Weeks had passed .  Gerard became strict and controlling at me.  After I wake up,  Dave took care of me for days because I'm burning with fever. He said that I was asleep for a week after the attack. But after I became well,  his brother began to train me while Dave is at their kingdom helping.

" Is that everything you got,  big sister? " he said with its cold face.

" Why become strict? " I asked panting

" You want to be strong or not? "

" I do but-"

" Then beat me" he attacked me with his spells.  I am dodging his every attack but when I do my counterattack fails.  I scored a few hits but still not enough. Without any hesitation I used eyesight.  I secretly used it when he is distracted.  He put up a barrier on his body again. He do it everytime I scored my first hit that is why he won't get any damage from my attacks. 

" Using that skill again,  eh? " he said mockingly.  How did he know??  After I meet Flakes and unlocking its ability,  I hid it from them.

"How? "  I said.

" Because we are the same " He said with a cold face.

" What do you mean?" he then go besides me. We sat at the log  underneath the trees.

" My familiar is also an owl, remember? When different people meet each other and they have a same creature of familiar thier skills have similarities and difference. " So,  that why.

" I can also see invisible things,  see through illusion and enhance my sight but differ on the master skills."  He continued. 

" And if you notice,  that is what I am enhancing from you. Im sorry if I'm  strict big sister but it's for you own good.  If you passed my test it means you can join the fight.  So lets train. " I now understand why Gerard is doing this and it motivates me.

Dave's POV

    We are planning on attacking the Dark Kingdom in three days. We here in the Council.  Count Madrid is just being quiet for awhile now.

" The Faires should be accompanied with the Elemnatalist.  Summoners should be at their behind so they are protected also Elementalist should be in the front line and the Fairies and Summoners be side by side.  The creatures should support the Elementalist for the attack.  " Father said at the meeting table

" Count Madrid,  do you have a suggestion?? "

" Gerard and I will be 100 km away from the Dark kingdom and will send the informations needed.  We will also support the attack. " she said it seriously.

" Do you see the glimpse of the Future?"

" We need her.  That is all we need to succeed. "

     My forehead creased and Count Madrid looked at me. He caught my eyes saying something. Count Madrid can connect from mind to mind.  Gerard still learning to do that.
    

After the meeting,  I waited Count Madrid to leave the meeting room. After 5 minutes,  she came. 

"I know what you're thinking, my nephew" she said while we are walking.

"Why are we involving her in this war?  I mean she can help to fight but why? " Snow just regain her memories and power.  She is eager to help but why do I have a feeling that she has a bigger role in this war. I can't lose her again.  I won't  let that happen.

"You have lots of questions nephew.  Just help her train with your brother.  If time comes we will tell you about it, okay? " She pat my head and leave me behind at the hallway.  I trust you, Count Madrid.

I opened the portal to our secret place.  I have to tell Gerard about the battle plan the Kingdoms are planning.

Snow's POV

       I'm going to Lovely's house. I miss them. I'm planning of having picnic at the park and to know how are they. I hope they are fine and their friendship will evolve. I hope Gary now made a bold move to confess his feelings to Lovely.

I went to the kitchen of my house.  My foster parents still welcomes me wholeheartedly and they understand my situation.  I didn't  told them the truth about Eliore but I told them that I am with the right hand.  I made tuna and chicken sandwich, cooked some hotdogs and sunny side up eggs for us to have an option off adding more in our sandwiches as well as pineapple juice and water for our drinks.  I already told them that I am visiting and we will meet at the park near the playground.

After preparing, I'm now ready to go to the park.  Gerard gave me permission to do this but I didn't tell Dave about this. Maybe little fireball will tell him about my  bonding time with my friends.

I'm walking towards the park. Im really ecstatic to see them. After some minutes,  I arrived at my destination.  I set up the blanket and made sure that the place is clean and pleasant for our picnic. After awhile,  the two had arrived.

" Ira!!! " Lovely hugged me tight.

" I missed you so much" she said to me.

" I missed you too" I replied.  Gary smiled at me and also hugged me.

"How are you? Its been a month since that  incident(referring to the encounter between the gangsters) " Lovely said.

" I'm good. I just met my sister and I regained my memories. " I answered cheerfully.

"That's good to hear.  You are reunited with your family, Snow" Gary said smiling towards me.

" Not quite" I said and picked a tuna sandwich from the basket.

"What do you mean, Ira? " He asked.

" I still couldn't meet my parents.  There are some problems needed to be solved before meeting them. " I said and offered them the food that I had prepared.

"Where is Fox by the way?" Lovely asked.

"He's busy doing stuff" I answered.

After our small talk,  we also played at the slides and seesaw like kids. We gradually ate our food and Gary ate alot. We were surprised.

"Are you going to leave? " Gary said.

"Yep,  but I will be back soon. " I patted his shoulder.

" You better meet us with you family okay?  And say to Fox that I still not trust him" Lovely said pouting. I hugged them and bid my goodbye.

" Little fireball,  fetch me at my house" I said over the phone.

" Copy,  Big Sister" he said and I ended the call.

I am cleaning the utensils that we used when we had our picnic. I am almost done when I felt his presence.

"So how's the meeting,  Fireball" I said while doing the last thing to do to complete what I am doing.

" It went well,  I guess. " he said while he is walking towards me

" Is there a problem? " I asked when he hugged me from behind.

" I'm just worried about this war" he said while hiding his face on my neck.

"We can win this war.  I know we can. " I said motivating him.

" I just can't afford to lose you again, Snow White" he hugged me tighter.

" It won't happen again Fireball,  I promise you. " Dave kissed my forehead and looked at me

"I will protect you with all my life,  my Snow White" and then I felt his lips on mine.
