other couples was a little too much for the two and they didn't waste a single moment before leaving the Eiffel Tower as soon as they were done eating. They couldn't even take a picture without having a couple in the background. "I guess it felt worse than the last time because you were with me" Sae stated and Y/N kicked his shin making him groan in pain "Ow! What was that for?" he protested, rubbing his leg.

Y/N shot him a playful glare, her eyes sparkling mischievously. "That's for blaming me for the overwhelming couples," she retorted, a hint of a smile on her lips. "I didn't ask them to be so lovey-dovey."

Sae couldn't help but chuckle, rubbing the spot where Y/N had kicked him. "Alright, fair enough. Maybe it's just my luck that they all decided to visit the Eiffel Tower today," he admitted, his tone laced with amusement. "But hey, at least we had each other to complain about it."

Seeing him mock her made her almost ask him about the advance booking of the Eiffel Tower but she knew that if he booked it without telling her then that only meant that he didn't want her to know about it. She let out a sigh and tried to forget about it while taking a stroll around the busy street and she couldn't help to glance towards him from time to time but he seemed to be lost in his thoughts and the silence between them was soon converting into awkwardness. 

"Um... so Sae, what made you want to become a soccer player?" She asked trying to strike up a conversation to ease the awkward air between them. 

He looked at her and shrugged "I always played soccer as a kid and I eventually developed the desire to become the best striker in the world."

"huh? But... you are not a striker"

"Yeah... that dream has changed. I am going to become the best midfielder." 

Y/N raised her eyebrows "I see... next, Sae's gonna become a defender and change his dream to being the best defender in the world and then he's gonna become a goalkeeper and dream of being the goalkeeper in the world and then! Sae's gonna be a substitute player and dream of being the best sub-"

"Alright stop now" He said and she let out a small chuckle. He shook his head playfully. "I get it. I may have changed my dreams a few times, but I'm determined to excel as a midfielder now."

"That's great. I hope you become and best and hire me as your manager and pay me millions" 

He looked at her with a straight face and replied "No" 

She punched his arm lightly and looked at him with a smug face "Oh come on. I know you like me. Just admit that I am a nice manager,"

"Nope," He said and increased his pace leaving her to catch up but the closer she got the more his pace increased and they eventually ended up in a chase. "Sae! Stop it! You'll get lost!" She teased and laughed to herself while running. 

As Y/N and Sae playfully chased each other through the lively streets of Paris, their laughter filled the air, blending with the sounds of the bustling city. In that carefree moment, surrounded by the beauty of the French capital, their hearts danced with a mix of exhilaration and a budding connection that even the two weren't aware of.

"What is this? An enemies-to-lovers novel?!" Y/N complained and pulled her hair while Sae tried to talk to the receptionist. They left Paris a few days ago and flew to the location where Sae was going to do an advertisement shoot for Nike and since this was planned during the time when Girolain was his manager, the Nike team booked only a single room at the beach resort they were going to stay in and Y/N was so engrossed in the Paris trip that she didn't check everything in advance. 

(I obviously can't write enemies to lovers kinda story without having them stay in a single room rightttt??? 😌)

"Sorry sir but all the rooms are booked right now. Can you manage to stay just for today? I am pretty sure we will have some empty rooms tomorrow, we'll contact you then." The receptionist said and Sae nodded but Y/N wasn't having it. She just couldn't bring herself to share the room with him. 

"Oh come on, I'll sleep on the couch or something. There's no point in being so stubborn about it because they can't just kick someone out to give you a room nor they can make a new one." He whispered to her and she sighed, finally understanding that nothing could be done about it. 

Sae claimed the room key from the receptionist while Y/N held onto both their suitcases and gave them to one of the staff members who were going to bring the luggage to the room. Sae handed the keys to Y/N and the two followed the staff who was leading the way for them to their room unaware of the fact that this trip was going to be something that would change their thoughts about each other drastically.
