Tony

"You have terrible driving skills."

"You were welcome to run behind."

I parked the car relatively close to the building so it would be easier to escape right after. Klaus already climbed out of the car while I reached for the gloves in the backseat and slipped them on first before following suit.

"J.A.R.V.I.S. scan the building for Andrea." I said. It has been the third time I've gone to this place and I'm praying to whatever god who could hear me that this would be the last. I've grown tired of this shithole.

"Second floor. Third room to the left." J.A.R.V.I.S. answered.

I turned to Klaus "They're on the second floor." I told him.

He nodded. "You go straight to Hope, I'll distract the guards. Do you know the fastest way you can get to her?"

I got distracted for a moment when he called her Hope. I'm not used to her being called that. I then looked back to the building and scanned it, thinking of what would be the easiest route to take to get to Andrea.

My eyes locked on the balcony on the second floor that is close to the room where Andrea is possibly locked in.

That means I'm gonna need a boost.

I looked down on my repulsor gloves as an idea formed in my mind. A rather stupid, yet pretty effective idea.

"Yeah, kinda." I answered.

"Then, do it." He replied.

I nodded once at him before we split up.

I knew he was going to distract the guards, but I didn't know he would just waltz in the front entrance like some chap walking into a restaurant. This guy is batshit crazy.

I haven't even reached the balcony yet and I'm already hearing screams and gunshots all over the place. Adrenaline is already pumping through my veins rather addictingly as I shook my hands.

If I aim the repulsors downward, it should propel me upwards, resulting in me somewhat flying towards the balcony. The only problem is, I can't adjust the impact of the repulsor blasts. I haven't learned how to do that yet. I've only used this like, what, two, three times?

Best-case scenario is that I do it and I land on my back on the balcony. Worst-case, I get sent towards the opposite direction and hit my head on the ground and die.

Nothing to worry about.

"I aim downward—" the rest was a loud scream when the repulsors suddenly blasted as I was aiming it to the ground, sending my flying in the air. The lack of gravity I was feeling as I reached the maximum height the short blast made caused me dizziness before I felt the world pushing me back down again.

"Fuck!" I yelled as I felt my body falling fast before landing on the balcony with a loud thud.

I'm starting to think that I may be crazier than Klaus for our choice of entrances.

After a couple of seconds of rest, because that's all the time I'm allowed to have, I stood up with a series of groans erupting from my throat as I limped towards the door. When I got inside, I found Klaus standing just down the hallway with the sides of his mouth and his chin stained with blood. Even his clothes had splattered blood.

I watched him eye me in confusion as he kept the other man he's holding in chokehold in mid-air, suffocating from the lack of oxygen entering his lungs.

"Didn't I tell you to go for the fastest route?" He told me, bewilderment still evident in his face.

You have no idea how fucking fast that was.

"That was the fastest route!" I pointed to the door behind me that led to the balcony.

"Clearly, not the fastest." Klaus answered before plunging his hand into the man's chest before withdrawing it, a heart beneath his fingers.

I suddenly felt all the blood rush to my head as I witnessed the most gory thing I have ever seen. That's when I noticed all the other dead, bloodied bodies scattered around the hallway behind him; either decapitated, their limbs detached, or just like this poor guy, their hearts thrown across the floor.

"I think I'm gonna be sick." I said, my fisted hand clamped over my mouth as I gagged a little.

Klaus looked at me as a smug grin formed on his lips and an eyebrow arch in amusement.

"Are we a little squeamish with blood, mate?" He asked as he made his way towards me. I didn't miss the mockery in his tone and that only made me glare at him as I moved my hand away from my mouth.

"Not normally, mate." I responded. "But, nothing is normal about your...techniques."

"I'll take that as a compliment." He said. I have a feeling that he's gonna do more of that in front of me. I don't want that. I fucking don't want that.

"Please don't." I answered.

Klaus only chuckled at my reaction to his gruesome tactics before our attentions were ripped away from each other and towards the familiar voice coming from down the hall behind Klaus.

"I sort of expected Tony Stark to make an appearance. But I didn't think the infamous Klaus Mikaelson would show up as well, at least not this early in the game." Ryan Clarke said as he walked past his dead army of guards before stopping just a couple of feet away from us. "Quite the team, don't you think?" Clarke said.

I scoffed as I stood next to Klaus. "He's hard to deal with."

"I'm hard to deal with?" Klaus looked over to me with an offended look on his face. "I gave you one job and you already failed miserably."

"I didn't fail, I just haven't done it yet."

"Right, you were too busy gagging."

