{third POV}

It was around mid day when everyone got back from their mission on the mountain, the people whom were uninjured already set off to different missions whilst others returned to simply rest and heal.

"Zenitsu! Inosuke I'm so glad your both ok" Tanjiro exclaimed happily, seeing his friends on the small medical beds.

"Tanjiro! You wouldn't believe it I almost got turned into a spider! They were so creepy and now their trying to make me drink this yucky medicine!" Zenitsu cried, clinging into Tanjiro's shirt while snuggling his face into the fabric.

"If you don't drink it you won't get better!" The butterfly girls angrily argued, trying to persuade the poor boy to drink the liquid.

"Come on I'm sure it's not that bad" Tanjiro nervously laughed, looking over at Inosuke. He was silent, which was obviously weird.

"What happened to Inosuke?" Tanjiro asked, cutting off Zentisu's cries momentarily "oh his throat got crushed, it's kinda funny actually" he giggled, raising his weirdly small arm to his mouth as he snickered.

Inosuke replied with painful gurgling noises, to which Tanjiro just chuckled "I'm glad your both ok though" he smiled with a faint blush, patting Zenitsu reassuringly on the head before picking up the medicine.

"How about i give it to you?" Tanjiro asked, pulling the boy closer to himself while holding the cup to his lips.

Zenitsu became beet red as he harshly grabbed the cup from Tanjiro's hand and gulped it down in one "all done!"

Tanjiro was surprised but laughed the action off and started to make some general conversation with one of the girls before someone entered the room.

"Tanjiroo~" a feminine voice sang, but as he turned around. No one was there.

"Excuse me" Tanjiro bowed to the girl before exeting the room and looking for the source of the voice.

He looked down the hallway and heard several giggles, some whispers and shuffling noises coming from a nearby room which looked to be bigger than most.

"Hello? I'm sorry for the intrusion but I think you call- MHMP!" Tanjiro's words were suddenly muffled when he walked into the room to receive three pairs of hands over his mouth, torso and legs.

"Quickly come on!" One of the woman shouted, shoving the struggling Tanjiro into their bathroom and throwing a dress inside with him.

"Huh where am I?!" Tanjiro squeaked in surprise, knocking on the door childishly.

"We need you to put on the dress Tanjiro!" Makio exclaimed, prancing around the room joyfully as Suma and Hinatsuru watched.

"Mhm, pleaseee" they hummed on unison, pressing their faces near the key hole to see if he was putting it on.

"I don't think so..."

"Come on! We'll give you some rice balls~" they sang, anxiously waiting for a reply.

Contemplating the idea of food, Tanjiro couldn't really say no one could he?

"Fine, I'm taking it off right after though"

Squeals of happiness were heard behind the door and Tanjiro simply sighed, picking up the clothing from the floor and observing it.

It was rather lewd to be honest, and Tanjiro could think of nothing worse than to wear the garment.

It was a simple design really, and surprisingly modern.

It was a creamy coloured mesh dress which reached just above his knees, it had ruffles on the arms complimented with a delicate string bow.

"Are you done yet!"

"Yeah come on show up show us!"

Tanjiro sighed and pulled the dress down so it covered more skin before cautiously opening the door.

He was greeted with the three wives of Uzui Tengen. They were smiling in delight as they took turns in peeking their head outside of the door just in case Uzui was to come back earlier than usual.

"You look perfect Tanjiro!" Suma complimented, taking pride in her great choice of clothing which suited him perfectly.

"Guys guys he's here!" Makio hurriedly informed, sprinting away from the door and grabbing a stickey bow and pressing it onto Tanjiro's forehead before they shoved got in a line and positioned Tanjiro behind him so he couldn't be seen from the front.

"Hey what's happe-"

"Shhh" they said in unison just as the door creaked open.

"My girls I'm bac- uhhh... why are you all standing there like that?" Tengen asked confused, staring at his wives cheeky faces as they struggled to hold back laughter.

"We've got you a surprise!" Suma yelled, her face red from excitement.

"Oh really? What is it?" He asked intrigued, plopping down his swords to the floor as he crossed his muscular arms.

They looked at one another and shuffled to the side to reveal the both confused and flustered Tanjiro, his face took on a bright shade of red as he tried desperately to pull down the dress to cover his exposed legs.

Tanjiro didn't dare look up from the floor and fiddled with the hem of the material, his dark hair falling gracefully around his perfectly proportional facial features.

The dress clung mesmerisingly to his surprisingly feminine but toned body; pale and smooth skin on show as he shifted uncomfortably.

"Sooo what do ya think?" Suma chuckled, poking the stick on ribbon which was taped to Tanjiro's head.

Uzui stood there dumbfounded.

They really couldn't help it could they? You see, the three knew of Tengen's subtle admiration for Tanjiro and had also taken a liking to the boy. So they simply decided to help him express his feelings more by putting him on the spot.

And after all it was a positive for them because they liked Tanjiro just as much, however they were also looking forward to treating him like a literal doll to dress up  and play with.

"Come onnn look how cute he is~" Hinatsuru wined, creeping up behind the boy and squishing his warm cheeks together while resting her head on his shoulder.

"I-I'm so sorry for intruding I'll be off now" Tanjiro gently nudged off the woman and bowed to the man before attempting to slip out the doorway.

However a large hand gripped his upper arm before he could go any further.

"No, you can stay"
