Don't stress, Be mindful

It's like those times when we seek to know our glorious future, wanting our lives to be the brightest star in the universe. We always say that every human being is not perfect. You don't have to be perfect for everything or anyone.
Sometimes being a fractured shell in the depth of the seas is the only way you could break free. Sometimes you got to know that broken is beautiful. The only way you could mend those scars is just being mindful, where the world around you is nothing but peace and an eternity of living.
Stress is relatable to every person on the planet. If you haven't gone through it, then you soon will. It's like a toxic moment where your mind starts to disintegrate and being unable to think can make you panic.
One day, you look at the sky and wonder.
Wondering. How you can become so strong without going through such trauma of pain and all those meddled up things occurring in your life. Without having to worry about people estimating you.
Now that's just the thing. We all have a task to do. Whether the most straightforward or the most obscure, we lose time. We lose our confidence. We seek out others for guidance. We worry about other people's work because they've done so well and you have not. But we start to fret even more when we think about how people will doom us.
It's unnatural to know that the world has a pack of humans ready to discourage you at any moment. To give you that pressure where you end up tearing down.
You are getting irritated over yourself by the fact that it was your mistake and yours only. But you're not wrong. You might have puzzled yourself numerous times, not taking things sincerely. The reason why we all stress is because we just put too much on our shoulders. So much that it feels like boulders are clasping down at the arch of your back where you cannot ascend a single mountain. Why? Because you haven't attempted enough, you haven't tried to prove others wrong, to prove to yourself that you're as hard as bulletproof glass and you're indestructible.
You have to believe in yourself that no matter what happens, you're going to cry. But you will mend your scars, and you will not give up. You will shed those tears out of delight. All you have to do is one thing.
Be mindful.
Take deep breaths, calm yourself down, take breaks, do something that will keep you satisfied and hush off your thoughts. Stay up all night if you have to, put music on to keep you preoccupied, to keep you conscious, to make sure you're in harmony. Make sure your surroundings are tranquil. You're facing reality. Even in fantasies, the kingdoms go through obstinate times as adequately. Strike your head high, communicate to someone, share thoughts that heft more than gold, painstakingly bringing you down. Be that mindful warrior. You will become a person of success. You will obtain everything if you are attentive.
It has happened to me many times before. Trust me. More importantly, trust yourself.

Don't stress, be mindful.
