he ran. he ran down the hallway of the compund in such a fast pace he thought he could pass out due to how hard his heart is hammering in his chest.

"where are you?" loki mimes to himself as he looked through each room he came upon and he looked and looked, never seeing an end to his search for you.

"loki?" thor called out to his brother as he saw him run past him.

"loki!" thor called out once again as he ran behind loki, who didn't seem to stop running and repeatedly saying your name.

finally catching up to loki, thor grabs onto his shoulders and yanks him back and turns him around so loki can face him. "loki ㅡ what's is going on with you!?" thor says as he looks down at loki with concerned eyes.

that's when thor notices the tears falling down loki's face as his fast paste breathing evident as his chest rises up and down quickly.

"what happened?" thor asked slowly as he let go of loki's shoulders as looks at him with frowned brows.

"y/n, where ㅡ where is she?" loki breathed out slowly as he tired to regulate his heavy breathing.

"y/n? isn't she on a mission?" thor asked loki as he started to get confused.

a sigh escaped loki's mouth as he closed his eyes and looked down to the floor. "she was on a mission and she got back from it but I can't find her ㅡ she would normally come find me but she hasn't and ㅡ and it's been two hours since she got back," as he says this he felt panic rise within him once again.

"oh iㅡ"

"forget it ㅡ I'll find her myself," loki said as he turned around and continued his search for you.

"for gods' sake y/n where are you?" loki said to himself as he walked into the living room only to freeze in place as he sees something that makes his blood turn cold.

on the floor lies your unconscioused body as a puddle of blood surrounds you.

"y/n!" loki screams out as he runs towards you and instantly got down to the floor to put you in his lap.

not caring that blood was getting all over him, he cradles you in his arms.

"y/n ㅡ y/n please. you're okay ㅡ petal you're okay everything is going to be okay." loki cries out as he looks at you.

"TONY! ANYONE! HELP! PLEASE HELP!" loki screams out as he pulls you closer into him.

"please help," loki softly cries out as he lost the will to scream out once again.

hurried foot steps rush into the living room.

"what happened!?" tony yells out as he looks at the scene in front of him.

"she must of gotten home and passed out from the amount of blood she lost ㅡ please help her," loki says as he doesn't takes his eyes off of you.

"we gotta get her to the infirmary," steve says as he bends down to pick you up.

"DON'T TOUCH HER!" Loki yells out as he holds onto you tighter. "I can take her," he says softly as he picks you up from the floor and the three of them rush to the infirmary.

once inside the infirmary, loki quickly places you down the bed.

bruce quickly starts to set up all the necessities in order to heal while tony tries to get loki to leave the room.

"loki you have to leave the room," tony says as he places his hands on loki's shoulders and gently pushes him back.

"NO! I can't leave her here!" loki says as he tries to push back.

"loki ㅡ please they need to take care of her without you in the room," steve says gently to loki not to provoke him anymore.

"but I need to be there for her iㅡ" loki says as he felt panic start to take over him again but this time hitting him harder than it has earlier today.

"please don't make me leave the room," loki says as he couldn't help but let the tears fall down his face.

tony and bruce looked at one another before nodding slightly.

"you can stay in here but don't try to interfere with us," tony said as he pointed at the chair in the far corner of the room.

"thank you," loki said as he quickly made his way to the chair.

then tony and Bruce intantly started to work on healing you.

an hour later they were finally done with healing you and they allowed Loki to come to your bedside and stay with you till you woke up.

"she should be awake in a few hours," bruce said to loki before he left the room to let loki have his space with you.

loki nods his head as he takes ahold of your hand into his cold one to let you know that he is there for you.

another hour has went by and loki is still by your side.

"petal you need to wake up so I can embrace you into my arms and tell you how much I missed you. please ㅡ I need you to come back to me," loki said softly before he found himself falling alseep while holding your hand.
