After telling Logan what had happened and what the men wanted, he pulled out his phone and started to look through his contacts. "I'm calling your father." He stated and before you could even tell him anything, he stood up and left out to the hallway.

Peter had a confused look written on his face. "Your father? I thought he was your father when he came to pick you up." He said and you shook your head. "No. He's not my father. He's like an uncle to me. He was there for me since the beginning. Since I was at the other school when my mom was still alive." You admitted.

Peter's face was shocked and you couldn't help but giggle. "But- how- what-... woah. Was he your mother's brother?" He asked still shocked but amazed. "Sadly no. He's her, or should I saw was, best friend. After she died it really took a toll on me, my father and him. My father barely speaks of her because it breaks him. Logan tries not to drink every time he hears about it and I.. write." You muttered the last part.

He looked at you and placed a hand on yours. "It's alright. Everyone has a different way of coping their feelings or when something happens." He told you which made you smile softly at him.

Logan came back in and gave a sigh as he sat on the couch in your room again. "What's wrong Logan?" You asked him and he looked over at you. "I told him everything and he wasn't not happy. He wants you to stay somewhere else for a while." He mentioned and you just kept looking at him. "Where? I have no where else to go."

Peter looked at you and said in a soft tone "you could stay with me for a bit. I could ask my aunt." It was a suggestion but then Logan added "or you could stay at my place since it's not so far away from the school you're going to."

You knew Logan said it because he truly knew about your abilities and who you really are compared to Peter not knowing. The risk of you getting exposed to him were way to high. So you had to go with Logan's offer. "I'm sorry Peter but I'll have to go with Logan on this one. I appreciate the offer though." You said and gave his hand a tight squeeze for reassurance.

Peter nodded his head and looked at the time. It read 4:55pm and that's when he said "Crap. I need to head home now but I'll see you at school? Or I'll text you?" You looked at him and gave a small smile then told him "Yeah. I'll see you around. Now run off before you get into anymore trouble."

Then he was off. Out of your room with his bag from the living room and out the front door. Logan stood up from the couch and made his way over to your bed before sitting down on it. "You didn't tell him right?" He asked you. Not knowing if you told Peter about you being Sparrow or about your father being Steve Rogers himself.

"No of course not. When things as big as those are supposed to be kept a secret, I keep them. I don't go running around telling everybody. It's not right." You stated and he nodded his head. "Good, because we don't need anyone knowing or finding out anytime soon. It's too high of a risk at the moment due to the situation your father is in. Now get your things, you're staying with me." He said and got up from the bed.

"Logan?" You spoke up as you got ready to hop off the bed. "Thanks for coming." He looked at you and gave a small smile. "Not a problem and plus we need to talk real quick before we leave about the tranquilizer dart. How much the dose was and if Peter wouldn't have taken it out of your neck before-.. we'll I'll tell you when you get to the living room. Come on."

With that being said, he stepped out of the room and waiting in the living room. It took a couple of minutes for you to pack your bags and afterwards you gave a small smile to your room before heading out.

You met up with Logan in the living room and before you sat on the couch, you brought over the plate of chocolate chip cookies. You bit into one of the cookies and Logan took one. "Tell me about the dart that impacted my neck. What would've happened if Peter didn't take it out quickly?" You asked eating.

Looking over at you he chewed the cookie before speaking. "If he didn't, the full dose would've entered your bloodstream and you would've woke up later. Meaning you might've been taken if it wasn't for Peter's quick thinking."

You looked down at your cookie shocked by the information. Not knowing what to say next Logan continued. "It was a good thing what he did and the fact that he called me right after it happened surprised me but I was on my way as soon as I heard about you getting darted."

Nodding your head you told him "I'm thankful for both of you. Peter because he saved me and removed the dart before that happened. Not to mention knocking out the two guys and calling you. On the other hand I'm thankful for you because you've always been there for me. Even when I was at Xavier's. Thank you."

"Don't get all soft on me now." He said with a chuckle and you playfully rolled your eyes. "Yeah Whatever Logan, but I mean it." You told him back and he nodded. "I know you do. You always do." He stated.

"Alright, place those cookies in a container and let's get out of here. It's only a matter of time till more of those men start coming." He said and you quickly nodded. Grabbing a container and placing the cookies in it then following him out the door.
