I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
Oh God, it feels like forever
But no one ever tells you that forever
Feels like home, sitting all alone
Inside your head

Virgil watched Roman through the window of the coffee shop. The young princely man was walking past with another person. It heart him but he didn't know why.

'Cause I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
All I know is that it feels like forever
When no one ever tells you that forever feels like home
Sitting all alone inside your head

Remy, Virgil's co-worker, asked if he was alright. The emo nodded but he wasn't ok. He felt heartbroken for no reason. After all, Roman broke up with him exactly eight months ago that day. He no longer played a role in Roman's life and Virgil accepted that.

How do you feel? That is the question
But I forget, you don't expect an easy and we when something like a soul becomes initialized
And folded up like paper dolls and little notes

Virgil clocked out early and walked in the direction of his house. He still had every order Roman ever gave him when he used to come to Koffee Kafe. Now, the Prince dude never comes. The orders were the only thing Virgil allowed himself to keep that reminded him of his ex.

You can't expect a bit of hope
And while you're outside looking in
Describing what you see
Remember what you're staring at is me

Roman wasn't doing too good either. He missed Virgil. The only reason he broke up with him was because his parents told him to. He always watches Virgil through the cafe windows but never has the courage to go in anymore.

'Cause I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
All I know is that it feels like forever
When no one ever tells you that forever feels like home
Sitting all alone inside your head

Roman blinked away the tears that were filling his eyes. He excused himself from his hangout with his forced boyfriend and started walking towards Virgil's home.

How much is real?so much to question
An epidemic of the mannequins
Contaminating everything
When thought came from the heart
It never did right from the start

Roman saw Virgil up ahead and ran to catch up to him. He shouted Virgil's name but the emo ignored him and walked faster. He wasn't ready to face the theatre nerd.

Just listen to the noises
(no more sad voices)
Before you tell yourself it's a different scene
Remember its just different from what you've seen

Virgil fumbled with his house keys. His hands were shaking badly and his vision was blurred with tears. He dropped his keys and went to pick them up, but Roman did it for him.

Virgil looked at him shocked before grabbing his keys and unlocking his door.

I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has oassed
All I know is that it feels like forever
When no one ever tells you that forever feels like home
Sitting all alone inside your head

Roman watched Virgil open the door, but stopped him before he could go in. The brown eyed man wanted to tell the other everything, but he wasn't sure how.

And it's the stars
The stars that shine for you
And it's the stars
That stars that lie to you

He kissed Virgil, a full passionate kiss. The emo melted into it before realizing his mistake and pushing him away. He silently cried as he ran inside and slammed the door shut.

And it's the stars
The stars that shine for you
And it's the stars
The stars that lie to you

Virgil leaned against the door and slid down. He sobbed uncontrollably. His parents, Patton and Logan, heard him crying and immediately came over to help.

I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
Oh god, it feels like forever
But no one ever tells you that forever
Feels like home, sitting all alone
Inside your head

Roman knocked on the door, worried sick about the emo. Logan opened the door with a frustrated look on his face. Roman quickly explained the situation but Logan wouldn't let him in to see Virgil.

'Cause I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
All I know is that it feels like forever
But no one ever tells you that forever
Feels like home, sitting all alone
Inside your head

Virgil watched Roman slowly walk away from his house from his bedroom window. He couldn't look at him without breaking down.

And it's the stars
The stars that shine for you
And it's the stars
The stars that lie to you
And it's the stars
The stars that shine for you
And it's the stars
That stars that lie to you

Both of the teens were heartbroken. Roman regretted breaking up with Virgil, Virgil regretted falling in love with Roman.

Who are the stars
Who are the stars they lie

They hated themselves...
But they still loved each other.
