(Lance's POV)

I was resting in my bedroom when the alarm went off, I guess the Galra were approaching. I don't know how I got the strength or energy to get into the blue lion, cause I had been coughing all night. This could very well be my last mission.

It's a small Galra fleet, not much here to do, but I'm feeling really weak...like I'm fading in and out...

(Pidge's POV)

I haven't seen Lance in awhile, I wonder if he's okay...
"Hey, have any of you heard from Lance lately?"
Well, no one else has seen him lately.
It's been almost five months. Hanahaki has probably taken over his body, and still nobody other than Hunk and I know. I'm about to go look for him, but Keith beats me to it. "Wait Keith don't go, I'll find him." He'll probably find out that he has Hanahaki if he goes for him.
"Why can't I go?" Keith retorted.

"Umm...because, you're needed here! I'll get him, I'll be fine."

And of course, he doesn't listen. Well he was going to find out sooner or later. I follow Keith, and we see the blue lion not to far off.

"Lance! Hey! Can you hear us?"

No response.
Expecting the worst, I go in first. There he was, covered in blood and full flowers...and thorns. Keith walks in to the cockpit, and gasps.

"Lance!"

He grabs Lance quickly.

"What happened?" Turning to look at me "You knew? Why didn't you tell me?"

Tears are starting to form in his eyes.
Wow, I've never seen Keith cry.

"Umm...yes I knew...and I didn't tell you because he didn't want me too." I didn't tell Keith that he was the one that had caused this.

He calmed down a little. "Let's get him into a pod. Do any of the others know?"

"No one other than Hunk, but we might as well tell them now."

Keith nods. "Hey Shiro? Lance passed out, we're taking him back to he castle."

"What happened to him?"

Keith pauses.
"He has Hanahaki, and it looks like it's near the ending stage."

There's a pause.  "When did that start? We'll talk later. Go ahead to the castle, we're about finished here."

Keith and I rush him over to the castle, and I quickly tell Allura the problem. We quickly put Lance into a pod, and the others come in.

"Okay, what exactly happened?" Shiro asks.

Keith looks like he's in a daze, so I answer.

"Lance has Hanahaki."

"How long did you know?"

"When it first started, I found him, unconscious, in the bathroom. Hunk also found out, after a few days. That was about 5 months ago."

"So this is like...the last stage?"

Shiro turned to Allura.
"Will Lance be okay once he comes out?"

"Mabye for a few more days, but I can't know for sure." She replies.

Shiro sighs. Then asks that question that almost everybody right now would want to know.

"Who is it? Who's the one he likes?"

510 words...my hands are now tired...hopefully I'll upload soon (I need to be inspired)
