Drago yells as he slams his staff against the large chains being pulled by a large creature, grunting and nodding as the ship moves faster.

Meanwhile on the other side of the ship, the group was about to walk the plank.

"Could this day get any worse?" Snotlout whines as Eret investigates the waters below.
"Let me see," Tuffnut hums in thought.

"We're gonna jump into freezing cold water, and then die from drowning.."

"Looks refreshing." Eret says in a light tone, backing away from the water and facing Astrid. "Please, ladies first." He smiles, making her glare sharpen.

She grunts as the men holding her push her forward, face to face with Eret's grinning face.

"You are a steaming heap of dragon- "

His smirk falls to a serious look, "Duck.."

Astrid's eyes widen as she quickly ducks, Eret swinging his leg and roundhouse kicking the men holding her.

He catches the spear as it flies through the air, slicing his binds off and smirking. "Warn the others!" A man yells as he and the others charge, one man rushing away.

"Get them, you son of an Eret," Ruffnut purrs as she watches him. Eret spins the two spears in his hands, spinning around and shoving the men away roughly.

A man turns around and is met with a dart in the throat, blocking Eret. "Take that!" Tuffnut laughs as Eret slams his fist into the man shooting darts, causing the blowpipe to fly in the air.

Eret catches it as Fishlegs body slams one of the men with a scream, and he fires a dart to the fleeing man.

It strikes him, causing him to groan and sway side to side before he collapses. Ruffnut looks at Eret in awe, a wide grin on her face as she rushes over to him. "Okay, I love you again."

Snotlout sighs dejectedly, making Tuffnut roll his eyes and exhale loudly in irritation and disgust.

"Pathetic. You could still jump-!"

"So, are we going to save your dragons and get out of here, or not?" Eret muses to Astrid, walking towards a man to retrieve his weapons.

"Hmm," she hums in response, a smirk on her face as Ruffnut continues to stare at Eret with a love-sick expression.

"Check every trap," Eret tells the others as he looks around. "They're here somewhere."

...

Astrid flips under a large tarp, grunting as she spins the lever to open the trap. She climbs up, gasping softly.

"Meatlug?"

She looks up at Astrid with a rumble, her tail wagging happily.

"Anyone coming?" Eret questions as he turns the trap, straining slightly. "I dunno," Ruffnut shrugs, leaning against the trap as she watches Eret. "You just keep doing what you're doing."

She closely watches his muscles, "Keep cranking."

Eret sighs and pulls himself up onto the trap, peering inside before dropping down with a grunt.

Stormfly jumps, rumbling softly when she sees Eret approaching. Her nostrils flare slightly as her breathing picks up, making him pause as he kneels in front of her.

His hand hovered in front of her snout as she stares at him, him hesitating with a sad look.

"Thank you for saving my life."

Stormfly purrs softly, leaning her head forward and into his hand as he gasps and smiles.

"Now let me return the favor."

...

With Hiccup and (Y/N)...

"Mom, you'd never even recognize it," Hiccup grins as he speaks in excitement. (Y/N) looks around for a moment, her brows furrowed as she sighs softly, her father watching her in confusion.

Gobber looks at her with a raised brow, making the girl smile before she rises and rushes over to help Hiccup.

She takes the basket lid as he smiles, before continuing to talk in excitement.

"Where we used to make weapons, we now build saddles, wing-slings, we even fix dragon teeth!"

Hiccup lightly smacks Toothless' face away from the basket of fish as (Y/N) collects some of it, making her snicker at his pout.

"Changed for the better.." she agrees with a nod, sneaking a fish to Toothless before tossing one to (D/N).

He wakes from his sleep, sniffing at the air before lazily gobbling the fish as Gobber chuckles. Grump doesn't even stir at the smell of fish, (D/N) yawning loudly and stretching as he sits up sleepily.

"You wouldn't believe how much everything's changed!" Hiccup agrees as he walks with
(Y/N) towards Valka and Stoick.

(F/N) watches his daughter with a proud grin, folding his arms in his lap before sighing.

"(Y/N) and our son have changed Berk for the better." Stoick grins, taking the fish from me and setting it on the board in front of Valka.

Valka remains in a silence, a small, nervous grin on her face as she takes the cutting board with fish on it.

"I think we did well with him, Val," Stoick chuckles, lightly touching her shoulders.

