i ruffled my hair in frustration. "could he at least pretend he cares." i say to myself.

i met up with yoongi at the convenience store we usually go to.

he was sitting outside with two bowls of instant ramyun and a couple pieces of kimbap.

"took you long enough." he opened the lid of his ramyun and started eating.

i sighed and took a seat next to him.

he already prepared mines for me. i opened the lid and started to eat.

"what did you need to tell me?" yoongi asked after he finished slurping the noodles.

"im leaving."

he took a bite of the kimbap, "where?"

"america."

yoongi started coughing, probably choked. i handed him a water bottle.

after he finished drinking he says, "why? when? how could you say that so easily?"

"for education, in two weeks, and i didnt think you would react like this."

"for how long?"

"four years."

yoongi didnt say anything and just nodded his head. 

we stayed silent for the next five minutes.

"who else knows?" he finally says.

"you're the first." i reply.

"why couldnt you tell me earlier?"

"the news was sudden for me too. the professor brought it up last minute."

yoongi nodded his head, "you should go."

"r- really?"

"of course, just dont find someone else."

"why would i do that?"

he just shrugged his shoulders.

"im really going to miss you."
"im not."

i made a face, "tch liar."

"kidding. im going to miss you making and buying food for me."

i scoff, "dont miss me too much. instead of me finding another man you might end up with another girl."

yoongi grinned, "maybe."

i slapped his arm.

"ow, kidding, again."

i sighed and made a face at him.

he nudged me, "aw come on you know i love you."

"yeah i do."