"You ripped someone's heart out in front of me!"

"Wow, this is quite the team." Ryan commented with a soft chuckle after.

His laugh irritated me and I figured the same for Klaus when he suddenly grasped Ryan's neck, rendering him speechless and breathless in a very bad way.

"What? Are you planning on ripping his heart out in front of me, again?" I asked.

I swear, this man is insane. If I become a vampire, I don't think I'll be able to do any of the things he just did...I better not become a vampire.

"Why? Do you want to close your eyes and sing?" He said, mocking me again.

"Watch your tone, old-timer." I responded.

I can never call that a threat. I don't think one can really threaten the one and only Klaus Mikaelson. Just going through various scenarios in my head, I can already tell how everyone would fail to do it—one of which ended with their throat ripped out before actually saying the threat.

"I feel like I should not even be here." Ryan said with his hoarse voice. "This feels rather intimate."

"Shut up." Klaus and I said simultaneously.

I internally cringed at how we said the same thing at the same time but let it slide instantly because we've already wasted enough time arguing.

"You messed with the wrong person, mate. That girl's a Mikaelson." Klaus said as he tilted his head while he watched Ryan squirm under his grip, his body lifted from the ground, his feet searching for something to stand on. "We all know what happens when one messes with the Mikaelsons, would you care to elaborate, Tony?"

"Gladly." I responded. "There's a ninety-nine percent chance you'll die at the hands of Klaus Mikaelson himself."

Ryan shifted his eyes toward me. I saw how his face slowly turned red then slightly purple as he struggled to get the words out.

"And the one percent?" He asked.

I'm glad he asked.

I increased the stern glare that I had on Ryan as I lifted my left hand and aimed it directly at his grimacing face.

"You'll die at mine." I said.

...that felt kinda cool.

"Tony, get to Hope now." Klaus said.

I nodded once at him before lowering my hand and kicked the door open of the room where Andrea is in.

"That was already unlocked." Klaus commented.

I shot him a glare when I turned around to face him again. "Why do you always have to spoil the fun?"

"Go have fun, then, little boy." Klaus retorted.

When I said that Andrea will be the death of me...Yeah, I haven't spent an entire day with Klaus before. With that being said, I've confirmed that Klaus will be the one to murder me because my irritation for him would implode inside me and kill me.

I simply rolled my eyes and stepped inside the room.

My eyes immediately landed on the woman caged and lying on the ground, unconscious. Her auburn waves covering half her face, her hands shackled, and her skin reddening from what I assume is vervain considering this room reeked of it.

"Andrea." I breathed before approaching the cage. I aimed my repulsors at the cage and blasted it open before going in.

"Hey, Andrea." I whispered, placing her on her back before moving the strands of hair away from her face.

I've only not seen her for less than 24 hours, but it felt like forever.

I looked down on her wrists and moved away from her slightly before using my repulsors to break the shackles.

Unfortunately, I discovered that the shackles are unbreakable—magically unbreakable, probably—when instead of shattering, I was sent flying again and hit the wall behind me.

A loud groan escaped my lips as I collapsed to the ground, feeling my body become even more sore. I should count the times I've been sent flying starting from when Andrea first did it to me.

I heard Klaus come in and I turned to see him looking at me with the same confusion in his face as when I walked in from the balcony.

"What the bloody hell are you doing?" He said.

I grunted more as I pushed myself back up on my feet. "I was trying to break the fucking shackles."

"And break your spine in the process?" He responded.

We could go all day bickering with one another. I have no doubt about that. But the fact that we're in a building filled with people trying to kill us, I'd rather bicker all day tomorrow.

"It's tougher than it looks." I said, referring to the shackles...and my spine. Because after everything me and my back went through, it's still intact.

"Just get Hope out of here or I'll break your—" he was cut off when a loud groan escaped his lips at the same time he was brought to his knees. I could see his veins against forehead while he clutched his head.

Suddenly, I was reminded of the feeling Andrea gave me back at the gala. That incredibly excruciating one where it felt like my veins were popping and my brain was being poked by a thousand needles.

If that's what Klaus is feeling right now, I won't complain.

"You'll break my what?" I mocked.

I only saw him glare at me before I laughed and stepped out of the cage. I took a few deep breaths before running out the room and immediately blasting to my left, where I assumed the enemy was.

I watched the woman be propelled away a couple of feet away from us before landing on the ground with a harsh thud. Even from afar, I won't forget that face.

"Perfect! You're here. I promised you a good strangling, didn't I?" I said as I approached her.

I grabbed a loose wire hanging from the ceiling as I made my way towards her before kneeling behind her and immediately wrapping the wire around her neck.

