~Lucky~
Calum and I practically flew off of each other, staring at Michael with complete and utter shock.
Michael stared at us angrily. "What did I tell you Lucky?"
"Uh-" I was cut off before I could say anything.
"I said to go home! I said to stay away from being Calum alone, and I get back from school and you're making out with another of my friends!" He looked down shamefully. "If you're gonna cheat with someone, do it with your dorky friends."
I frowned at him angrily. "I only have one friend, Michael, besides for them. Also, for the record, it wasn't my idea, it was Luke's."
Luke looked at me with pure and utter shock. "Right, well throw me under the bus now, would you?"
Michael glared at the blonde before walking away. "I'm going to the bathroom."
Calum smirked. "Gotta poop, mate?"
"Nope, just have to get away from you guys."
"Well, now that he's gone, go again. I don't think I got a good enough shot," Luke turned to me and Calum.
I shook my head. "No, Luke. Michael's pissed enough already, don't bother him more."
Calum shrugged, looking disappointed. "Lucky's right."
Luke stared at us sadly. "Whatever, I'll just use this one," he scrolled through is phone and tapping a bit. "There, sent."
I gulped nervously and nodded.
"How do you think he's gonna react?" Calum asked me.
I bit my lip. "I don't really know. He's a bit bipolar."
"Wouldn't it be interesting if he was happy that you cheated?" Luke eyed me.
I dismissed his comment. "Probably won't be that way. Also, I didn't technically cheat. It wasn't some sort of affair or anything."
Calum rose one eyebrow. "No, technically you kissed someone else. That's cheating."
I broke a sweat. "Oh my God, I cheated on Damian!"
"Chill, he cheated on you multiple times. If he's gonna rage about it, you might as well dump him," Calum pointed out.
"You should drop him anyways," Luke reminded.
I shook my head and sighed. "Come on, let's just wait for a reply. War anyone?"
The boys shrugged and Calum tossed over a deck of cards.
"Are we counting ace as one or the highest?" Luke asked.
"Highest in authority, of course," Calum smiled charmingly.
I chuckled as we scooted into a small circle in the center. Calum dealt out the deck quickly and we prepared to play.
"Ladies first," Calum motioned to me.
I chuckled. "Cal, nobody goes first in war."
He looked down, blushing. "Oh yeah."
We played for a while, and within minutes of starting the game Michael had returned.
"You started without me?" he frowned.
I shrugged. "You were a no show."
"Now we're just waiting on Damian to reply," Calum told Michael nonchalantly.
My brother's eyes widened. "What did you send him?"
Luke shrugged as he replied. "A picture of Calum and Lucky making out."
There was a slight fire visible in Michael's eyes now. "Why would you do that?"
"Luke came up with it to get back at Damian for all the times he's cheated on Lucky," Calum told him.
"Fair enough, I guess..." Michael trailed off quietly as he scooted into our game.
"Guys, he's replied!" Luke exclaimed awhile later.
We all scurried to Luke, swarming around him and peeking over his shoulder.
"All of you are invited to a party," Luke read aloud.
"Party?" Michael grimaced.
Define all of you Luke typed quickly.
We all backed up away from Luke and stared at him, waiting for an answer.
"You, Calum, Lucky, and her brother," Luke read. "Oh, and have Lucky bring her little friend."
Michael's face twisted. "Why does he want us to all come to a party?"
I shrugged. "Maybe to apologize with food?"
"I'm in, then."

I turned from my left and to my right, checking myself in the mirror. I couldn't tell if I liked the way the dress looked. I sighed in defeat and turned around to face Ashton.
"I don't know, what do you think?" I asked him.
He thought for a moment. "Honestly, no. It doesn't fit your body right."
I smiled. I had always admired how how honest Ashton was. He would tell me if something didn't look good on me so I wouldn't make a fool of myself, but he would never flat out tell me I was ugly. In fact, he would shower me with compliments often.
Everyone was surprised when Ashton and I's friendship worked out, because one time when we were both super single, we dated. You would think it would make the relationship awkward, but it really brought us close even when we figured out that we didn't work out as a couple.
"What do you think would be better?" I questioned.
"Something that shows off your curves more," he thought.
I furrowed my brows. "You sure?"
He nodded. "Be proud of your body! You could totally rock a tight dress."
Ashton stood up and searched through my closet before pulling out a dark blue dress. He tossed it to me as I slithered out of the dense one I had been wearing and slipped on the new one. It wasn't too short, reaching the middle of my thighs, and was skin tight.
"It looks amazing," Ashton clapped, proud of his work.
After I curled my hair and did some basic makeup, the five of us met downstairs in my living room.
"Hey, dork," Michael greeted Ashton.
Ashton blushed and nodded in reply.
Ashton was never really ashamed of the fact that my brother referred to him as 'dork'. He didn't really take anything Michael said to heart.
We all filed into Michael's small car. Michael drove, Luke in the passenger, with me, Ashton, and Calum squeezed in the backseat. Apparently, the tension in the car was thick and no one spoke. I didn't know if it was because it was Damian's party we were going to, or because Ashton was in the car with everyone. Either way, it wasn't a completely logical reason to stay quiet.
the next chapters are going to be intense, so brace yourself. double update, but this took a bit because i wanted to get it to be long enough without ruining the next chapters.
