The wind whipped around them, carrying the scent of pine and distant snow as they stood on the mountain peak. The view was breathtaking, a panorama of jagged peaks and valleys stretching as far as the eye could see, but XueLing's gaze was fixed on XiShi. "We'd like to stay behind for a while," he said, that familiar mischievous glint in his eyes. "How about you guys go ahead?"

HuanHuan, perpetually eager to move, barely hesitated. "Okay!" she chirped, already turning towards the path leading down the mountain. BaiDi nodded once, a silent confirmation, and with that, the pair had disappeared down the trail, leaving XiShi and XueLing alone.

Their journey to the beast city had been partly for HuanHuan's sake, and partly, XiShi had to admit, because they, XueLing and XiShi, were bored. Mountain life was dull, a monotonous routine that left them yearning for... well, something more, not really exiting or something, just traveling and seeing places. XueLing, in his usual boisterous way, had claimed to be thrilled by the prospect of adventure and exploration. XiShi, of course, wasn't buying it for a second. No way was that man genuinely excited about travel. It had to be another excuse to get into trouble, or more accurately, get into her. Honestly, the man's mind was perpetually in the gutter.

"Might as well roam around a bit," XueLing had said earlier, a perfectly normal, acceptable sentence, that still somehow sent a shiver of suspicion down XiShi's spine.

"Whatever," XiShi had replied, attempting to sound nonchalant. If XueLing really was actually interested in the scenery or whatever else the world had to offer, XiShi supposed she could find some amusement in that.

And so here they were, alone, with HuanHuan and BaiDi gone. The second the other two were out of sight, XueLing's nature came roaring to the surface. That horny, mischievous, irrepressible nature that XiShi knew so well. She barely had time to blink before XueLing was grabbing her hand, pulling her into the dense woods that skirted the edge of the mountain.

"Honey~" XueLing purred, his voice dripping with saccharine sweetness, "Don't you think mating here would be so exciting!" He punctuated the question with a suggestive wiggle of his eyebrows, a look that promised a night of passionate chaos.

Sex in open? Huh? That sure was exciting.....kinky even.

XiShi rolled her eyes, but a small smile played at the corner of her lips. She knew the answer was yes.

She just wouldn't give XueLing the satisfaction of hearing it out loud.