"Thanks, Dad-"

Valka gasps and jerks away from Stoick, making (Y/N) grunt and struggle to catch the fish as it slides from the board.

(F/N) laughs at his daughter, (Y/N) sending him a playful glare before turning to Valka with an apologetic smile.

"Believe it or not I'm actually pretty good at catching!" She jokes, the green eyed women chuckling softly as she stables herself.

(D/N) rumbles softly, sniffing his riders hand before quickly snatching the fish from her and swallowing it in one gulp.

(Y/N) jerks her head towards the dragon, raising a brow in suspicion as Hiccup comes up from behind, wrapping his arms around her waist and setting his chin on her shoulder with a small smile.

"I got it," Stoick says as he takes the board from his wife's hands. Cloudjumper eagerly devours the fallen fish, making Toothless groan softly in sadness.

He tilts his head, making (Y/N) shiver in disgust and quickly spin away as he starts to regurgitate the fish for Toothless.

"Gross.." she mumbles at the sound of slurping, Hiccup laughing as she sets her head between his shoulder blade.

Toothless peers up at Cloudjumper with a happy smile, making him chitter back.

"I hope that isn't the smell of Valka's cooking!"

(Y/N) smiles at the sound of her mother's voice, looking to her father and watching as his hand falls limp, his drink slowly spilling to the ground.

Gobber spits out his drink, coughing lightly as she enters from the small cave.

"Decided to join us after all, did you?" (Y/N) grins, rushing over to her.

"I'm sorry! Vritra decided she wanted to play a little longer, so I.." her voice trails off as she looks towards Stoick, gasping as she sets her eyes on her husband.

"(F/N)..?" (M/N) slowly calls, watching as the man rises to his feet and rushes over to his wife.

He tackles her into a tight hug, laughing in disbelief before pulling away, placing a firm kiss to her forehead.

"How..why.." he mumbles, tears leaking from his eyes. (M/N) chuckles at her husband, setting a hand on his cheek before they lock eyes.

"I'm here my love.."

They both clutch onto eachother, staying like that for a good while before separating, their eyes never leaving.

(Y/N) grins at her parents, rushing over and wrapping each of her arms around their shoulders. They laugh gently, the family finally sharing a long awaited hug.

They break away, only now realizing that they have an audience. They turn, smiling at the Haddock's, each with their own giddy smiles.

(F/N) clears his throat, wrapping an arm around his wife's shoulder and bringing her into his side.

"Dad? You remember (M/N)," Hiccup calls, the Chief nodding with a solemn smile.

"How could I forget my best Commander?"

Both (F/N) and (Y/N) gasp in mock offense, bringing their hands to their chests and slumping against eachother.

"I thought I was your best Commander?!"

"And I thought I was finally getting better than this grandpa?!"

They both yell at their Chief, Stoick backing away with a small chuckle. They all share a light laugh, Gobber shaking his head at the two (L/N)'s.

Hiccup smiles at his girlfriend, reaching out and grabbing her hand.

"Seems I have some explaining to do." (M/N) calls, her husband nodding with a small smile. "I'm your own time my dear.." he reassures, (M/N) smiling at his caring nature.

The women turns to her friend, looking down and narrowing her eyes at the cutting board. "I really hope you weren't cooking.." she mumbles, Valka gasping at her friend's bluntness.

"I'm learning!" She defends, walking away with a scoff. "Well, you know...I didn't marry you for your cooking," Stoick softly replies, making
(Y/N) smile as she retrieves more fish with
(M/N).

"I hope not," Gobber snickers behind us. "Her meatballs could kill more beasts than a battle-
axe!" (M/N) playfully rolls her eyes, walking over and offering a plate of fish-kabobs to him and (F/N).

"I've still got a few knocking around in here!"
(F/N) replies with a laugh, patting his stomach as he takes a bite of one, pausing as (M/N) chortles at her husband.

"For that..you get her first batch." (M/N) sweetly smiles, turning and walking back to Valka.

(F/N) gasps after his wife, turning away and wiping a fake tear from his eye, "You wound me my dear.."

(Y/N) snickers as Gobber gags, giving his food to Grump as she walk over and sits on the floor by (D/N), making him purr and lay back down with his head at her side.

