It was now April and everything had changed. Christmas was brilliant and there new year was insane, they spent it with all of their closest friends and had one of the best nights out of there lives.

Then there was January, everything was normal with the football and Pipers career. Katie was eight months pregnant and everything was going good. Piper even went to her first away match with James.

Then February rolled around and that was also good. By this time people was aware of this virus but it wasn't too concerning. The couple spent their first valentines together and went to the Italian restaurant that they went to on their first date. Then on the 23rd of February Piper became an auntie to Leah Georgia Limas. She was the most gorgeous little girl anyone had seen. She really took after her half Italian father. She had a lovely head of dark hair and was born a healthy weight. Not only did Piper adore her niece James was equally obsessed with the baby.

When it came to March that's when everything started to stop. The football was cancelled all the events and launches Piper was attending was cancelled and the country began its lock down. The couple decided it would be best to stay in Leicester rather than choose who's family to stay with and also as soon as James was told he could begin training again he could go. 

Surprisingly the two was coping with isolation well. James was definitely enjoying having cuddles with his girlfriend in the morning and Piper was enjoying waking up to him playing with her hair every morning.

Piper was currently running an instagram live workout with Lila while James was on an interview call for the England YouTube channel.

"So James how is lockdown how are you finding it?" The interviewer asked.
"It's rubbish for all of us and obviously I miss football but we just need to all listen to the government so hopefully we can all get through this safely" James said.
"You've been in lockdown with your girlfriend how's that been?"
"Yeah I mean we have enough of each other some days but I love her to pieces so there's no one I'd rather spend how ever long with" he smiled at the thought of his girlfriend
"Have you been learning any new skills like  Harry winks has been learning Spanish so have you learnt anything?" The interviewer asked.
"Yeah my girlfriend speaks Italian so she's been teaching me some of that and I'm actually pretty good at it" James smiled

"Can we hear a bit?" The interviewer laughed slightly.
"Nah nah sorry I'm not that good" James laughed.
"How about keeping fit how's that going" the man asked James
"Yeah it's going good I'm obviously doing the plans from Leicester everyday and it's going good" James smiled.

"Right thank you for your time James" the interviewer said before ending the call

"Hey sophie you okay?" James asked his little sister who had randomly FaceTimed him and Piper
"Hey James you alright Pipes?" She asked
"I'm good thank you Soph how are you?" Piper asked white hugging her boyfriend who was holding the phone
"I'm good I hate home schooling though I just want to go back" she moaned at the two.
"Wait am I hearing things?does Sophie Maddison actually want to go to school" James spoke sarcastically
"Yeah I do" she sighed.
"Also Piper could you call me later I need a girl chat?" She said looking miserable
"Yeah of course I'll call you at 9" Piper smiled before walking off to go and have a shower after pecking James lips.

"You know you can talk to me as well" James said to his little sister while eating some brownies that Piper had made earlier, it's safe to say all his footballer diet had gone out of the window when his girlfriend was cooking such delicious sweet treats.
"Yeah but unless you want to know about my period I'll talk to Piper" his little sister laughed.
"Yeah talk to piper"He laughed sitting on the sofa.

A while after the siblings was talking about Sophie's homeschooling and how Piper was getting on with uni at home. They both decided they was getting bored of eachother and ended the call

James walked into the kitchen to see his girlfriend cooking them homemade pizzas for dinner.
"Remember when we had that pizza night in November?" Piper laughed
"Yes I do" James smiled.

Lockdown had made James realise how madly in love he was with this girl. Like everything about her. To him she was a real life Disney princess she kept him grounded and happy. He could stare at her face for hours he didn't care if the front of her eyebrows stood straight or the bump she had on her nose he was so in love with her.

"Your staring" she smiled looking down at the floor.
"I know I am" he smiled back pulling her chin up so he could kiss her.
"I can't wait till the day your my wife" he whispered while hugging the brunette.
"How come your being so soppy" the girl looked up at him.
"Just stupidly in love with you" he admitted
"tu sei qualcos'altro James Maddison" she smiled.

"Wait wait I know what that means" he said with his face lighting up.
"You are something else" he said with a huge smile growing on his face because he got the translation right.
"Yeah that's right"she giggled at the boy who looked stupidly happy.
