Hyekyung exits her house, making her way to the Miniso shop where she first met Yuta.

She bites her lip, feeling nervous about what Yuta is going to tell her. It sounded very serious from the look of his message.

She stops at th entrance of the shop, taking a deep breath before entering it. She enters the shop, her heart beating quickly as she gulps down the lump on her throat.

She looks around, looking for Yuta until she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turns around, feeling her heart almost jumping out of her chest when she sees Yuta there.

"Woah- you look surprised." He laughs and Hyekyung just shakes her head, laughing along with her.

"I got scared. What do you want to talk about?" She asks him but he didn't say anything and look around, seeing themselves at the very back of the shop.

"Let's go somewhere." He smiles, intertwining their hands before exiting the shop.

Hyekyung could feel her cheeks getting warmer including her ears whenever Yuta would tighten his grip on her hand.

"Let's go shopping a bit~"

Hyekyung drinks her coffee, waiting Yuta to come back from ordering some snacks.

They are now in a cafe after a little shopping.

Hyekyung sighs, resting her head on the table, pouting when she realizes that Yuta didn't tell her what he wants to talk about yet.

She looks out the window, finding people walking pass the cafr interesting. She then looks up, the sky being filled with variety of clouds.

"Sorry for waiting." Yuta came back with a box of macarons. He sits down across her and opens the box, placing them in the middle of the table.

"Wah~ I love these." She says, taking a piece. Yuta smiles, watching her enjoy the macarons.

Yuta chuckles when the cream between the two macarons starts to drip. Hyekyung almost chokes and she immediately grabs a tissue to catch it.

"Be careful, you're wearing a white shirt too." He says, wiping her mouth and she nodded, continuing to eat.

Yuta starts to feel softer and warmer around Hyekyung. He wishes to have more moments like this with her, smiling and laughing with her.

He doesn't know why but he felt like home around Hyekyung. He enjoys being with her and he sees the good side of things when with her.

Not seeing her for a while made him sad and empty but during that, he was also debating if he should confess to her or not.

Now that he finally made up his mind, he never felt so happy until this moment with her.

"Yuta, if you don't stop staring at me, I'll eat all the macarons." She pouts, noticing his stare at her and Yuta snaps out of his thoughts.

He smiles and takes a piece of macaron, throwing it into his mouth.

"Hyekyung, happy birthday." He says, smiling softly.

Hyekyung starts to smile widely at him and at that moment, Yuta could feel his heart beating quicker than ever.

Hyekyung checks the clock of her phone before she stops her tracks. She turns her head to look at Yuta.

"At 8 PM, I will meet up with my friends to celebrate my birthday. Can you come with me?" Hyekyung asks her and Yuta walks closer to her.

The two were just walking through the park, watching the sunset touch the waters of the river.

"Of course but first, let me do this." Yuta places his hand on her cheek before leaning closer to her face.

Hyekyung could feel her heart beating faster and faster by the second until it stopped when Yuta connected their lips.

The kiss was warm and light which made the two feel secure in each other's presence.

Yuta breaks the kiss, resting his forehead on hers.

"I love you, very much... be my lover, Hyekyung."  Yuta says, his voice soft yet deep and his touch was gentle.

Hyekyung closes her eyes, her hands holding Yuta's hand that is on her cheek.

She tilts her head, looking like she's resting her head on his hands. She then removes his hand from her cheek before kissing it.

"Of course, I'll be your lover. I love you very much as well, Yuta." She says and connected their lips once again.

"I love you even more."
