She had been born a bastard. Her father, the king made her a legitimate child. Queen Aemma loved the girl like she was her own. Vhaella Waters turned into Vhaella Targaryen.

Queen Aemma took the birthing bed one last time. At last, a son had been born. But the mother, had been lost. Prince Baelon was loved. His father, who desired a son more than anything didn't wish to be in his presence. And soon enough he remarried. He choose the Lady Alicent Hightower, daughter of the hand of the king.

Two years after their marriage another son was born to the king, he was named Aegon and it was then that the rivalry between Queen Alicent and Princess Vhaella began. Vhaella knew Otto wanted the crown for his grandson, but by law it belonged to her brother, Prince Baelon.

Alicent took to wear the color green, whilst dressing her own children in that color. Princess Vhaella dressed her siblings in black. That's how the two sides came to be known' "The Blacks & The Greens".

Princess Vhaella was a wild spirit, her father knew that. He allowed her to marry whoever she wished. Rhaenyra married Edric Arryn, a cousin of hers from her mother's side of the family. In her youth, Princess Vhaella married her cousin, Aelor, son of Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen. From their marriage came two sons and a daughter. Aethan, Monterys and Naella. Sadly, the lord passed away five years after their marriage.

Princess Vhaella had been blessed by the Gods. Her father dotted on her children even Baelon who with time he acted as if he was her son and not his own. During her nine and ten name day, king Viserys named her his heir, ending one hundred years of only males sitting on the throne. Prince Aethan was named her heir.

Alicent Hightower argued that she was a bastard and bastards did not do well in the throne. Lord Stark, her then husband swore to cut the throats of those who spoke ill of his wife's and children's name. She gave lord Stark two children only. A son who they named Cregan and a daughter who they named Lysarra Stark. Before being married to Vhaella Lord Stark had a daughter, a bastard named Sara Snow who thanks to her step mother became Sara Stark. Sara Stark loved her mother and was always loyal to her, she was a great ally during the dance.

Harwin Strong was the unexpected husband. She had been married twice and was made a widow twice. Some people began to call her "The Cursed Wife" due to her husbands dying. Vhaella gave harwin two sons and a daughter, Prince Jacaerys, Prince Lucerys and Princess Aemma. Four years later Harwin Strong died in a fire, that same year, just a few months apart Laena Velaryon passed away during childbirth. She choose a dragon riders death.

During Laena's funeral, House Targaryen finally split. When Prince Monterys took Aemond's eye. Princess Vhaella offered apologies as did her son. Prince Aemond understood and accepted them. He even took the offer of marriage between him and Aemma. Alicent Hightower denied it and tried to take Monterys eye even when Aemond told her apologies were given and even the young prince was punished for the incident.

Everyone began to call Alicent crazy. They sided with the princess who despite Monterys being her son she knew he had done something bad and the boy apologized and owned up to his mistake. Aemond apologized to Rhaena and Baela and his nephews. Given than Aemma was still young, Aemond asked for Rhaena's hand but his mother denied him, even when Daemon had agreed. Aemond visited Dragonstone from time to time although it became harder due to his mother's decisions to keep him away from his family but, everything was about to change for House Targaryen. For the worst.

The heir of the throne took one last husband. Prince Daemon Targaryen. Although when she was younger the two were not too close her uncle had loved her from afar for a long time. He knew she would be safe with him and her reign would be fine if he stood by her side as her king consort. Princess Vhaella made friendships across the narrow sea and the realm. Her son, Prince Aethan was to marry Princess Meria Martell, uniting Dorne to the six Kingdoms once and for all and making them the Seven Kingdoms.

The two married when the young prince was ten and four. Her eldest son was being fostered with the Dornish and they had welcomed a son into their marriage. A son named Viserys after her father. Her second son, Prince Monterys married Baela and the two spent their time in Driftmark, learning under Princess Rhaenys and Corlys' trusted advisers.

Sara was married to Alexander Tyrell and they had twin daughters. Valeria and Mariela. Naella was married to her cousin, Vaelor Arryn and had one daughter, Saera. Cregan was married off to Arra Norrey who died during childbirth. He then soon married Alysanne Blackwood per his mother's request. Arra was a marriage of love and not duty. His twin sister, Lysarra was married off to Brandon Baratheon, Lord Borros brother and chosen heir as he only had daughters.

The remaining unmarried children were Jacaerys, Lucerys, Aemma, who were still young but their mother was looking for a wives and husband for them. She gave Prince Daemon three children. Two sons, Prince Baelon, Prince Aemon and Princess Alyssa. Daemon had made allies in the free cities. There, he considered marriages between the lords and one of their children.

Princess Vhaella was pregnant once again. Daemon was excited for the new babe. The princess was enjoying her time away from court. Despite not being at court, she had allies and spies all over the court. Lord Strong was still the hand, although Queen Alicent had brought he father back to court, her father kept Lyonel strong as his hand. Daemon's old whore Mysaria was her spy as she had people all over court. She knew everything and soon enough everything would take a turned where there would be no return. Can house Targaryen make it through or will it fall apart?
