It was Friday morning and Piper was cooking James some breakfast before Sophie arrived to go shopping. James came strolling into the kitchen too see his girlfriend frying an egg.
"Good morning beautiful" he spoke croakily removing the sleep from his eyes
"Good morning" she smiled. He came behind her and hugged her.
"James I'm trying to cook" she laughed as he began to cook.
"You just look really good though" her boyfriend groaned as he wasn't getting what he wanted.
"Well your sister is 5 minutes away so we don't have time" she said reading her text of Sophie.

"Alright Soph?" James said opening the door.
"Hello, hey Piper" she smiled taking her shoes off and walking through to the kitchen.
"What we got?" She smiled when she saw her brother's girlfriend cooking.
"Well we've got a full English but your brother needs to go to training or he's going to be late" she smiled before kissing him then moving him out towards the door. When they heard the front door slam they knew they was safe to talk about Dan,Sophie's boyfriend.

"So has he took you on a date?" The older girl asked.
"We went to TGI Fridays" the fourteen year old commented.
"Okay okay,does he play football?" She asked knowing it was the most important question to the blonde girls older brother.
"Yeah he loves it he's not as good as James though"she laughed
"Well at the end of the day he's 15 and he's not really going to be as good as a 23 year old professional" Piper said trying to see the positive.
"Right let's go" Piper said a while after they had finished washing up and did there makeup.

The girls had been shopping for a while when they decided to go and get a meal at TGI Fridays
"Hey my names Mia and I will be your waitress today what can I get you" the waiteress huffed as if it was the worst job in the world.
"Mia?" Sophie questioned with a disgusted undertone.
"Sophie oh and you must be Piper" she smirked slyly.
"Yeah do you two know each other?" Piper asked slightly confused
"Yes" "No" the two said in sync.
"Don't lie to your brother's girlfriend Sophie we do know each other" she snarled
"We've met once" she huffed at the girl

"I think we should go eat somewhere else" sophie said obviously intimidated by the girl who looked like she had surgery on every bit of her body.
"Oh don't you want miss perfect here knowing the truth about her boyfriend" she smirked knowing she was being a bitch.
"I really think we should go" sophie said beginning to grab her jacket
"No I want to know what you have on James" Piper said shyly not knowing what to expect. She didn't know what it would be but judging on what Sophie knew it didn't look too promising.

"So you know that day you met mr perfect he was actually meant to be on a fourth day with me" she spoke.
"We had been talking for a month then you come onto the scene and I'm being ghosted" she carried on seeing the tears form in Pipers eyes.

Piper wasn't only upset because she felt as if James had lied to her the whole relationship but also because piper never wanted to be the girl who stole the guy. She always was a big advocate for girls supporting girls so this didn't really stand with that.

"Do you girls still want to order?" She smiled smugly knowing she had most likely ruined a relationship.
"No I think we will just leave"Piper said on the verge of tears.

The girls got up and left and ran straight to the car. Pipers vision was fuzzy from all the tears in her eyes. She knew she wasn't over reacting because surely any girl would act like that if there boyfriend was seeing another girl when they first met and failed to mention this at any point in your four month relationship.

"Piper are you okay?" Sophie asked not really knowing what to say in this situation
"Well obviously I feel really really stupid for ever trusting your brother...... no offence" she spoke half laughing while she was crying.
"Nah he's an idiot but I do think you should talk to him, see what he has to say" she commented knowing that what Mia had said wasn't the whole truth.

"I'll speak to him when you've gone and then I'll end it but don't worry I have nothing against you so I'll still speak to you" Piper said knowing she couldn't live without James but in her rage that was the only logical solution in her head.

They arrived back to James's house around twenty minutes before Gary was picking up Sophie.
"Hey beautiful did you you enjoy your day?" James smiled kissing his girlfriend on her forehead.
"Yeah it was fine" she snapped as harshly she could.
'What's the matter with her' James mouthed to his little sister who was waiting for her dad to pick her up.
'Mia' she mouthed knowing he would understand what the problem is. He knew how manipulative Mia could be and how this would look to his girlfriend who was already so insecure about how she 'wasn't good enough'

"Right Dads here I'm going to go" Sophie said hugging her brother before walking over to where Piper was standing.
"I love you see you soon" she smiled at the girl who was quite obviously distraught and sniffling back the tears.
"And also here him out" she whispered in Pipers ear whilst hugging her.

Sophie had been gone for about 15 minutes and both of them were sitting in the same room at opposite sides both thinking about what they could say to each other. Eventually James just decided to break the bitter silence by talking in the softest tone he could use knowing the girl was already about to cry so he didn't want to intimidate or upset her even more.
"Hey I think we need to talk" he said softly