"You don't stick your dirty little wizard fingers in my brain and survive to tell the story to your tiny, magic-shooting demons." I told her as her words struggled to get out of her mouth. No words, no incantations. So, I tightened the wire around her neck.

But everything was cut short when I saw Klaus's hand pierce through the witch's chest and rip her heart out...In front of me, again.

I flickered my gaze between the murder-hungry vampire and the lifeless brain-poker before pushing the body away from me and standing to level with Klaus.

"I had that!" I said.

What's the point of promising a certain way of death if I can't even finish it?!

Klaus handed out the heart in front of me with, again, a mocking expression on his face. I gulped at the sight, trying to keep everything down because I felt everything in my stomach rushing back up again.

"I—uh—don't like being handed things." Especially bloody, squishy hearts.

I whipped around when I heard a bunch of footsteps coming our way. We were then greeted with another army of bulky men of Triad, all ready to try and stop us.

Key word: Try.

"You have this?" I looked back at Klaus.

"Get my daughter out of here. I'll be right behind you." He answered.

I didn't second guess his decision before I ran back to the room Andrea is in.

I kneeled beside her and gently caressed her cheek with my metal-gloved hand.

"Andrea, wake up." I said as I panted.

I kept watching her when she shifted a little and groaned.

"Bye, Tony." She muttered under her breath.

I furrowed my eyebrows at what she just muttered. "What do you mean 'Bye, Tony', I just got here. Wake the hell up, Andrea!"

Finally, her eyelids peeled open and I once again saw her mesmerizing blue eyes. I noticed how her pupils dilated as she stared at me, like a camera lens trying to focus.

"Do you know you talk in your sleep?" I said.

She slightly tilted her head in confusion.

"Really? I thought I just strangle people in my sleep." She retorted.

She's not lying though.

"Well...yeah. That, too." I replied before observing her physical state. "Are you gonna stand up or am I gonna have to carry you out of here."

"I can stand." She said before pushing herself up on her feet.

"Good. Because you're surprisingly heavy." I said, helping her stand up with my hands clasping hers.

"You're just surprisingly tiny." Andrea said.

I looked at her with an offended expression on my face. Excuse me?

"Is that how you talk to your savior?" I taunted.

"Shut up." She said while trying to regain her balance. Once she did, she spoke again. "Wait. There's a boundary spell in this cage. I'm not gonna be able to leave."

I tilted my head while I squinted my eyes. Boundary spells are done by a witch, right? That's why it's called a 'spell'?

"Are boundary spells done by a witch?" I asked.

She furrowed her brows. "Yes."

Well, unless another witch cast it, boundary spell no more.

"Well then, there's no more boundary spell." I said before shrugging my shoulders. "I strangled her. It's been a long time coming."

I saw the shock in her face when I said that, her eyeballs almost popped out of their sockets. "You killed a witch."

Sort of. Damn you, Klaus Mikaelson.

"No, not really. Klaus came in and ripped her heart out." The scene of the bloody heart clasped in Klaus's hand suddenly made me squeamish once again. "Which reminds me that I have to puke after this."

"What?" I heard the stun in her voice. I looked at her and saw how she was looking at me rather surprisingly. Like, she could not believe what I just said.

"How about less chit chat and more moving?" Klaus said when he came in. The state of his clothes are worse than when I last saw him—which was just two minutes ago. It was bloodier.

"Dad?" Andrea muttered.

Then I saw a Klaus smile. Not a mocking grin or an amused smirk. A genuine smile. I honestly didn't know this man was actually capable of that.

"Hello, love." He greeted her. "Shall we get out of here?"

Andrea nodded and the both of us ran out of the room. Triad seems to have an unlimited supply of guards because another one came right before Klaus told us to leave it up to him.

I felt sick just walking past the dismembered down bodies tossed to the sides of the hallway as we made our way out of the building.

When we reached outside, I immediately turned to where the car was parked.

"Here!" I said while pointing to the car.

Before we could even reach the car, it suddenly blew up in front of us, causing us to get thrown back by the impact of the explosion.

Everything happened so fast that my groan escaped late. I got flown away again. That has got to stop. It's already pissing me off.

I was not even given a moment to rest when someone hovered above me and wrapped a wire around my neck tightly, strangling me.

What is it with this building and their fucking loose wires?

I choked as I struggled to get him away from me. I was kicking him, pushing him, but he wasn't budging. I tried to use my repulsor gloves but it appears to be damaged because of the explosion.

