She had successfully navigated her descent from the waterfall, and while the experience had been nothing short of intense, she somehow managed to summon the strength to push herself upward as she swam to the surface. The moment her body broke through the water, a chill cascaded down her spine, an involuntary reaction that accompanied her sudden re-entry into the world above. The air was thick with an unfamiliar scent, one she couldn't quite place, and the body's memories offered her no assistance in deciphering it. Sure, she was familiar with the earthy aroma of damp soil in a forest; after all, it was a logical association. But this? This was something entirely different, something that set her nerves on edge.

The lake where the waterfall emptied was surprisingly wide yet shallow, allowing her to stand upright in the water. She chose to sit there, half-submerged, contemplating the strangeness of her surroundings. It felt suspicious, almost sinister, yet she found herself unable to move, the fatigue of her recent ordeal weighing heavily upon her. As she soaked in the water, the stinging pain from her injuries began to fade, and the exhaustion from her frantic escape slowly dissipated. It was as if her body had finally recognized that, for the moment, she was safe. She could hear the distant rustling of bears, the very creatures she had narrowly evaded, retreating into the woods after her dramatic plunge.

As her body shifted back to its human form, a single, glaring issue rose to the forefront of her mind―she was utterly naked. What the hell ,she thought, frustration bubbling within her. She should have taken the clothes from the cave; now she was left to roam this peculiar place without so much as a scrap of fabric to shield her from the elements. The notion of wandering around exposed, especially with predators lurking nearby, was both terrifying and absurd.

Her instincts screamed at her to get up and flee, but where would she go in this state? The weight of her poor decisions settled heavily on her shoulders. Why couldnt I have been smarter?  she berated herself, cursing the bears in her mind. But it wasn't her fault , she was walking on eggshells at time . Imagine being in a now or never type of situation and going like―wait lemme get my clothes―who does that ?

Just as she wrestled with her predicament, a voice shattered her thoughts, echoing through the air:

" Who dared to interrupt me? "

Certainly not her―haha......

To her utter shock, someone emerged from the waterfall, a sight so unexpected that she could hardly believe her eyes. Holy shit.

She's fucked ......
