"Wait, let me get this straight, you want to be taken to the AVL headquarters?" Gru asked.

"Yes." I say smoking. 

"But why?" Lucy said. 

"I have my reasons." I say. 

"Well, we have to bring you there anyway... so, yeah." Gru said. 

"I knew you'd say yes." I say. 

I signaled the servants to let the girls go. They ran to Gru and Lucy. I've never seen such loyal kids and loving parents. Parents will stab you in the back. After all, that's what they did to me. I was betrayed. 

"I must say, I'm impressed." I say.

"Impressed?" Lucy asked. 

"Impressed that you love them so much. I've learned that love is nothing but a fairytale." I say. 

"Well we will never let our girls go. I will always protect them." Gru stepped forward. 

I blew smoke in his face and then I tripped him.

"Ha. Nice joke." I say. 

Gru stood up and glared at me. 

"I will come to your house tomorrow better bring me to the AVL. Or else I'll kill you just like Wild Knuckles." I say.

"Wait you killed Wild Knuckles?" Gru asked. 

"Yes." I say. 

He growled and punched me in the face. My glasses fell off. I spat out blood. 

"Ha. Guess you have a fighting spirit after all." I stood up. 

I breathed smoke out that grabbed them. 

"Until we meet again." I say. 

The smoke dragged Gru and his family out the door.
