"Okay so what are we studying for?" I asked and he pulled out a textbook from his bag then responded "Chemistry."

Peter's POV

"Ned send he's on his way up right now. I'll go get him." I said to Y/n as she started to pull out her textbook and notebook.

"Yeah sure. Go ahead. I'll be here, it's not like I'm going anywhere at the moment." She said and have me a small smile as I headed out of my bedroom door.

"Hey May, Ned's here. I'm just letting him in." I told Aunt May as I past by her still cooking in the kitchen.

"Alright." She told me and continued on

I reached for my apartment door and right before Ned had even gotten the chance to knock on the door, I opened it up and saw him with his fist raised about to knock. "Forgot you can sense if I'm nearby or if anyone is." He told me in a low voice so May didn't hear. He walked in with his back pack strapped on his back and started to walk past May as I catcher up to him.
"Hey May." He said as he gave a small wave of his hand and May just turned for a quick second waving in return.

"Hey Ned. How was school?"

"Oh it was.. interesting." He hesitated at the last part because of what had happened at school today with
Y/n being Shadow, men coming in trying to shoot everyone and her saving everyone's lives.

"That's good to hear. Dinner's at 5." She mentioned then Ned just replied with a quick "Okay thank you." As we both entered the room.

Y/n's POV

Opening up to page 254 in my Chemistry lab book, I was starting to write down some equations and answer them as the teacher had told us to do. I had started to write out one of the problems I had to do:

1. Iron metal combines with oxygen gas to form iron (III) oxide solid

4Fe(s) + 302(g) -> 2Fe2O3(s)

(Admin: The 2 next to 30 is supposed to be lower and the 2 between the E and the O is supposed to be lower as well)

There was writing along with highlights on some of the pages of my textbook as I worked. The textbook was laid out in front of me as I sat crisscrossed with my white socks on Peter's bottom bunk bed. I had a pen on my right hand (if you're left handed then switch it), my notebook on my lap, my shoes were perfectly side by side on the corner of the bed on the floor, my hair was slightly brushed behind my right ear and I was writing down some more problems from the book.

I still wore my big grey sweater and the hoodie wasn't on my head at the moment but down behind me. As I was biting the cap of my pen thinking of how to solve one of the equations, I heard the bedroom door open. Looking over to my right towards the door, I saw Ned come in with Peter right behind him. "Hey Ned." I said when I saw him and waved.

"Oh hey Y/n. Almost forgot you were coming over for a study session." Ned honestly admitted and I just gave a small nod.

"It's alright. Tons forget that I'm even in the same classroom as them until they here my name being called." I responded and went back to looking at the book.

Peter's POV

As both me and Ned entered my room, we saw how Y/n was sitting on bed and it made me smile to be honest. She looked comfortable in her grey sweatshirt as she was working on her textbook.

She saw us when we came in and started to immediately greet Ned. "Hey Ned." Y/n said and waved

"Oh hey Y/n. Almost forgot you were coming over for a study session." Ned honestly admitted and she gave a small nod.

"It's alright. Tons forget that I'm even in the same classroom as them until they here my name being called." Her response was and went back to looking at the book. I felt a bit bad that not many talk to her at school but at least she has me, Ned and Michelle.

We were 15 minutes into studying when Ned wanted to play around with one of my holograms so I let him and hung upside down from the ceiling as I reached down to the bag of Doritos Ned was holding.

He was asking about somethings about the hologram and I was explaining to him what each gadget did or what they were used for.

Y/n's POV

I was almost done with my equations and problems when I noticed hanging upside down side me as he reached for a chip in the Doritos bag Ned held on his lap. I giggled when I saw how silly they looked.

Peter must've heard me because turned his head and looked at me with this certain look of curiosity. "What are you laughing at?" He asked

"You. You look silly hanging from the ceiling eating Doritos." I mentioned and he gave a smile after thinking about it.

"I suppose you're right about that." He said as he got down and looked at the textbook I had opened.

I glanced back down at the book and read the question I was on again.

"Oh, by the way.. that's wrong." He pointed to an equation on my notebook and said in a teasing way.

I looked at it shocked and said "no it's not. I went over it more than 3 times. That's preposterous."

I heard him laugh as Ned was still in awe with the gadget and when I looked over he was munching on a chip. "Hey.." I chuckled and grabbed a chip, throwing it at him. "You were just teasing me weren't you." I said

"Yeah you caught me red handed. I wanted to see your reaction." He smiled and grabbed a basketball he had nearby before making a shot to the hoop near the door. "And.. he scores!" He said "the crowd goes wild!"

"Nerd" I mumbled and laughed but he heard and laughed

"You're a bigger nerd."

"No I'm a geek." I said

"Whatever you want to call yourself" he smiled.

"Hey Ned. How's it holding up." He asked him after seeing Ned looking at a textbook. He was done with the gadget and was writing down problems.

"It's going quiet well actually. Except I only see me and Y/n actually studying for the test tomorrow except you." He said

"I've got this in the bag." Peter explained

"Yeah you better or I'll have a Star Wars marathon and invite darkness over here to join me." He said

"Darkness?" I said and chuckled

"Yeah. You're Shadow, pretty much wear dark clothes on most days." He pointed out.

"Well you're not wrong." I said and continued to read the textbook.