The longer I was without oxygen, the more dizzy I became. My eyes were ready to flutter close. The gagging was dissipating when my consciousness was starting to slip away. My feet stopped from kicking and my hands fell limp beside me.

My eyes only widened again when I felt the rush of air in my lungs, letting me breathe again. That's when I saw Andrea giving the man a taste of his own medicine by choking him with her shackles.

I moved away when I noticed the chain of the shackles slowly piercing through the flesh of his neck before completely going through and decapitating him.

The head rolled and the body collapsed to the side. My chest heaved up and down as I panted, getting as much air as I could in my lungs to make up for the seconds that I was without it.

My attention from the bloody, beheaded body was ripped away when I saw Andrea's eyes turn a shade darker with gray and black veins bulging under them. I know it's not the time to make any sort of inappropriate innuendo right now, but that was fucking sexy.

"Would it be wrong..." I said, hearing my own raspy voice. "If I said that those eyes turned me on?"

"Yes." She answered before her eyes went back to normal.

I guessed as much.

"Okay...Let's just pretend I didn't say that." I groaned.

I remained lying there to gather my strength. But as I tried to regain my strength back, I felt pain course through my leg. That's when I found a shard of glass ticking out of my flesh.

I'm so going to puke after this.

"I'm gonna pull this out, okay?" Andrea said as she crouched down beside my leg.

The statement caused terror to surge throughout my entire body. "What?! No! Don't pull—I'll bleed out!"

"I can't heal you when this is still here!"

This is really going to be the last time I'm going to take a trip to this ucking hellhole. When my brain is not being poked, glass is poking out of my leg. I'm going to poke some Triad's eyes after this...if I won't puke the first time I do it.

Fuck it.

"Fine! Just do it on—" The pain grew unbearable when I felt it slice through my flesh even more as Andrea pulled it out. The scream that left my out was louder than what I had initially planned. But then again, I planned to do it on three. "Sweet bloodsucking Jesus, that fucking hurts!"

"It's better if you didn't see it coming." Shecommented.

"Do I look better?!" I retorted.

Just when I thought the worst part is over, I watched Andrea bite the flesh of her wrist before holding it out towards me. Everything in me panicked.

"Woah! No. I'm not drinking that."

"Tony, I don't have my magic! I have to heal you."

"Well then let's just wait for daddy dearest to come out with the key!"

"You won't be alive then."

"It'll take a lot longer for me to bleed out."

"Not when I get to you first." Then I saw her eyes return to their sexy yet scary state "I don't know how much longer I can control myself, Tony. Now, drink!"

I stared at her in hesitation before muttering a curse under my breath and finally drank her blood.

It took everything in me to swallow every bit of it coming to my mouth instead of vomiting them out. I tried to imagine it was just scotch, but immediately stopped it when I realized I was ruining scotch for me.

Luckily, it ended quickly, and my throbbing leg felt no more pain.

I think the universe doesn't want me to leave this place. Because the second that we are once again able to get away from here, another problem arises.

"What's happening?" Klaus made it out of the building a lot more bloody than last time. Though, I suspect that none of it is his.

"I-I don't know. Her bones... I think they're breaking." I observed everything that was happening to Andrea but I couldn't make sense of what's happening. I don't know why this is happening to her.

"It's the full moon. She's turning into a wolf. We have to get her somewhere safe." Klaus informed me as he unlocked the shackles with the key he retrieved inside.

I remember this. I remember reading about lycanthropy. How people with the werewolf genes have to take a human life first to trigger the curse.

Is that what's happening to Andrea now? Hasn't she killed someone before?

My thoughts were interrupted when another shriek erupted from Andrea.

"But we're thousands of miles away from the house!" I said.

"Don't you think I know that?!" Klaus snapped at me.

"If you two could fight longer that would be very helpful—" andrea said before her back arched at the increase of her bones breaking, worsening her condition.

"Let's get her inside." Klaus suggested.

I whipped my gaze towards him and widened my eyes. "What, back to the ghost busters wannabe's? I don't think so." I said.

"If you must know, the blood on my clothes are not mine but belong to a hundred of your species that are even more foolish than you for thinking that they could take me down." Klaus said.

I...actually know that.

"So, they're all dead?" I asked, for confirmation. I don't want to any more surprises.

"For God's sake, yes!"

"I don't want to see them dead though."

"Now, I want to see you dead."

"Okay, hold your fangs. Fine, we'll get her inside." I finally agreed.

Klaus carried her inside as I followed behind. Though, as I was going to enter the room that Andrea was previously caged in, a detached head rolled towards me.

It was Ryan Clarke.

