After Jungkook came home, well not technically home, since it was Taehyung's house, he went up to his room as always.

He thought he was alone until he hear Taehyung calling Yeontan, his dog.

Jungkook heard the older walk up the stairs and immediately pretended to sleep, because he was suspicious that Taehyung would come up to check if he's home.

The younger was right. Taehyung opened the door and peaked in. "Oh, guess he's sleeping" he muttered.

After he exited, Jungkook sighed in relief. He's been constantly avoiding Taehyung since that incident.

The ravenette flinched when he heard a faint scream. He immediately got up from his bed and ran in the direction the scream came from.

He stopped in front of Taehyung's room and put his ear on the door, listening carefully. Jungkook heard shuffling and things being thrown around the room.

Suddenly, Jungkook heard the older crying. "Why?", Taehyung sobbed.

Jungkook stepped back as he heard a faint thud against the door. Taehyung's noises seemed to get louder, signaling the older was getting frustrated with something.

"Why am I such a burden?" Jungkook heard Taehyung whisper. The younger heard it clearly, so he guessed that Taehyung was at the door.

With a sudden feeling of courage, Jungkook knocked on the door. The sobbing stopped.

"TaeTae-hyung, I know you're in here, please let me in." he said.

Taehyung opened the door with messy hair, bloodshot eyes and his face tear-stained. He looked at Jungkook and it made the younger's heart break.

Jungkook engulfed him into a hug and whispered comforting nothings in the older's ear. They eventually got to the floor and continued hugging.

After a minute or two, Jungkook stood up and took Taehyung's hand. He went to the bed and sat down together with the older.

"Wanna talk about it?" said Jungkook while softly grazing his thumb over Taehyung's hand.

After a moment, the older nodded hesitantly.

"Ok, what happened, hyung?" asked Jungkook while looking at Taehyung who stared at his hands.

"I-it's just that... I like you, kook, I really, really do" he said, tearing up. "E-ever since I saw you a-at school, I-I just fell in l-love with you." Tears spilled out of his eyes again.

Jungkook pulled the older to his chest and hugged him tight. "Oh, hyung," he chuckled, "I do too, I do too." he said.

After a while of Jungkook comforting Taehyung, the older spoke up.

"Jeon Jungkook, will you be my boyfriend?"