"Once you and (M/N) move back in, with all your dragons.." Hiccup happily laughs, his voice shaking in excitement. "Drago won't even stand a chance. Everything will be okay!"

(M/N) rubs the back of her neck, her hand slowly coming forward and tracing along her stomach, (F/N) looks to her with a raised brow, reaching over and gripping her hand gently.

The couple look to eachother softly, leaning forward and sharing a soft kiss.

(Y/N)'s eyes soften at her parents, her eyes welling with tears as she softly chuckles, turning away as the two break away.

Valka looks over at her before grabbing a pot, swiftly walking towards trickling water.

"Slow down, son. It's a lot to take in," Stoick softly instructs, making Hiccup look at Valka before glancing at (M N).

"Gotcha," he nods, sighing softly. "You alright?" (Y/N) softly calls, watching as her mother brings a hand up to cup her mouth.

"Didn't have any of Valka's cooking, did you?"
Gobber poorly whispers, making both (M/N) and (F/N) gasp and snicker as they shake their heads.

(Y/N) shakes her head with a light laugh, everyone going quiet as a gentle whistle echoes in the room. Valka freezes with wide eyes, moving the pot from the water with a soft gasp.

"Oh, I love this one.." Gobber grins with a nod.

"Oh, haven't heard this since.." (M/N) trails off, fondly smiling as (Y/N) looks to her in confusion. (F/N) smiles at his wife, looking to his daughter and nodding.

"Just watch.."

Hiccup tilts his head, walking over and sitting next to (Y/N) as Toothless lays against (D/N)'s side.

Stock continues whistling, approaching Valka and gently grabbing the pot just as it slipped from her grasp.

He sets it on the stone next to them, smiling.

"Remember our song, Val?"

Valka remains silent as she looks forward with a soft expression.

"I'll swim and sail on savage seas.."

Stoick softly sings, making her exhale quietly through her mouth.

"With ne'er a fear of drowning..."

Hiccup watches his parents with a smile, quickly looking to (Y/N) before looking at them once more.

"And gladly ride the waves of life..if you will marry me."

Stoick's face falls for a second, quickly continuing and gently caressing the side of Valka's face with his knuckles.

"No scorching sun, nor freezing cold, will stop-"

"Will stop me on my jour-!!" Gobber sings loudly, pausing and grunting in pain as (M/N) punches his arm. He swiftly sits down at her glare, "-ney..sorry."

(D/N) looks at him in annoyance, Toothless huffing softly. Hiccup shakes his head, gently wrapping his arm around (Y/N)'s shoulders as she leans into him with a smile, resting her head on his shoulder.

Grump snorts in annoyance from being woken up, falling back asleep without a care. Stick exhales sharply at Gobber, his eyes narrowed before his expression melts to a soft look as he faces Valka.

"If you will promise...me your heart..."

He gently takes her small hand in his, holding it close as she remains facing forward.
Stoick waits for a moment for her to say her line,.

"and love.."

His heart nearly breaks as he sighs softly, releasing her hand and slowly turning with a pained face.

"And love me for eternity."

Valka softly sings, making Stoick's face brighten as he looks back at her. She shyly smiles at him, walking a few paces away and past the group.

"My dearest one, my darling dear, your mighty words astound me..."

Valka sings, smiling brightly as she raises her
arm.

"But I've no need of mighty deeds when I feel your arms around me!"

Stoick lets out a loud laugh as he places his arm against hers, the two dancing together as she giggles.

"But I would bring you rings of gold!"

Valka walks around him, letting out a cheer as she jumps over his leg.

"I'd even sing you poetry!"

"Oh, would you?" Valka muses as they grasp hands, laughing.

"And I would keep you from all harm!
If you would stay besides me."

(M/N) and (F/N) laugh, clapping their hands with joy. They both look at Hiccup, the boy looking over and offering a wide grin.

(F/N) jerks his head to (Y/N), making him pause before looking down at her with a nod.

"I have no use for rings of gold!"

Hiccup rises, making (Y/N) look to him and yelp as he grasps her hand, pulling her up with a laugh.

Valka turns around, dancing with her back to his front as Stoick chuckles.

"I care not for your poetry! I only want your hand to hold."

Stoick twirls her back around with a grin.

(Y/N) adjusts her hold on Hiccup,switching positions and and wrapping an arm around his waist, holding his other hand in hers as they begin to dance, Hiccup blushing as his girlfriend takes the lead.