"Fuck." I muttered under my breath before running towards the nearest trash can, or what I assume to be a trash can and finally vomited after everything that I have seen today.

After that, I could clearly hear Andrea's screams from outside the room so I just stayed a couple of feet away from the said room. The last thing I want is to see her in pain because I know that I'll immediately succumb to my feelings.

She still has a lot to make up for. Though, I'm sure that even with my attempts to make it hard for her, it'll just be as easy as singing the alphabet song.

I closed my eyes and sighed deeply as I approached Klaus who was at the doorway of the room now, still staying with Andrea as she proceeded to phase.

Now that everything with the Triad is done, I felt the adrenaline disappear and the bodyache replacing it.

"How is she?" I asked while I made his way towards him. Stupid question.

"Do you really want me to answer that?" He responded.

No. Not yet.

I was going to say something when I stepped on something mushy and spongy. I was suddenly nailed to the ground, my whole body running cold as I stared ahead. I could see Klaus staring down at my foot in the corner of my eye, repressing a small grin.

"Did I just step on a heart?" I asked.

My eyes slowly turned towards Klaus and saw how reluctant he was in answering.

"Would it help if I say no?" He said.

I let out a frustrated sigh. "I have nothing else to puke."

Soon, the screams coming from the room died down. I looked at the door with my forehead creased, wondering what's already happening.

My eyebrows remained pushed together while I approached the room. When I looked inside, I was greeted with a werewolf with majestic white and gray fur and glowing yellow eyes.

"My littlest wolf..." Klaus said as he neared the werewolf. "You look magnificent."

I was in awe of how beautiful she looked.

"Finally, something we can agree on." I commented.

I don't know if this sounds weird, but when the werewolf looked at me, I imagined Andrea arching an eyebrow at my comment.

Hope Andrea Mikaelson is, even as a werewolf, undeniably the most exquisite and bewitching creature to ever exist.

And whether I like it or not, she has my whole heart.

"This seat taken?"

I looked at Andrea while I sat on the sand. I could see the awkwardness in her stance.

"Yep." I answered.

I took a moment, letting the atmosphere get thick before lightening it up again.

"By a badass tribrid." I added.

I saw her smile genuinely before taking the seat beside me. I looked away from her and focused my gaze on the ocean, the breeze brushing through my hair.

"Does that mean I'm forgiven?" She asked.

"Depends." Isaid. I turned to glance at her and saw her hugging her knees while her head rested on top of it. "Are you going to stop lying to me?"

"I'll tell you what you want to know." She said when she lifted her head up again and smiled at me.

"Your family, what are they like?"

"Dysfunctional."

"I bet they are. How did you become the tribrid?"

"My dad was a werewolf-vampire hybrid, the Original Hybrid. So, his werewolf side was able to procreate. My mom was a werewolf alpha. She was like a queen. And my grandmother was a witch."

At that, I was thinking of another question to ask. I have lots of them running around in my mind actually. I just didn't know which one to ask next, until i found the right one

"When you said you wanted to be my friend, did you mean it?" I asked.

Andrea means a lot to me. Therefore, everything that we've been through means everything to me. If even those were fake, then I don't think I'll ever be the same with her.

I was already staring at her when she glanced at me. I looked straight in her eyes, trying to see if the answer was already in them. And to my surprise, it was. I saw the care and sincerity in her blue diamond eyes.

"It's the most honest I've ever been with you." She answered.

I smiled at her. The relief that surged through me was immediate.. At least not everything about us was a lie.

"When you said you fell in love with me, did you mean it?" She asked me.

I don't know if it's possible, but I smiled even more when she asked that. "It's the most honest I've ever been with you."

Andrea simply smiled and looked away with a soft laugh.

That laugh again. Music to my ears.

"Why do you ask? Are you considering going out with me?"

"I have no intention of going out with a pervert."

"Hey, for your information, I've become a better man, okay? When I gave you my jacket after you turned back to human and you were naked, I didn't peek."

"Tony Stark becoming less of a pervert, who would've thought?"

I mean, it's not like I completely did nothing of the sort.

"I can imagine you, though."

"And we're back to 'complete perv'."

"I deserve that." I simply said.

Then a wave of courage washed over me. A wave that I wished never happened.

"But seriously," I started. "Will you go out with me?"

She looked at me with a mix of what I think is confusion, hesitation, guilt, and fear. That's never a good sign.

"I don't know, Tony." Andrea answered.

Ouch.

That was a long one. I bet there are a lot of typos sksksksk. I'm too tired to check them at the moment.

Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter!
