we're here to your party because we're worried some killer bugs might fly in your head and eat your brains, Happy Birthday Gabby!" my dad ranted

"That was not what I was expecting him to say." Kelly muttered

"Alright. Alright then- uh," Henry paced around "we just got to sneak in, grab the fiñata, and get out of there fast."

"Oh come on." Charlotte groaned

"What?" Henry turned to her

"How do you sneak in a birthday party without being seen?"

I gave Henry and my dad a sinister look.

So basically, I made them dress up in clown costumes. Part of it was for the plan and the other part was just a grudge I've held on Henry because he took back all the sweaters I stole fron him.

Ha.

"Hey, Dria? Kelly?" Jasper walked up to me

"Sup?"

"Does your boss hate me?"

"Of course not. He'll get used to you."

"He has to." Kelly added

"Okay.. thanks girls." Jasper smiled at us

"Sure."

"I'm gonna head up to Junk N' Stuff, I'll see you guys around?"

"Bye."

"Kay kay."

Jasper stepped in the elevator as the doors closed.

I slammed the book I was reading shut and stared at Kelly "Spill the tea."

"What?"

"You like Jasper."

"Huh?"

"You. Like. Jasper." I repeated, but slower

"No I don't." Kelly furrowed her eyebrows

"That wasn't a question sweetie. You like Jasper Dunlop."

".. I don't."

"Yes you dooooo." I said in a sing-song tone

"No I doooon't." She mimicked my tone

I sighed in frustration "Listen. You kept teasing me about liking Henry before we dated. This makes us even."

"It doesn't because you actually liked Henry. I don't like Jasper."

"Then why were you checking him out on his way to the elevator?"

"I was observing him! To see if he'll do something stupid." Kelly reasoned

"Uh-huh. Sure, keep telling yourself that.."

Time for my revenge.

I wonder how Henry and Captain Man are doing.

THIRD PERSON POV

"Clown fight! Clown fight! Clown fight!" The kids chered

The fiñata fell off the tree branch due to Henry's weight and broke apart.

Zom-bees started flying out of the fiñata.

"The zom-bees!" Ray yelled as he and Henry covered their ears

The bees started swarming the two other clowns as the other kids covered their ears.

"It's hurting my brain!" one of the clowns yelled

"They're killing us!" The other clown yelled as they both ran outside

Henry and my dad got shot down the tubes in their normal clothes looking annoyed and tired.

"Sup." Kelly said

"Hi!" Jasper beamed

"Hey, how'd the mission go?" I turned to them

"Horrible." Henry muttered

"What happened? Did the zom-bees hurt anyone?" Kelly asked

"Yeah. But Piper and the other kids were safe."

"Okay, then." I shrugged

"I'm gonna take a shower, gonna try to get the rest of the clown makeup off." my dad mumbled

"Why do you guys look so annoyed?" I huff

"Because we had to stay there for two hours making balloon animals for little kids!" Henry yelled out

I scoff "Alright, calm down Schmuttz." I turned around but he hugged me from behind

"Ehem. Hello? What exactly happened to the zom-bees?" Kelly asked

"Well, some clowns who booked the job came and they threatened Ray but then the fiñata broke and chased them out of the party." Henry explained in a tired tone

"Oh." she furrowed her eyebrows

"Let's go Schmuttz. We need to get that clown makeup off of you." I dragged Henry to the sprocket

I turned around and smirked at Kelly before winking at her but she only looked at me in shock.

Kelly turned to Jasper who was sitting by the monitors and immediately starts approaching him "Hey, Jasper."

Jasper turned to face her "Hi Kelly." he smiled sweetly at the girl

"You okay?"

"Yeah. I just feel like Ray isn't very.. Accepting of me."

"Hey, he'll come around. He's just worried that you're gonna blab to everyone about their secret."

"I swear, I won't tell anyone."

"I know what'll make you feel better." Kelly smirked as she played music on her phone and started dancing along the beat.

"Is that your way of asking me out?" she raised an eyebrow

"Maybe."

"Then yes."