"I only want you near me!"

(Y/N) laughs, her mother and father clapping as Gobber cheers while standing.

"To love, to kiss, to sweetly hold!"

Hiccup picks up the paste, nervously laughing before relaxing as (Y/N) smiles at him, spinning as he moves back and laughing as she twirls him.

Valka and Stoick spin around one another with wide smiles, staring into each other's eyes.

"For the dancing and the dreaming!"

Gobber dances and moves his feet swiftly, accidentally kicking Toothless in the face as he sniffs at his foot.

Toothless jerks back with a rumble, (D/N) snorting in amusement before turning and watching (Y/N) with a smile.

"Through all life's sorrows and delights, I'II keep your love inside me!"

The couple sing together, (M/N) laughing and rising as she cheers. Hiccup smiles nervously up at (Y/N) as she laughs, nearly stumbling as they move quicker and more up-beat.

He spins her around as she cheers, him pulling her back before they begin to spin faster.

"I'll swim and sail the savage seas,. with ne'er a fear of drowning! And gladly ride the waves of life..."

Stock and Valka sing together, laughing and cheering. Hiccup spins (Y/N) one last time, bringing her forward and yelping as she dips him towards the ground with a grin.

"..if you will marry me!"

Stoick raises Valka in the air by her waist, making her giggle as he laughs.

(M/N) applauds while letting out her own laughter while (F/N) proudly nods, Gobber still, irritably, continues to hold the last note.

"..MEEEEEEEEE!!!"

Toothless whines in pain, trying to cover his ears as Gobber continues. (D/N) shakes his head with a growl, his ears flopping around as he huffs in annoyance.

His ears perk, his eyes narrowing as he closely istens.

Hiccup lets out a delightful sigh as (Y/N) brings him up, her hand on the small of his back. He smiles widely as she presses a kiss to his chin.

They rest their foreheads together, their hearts beating in sync before pulling away fully.

"..I'm still GOINGGG-I'm done," Gobber finally finishes as (M/N) sighs in relief.

Valka tightly hugs Stick, making him chuckle and hug her back before pulling away reluctantly as she chuckles.

"I thought I would have to die before we could have that dance again." He breathes out softly.
"No need for drastic measures," Valka shakes her head with a grin as Stoick kneels.

"For you, my dear..." He sets a kiss on the back of her hand. "Anything."

(M/N) looks between the two with a nod and a small smile, looking to her husband and smiling lovingly. (D/N) shakes his head, his ears flickered around.

"Will you come home, Val?" Stoick softly asks.

"Will you be my wife once again?"

Toothless walks behind her, purring softly and nudging her into Stock as she gasps.

They laugh as Hiccup joins them, (Y/N) watching with a smile before she looks to
(D/N) with a confused smile.

"We can be a family!" Stoick continues as he rises, throwing an arm around Hiccup and grabbing her hand in his free one. "What do you say?"

Valka sighs softly and happily, chuckling as Toothless peeks his head up at her. She looks between them with tearful eyes, nodding.

"...Yes."

Hiccup gasps with a wide smile, jumping as Gobber wraps his arms around him and Toothless. "(D/N)?" (Y/N) questions as his fur begins to rise, his ears standing up as he hisses lowly.

"Great! Me and (M/N) can do the cooking."
Valka and Stock laugh, Hiccup's smile never faltered as Stock pulls away from him.

"Thank Odin you and (Y/N) didn't listen to me, son. We never would have found each other." Stoick grins, following after Valka.

The group jumps as (D/N) snarls, lowering himself to the floor. Toothless sniffs the air, his eyes wide as he lets out a growl, dragons in the nest shrieking.

"Toothless?"

"Holy Hades.." (Y/N) gasps, making Hiccup raise a brow and rush over, gasping at the sight infront of him.

The dragons were all fleeing in fear, making (M/N)'s heart drop as she hears faint yelling. (F/N) frowns, rushing to his wife and grasping her hand in concern.

A canon fired off just outside the nest, the walls slowly caving in, making the group watch in horror as the dragons leave.

(Y/N) grips Hiccup's hand tightly, causing him to wince as he turns to her. She shakes her head, her voice holding a slight hint of annoyance.

"What a way to ruin the moment.."
