The story plot is highly inspired by a chinese novel - 'mo dao zu shi', written by mo xiang tong xiu.
If you have not read this novel yet, then give it a try it's definitely worth reading it. there's also a c - drama based on the same novel - 'the untamed'.

But if you are aware of the drama as well as the novel, then please do not give spoilers in the comments.

This is a historical au. Adventure mixed with lots of romance and confrontation between right and wrong.

In original novel, the main couple is gay but my story includes only side gay couples with main characters as straight.
