Aspin spent her time working at the hospital stressed out of her mind. More and more people arrived in the hospital with claims that their android attacked them. She couldn't believe her ears...there was more to the story that they weren't getting. One man was screaming hysterically that his android attacked him and took his daughter. If Aspin didn't know any better, she had a bad feeling about that man. He was covered in beer and sweat, his face and hair were greasy. She rolled her eyes and left work for the day having had enough of all the chaos. A few streets down she noticed Hank and Connor in front of a police car. She picked up her step and once Hank noticed her, she waved. "Aren't you supposed to be at work?" Hank looked at her curiously as she tapped her foot, noticing Connor completely zoned. "Listen, my shift is over, I've been up since 2 give me a break" She laughed as she hugged her tight. "What's going on here?" She questioned watching the police scout the area.

"Apparently an android kidnapped a little girl and we traced it to this location" Hank muttered. A familiar feeling hit Aspin's chest as everything connected in her head. The man in the hospital being loud yelling about it stealing his daughter while blood dripped down his head, Kara and Alice on the run trying to protect themselves from this crazy man. It left the blonde's mind conflicted between helping her adopted father with the case or helping Kara and Alice escape hell. Connor finally turned his head noticing Aspin talking to Hank, "It took the first bus and stayed at the end of the line. It wasn't planned, it was driven by fear" That created anxiety in Aspin fearing for the two friendly people she bumped into that night. "Androids don't feel fear" Hank said like Connor was dumb.

"Deviants do." Aspin softly said as Connors brown eyes looked over at her and nodded. "They get overwhelmed by their emotions and making irrational decisions" Aspin tried to zone out of the conversation when she noticed the two that were on the run. She had to protect them; she couldn't let them get caught. Aspin bit her lip in fear watching Kara and Alice successfully try to hide and escape from the cops as they manage to arrive at their destination. "Hey, I think I saw a cat I'll be right back" Aspin lied not looking back and followed them. Kara was struggling to get over the fence, so Aspin coughed to get her attention. Kara's eyes went wide before she relaxed at the familiar face. "Need some help?" Aspin laughed as Alice smiled and Kara nodded with a face of guilt. She gave Kara a lift over and then helped Alice over to the other side. "Get somewhere safely, I hope for the best for you guys" Aspin smiled even noticing the teddy bear still in Alice's hand.

"Thank you, Aspin, one day we will meet again, and I'll repay you" Kara said smiling and holding Alice's hand. "No, you will never owe me just...remember me" She laughed at the words she remembered that night. Slowly Kara dragged Alice along as Aspin caught up with Connor and Hank. "I couldn't find that cat anywhere" She faked and groaned as Hank rolled his eyes in a teasing manner. "It won't get far. We'll find it sooner or later. Let's go" Hank got back in the car as Connor stood still probably having an inner debit before getting in the car. Aspin got into the back as they drove off.
