on a hot summer day with the sun shining brightly without a cloud in sight, hybe is having a picnic today. le sserafim is the first group to arrive, loud gasps and a lot of 'woah's could be heard, each girl held a mini fan in her hand as the staff follows the group of five.

followed by the freshly debuted girl group is txt or also written as tomorrow x together. yeonjun immediately greeted the nah yung suk with a hand shake, his hands shaking as he couldnt believe his eyes.

after the boy group follows fellow members of enhypen. all seven boys wore white as to not let the sun get to them too much in their otherwise dark clothes. each bowed and the oldest held a fan in his hands.

fromis_9 was next to enter the grounds, enthusiastic as ever the girls made their way to their tent, making themselves comfortable as they talked together.

the large group of seventeen finally made their entrance and waved happily at the many cameras.  among them were also min hyun, baekho and fellow lee hyun.

one tent seems to be unoccupied and the other the six teams wonder who it might be but hearing the rowdy pushes and laughs of a group of five made them answer it themselves.

the boy group 4ever entered the grounds and went to their tent, greeting the newly debuted girls group with happy waves while they sit down between txt and enhypen's tent.

"why is there a seat free?" baihu wonders, looking at his friends as they shake their heads.

lucas playfully rolls his eyes as he points to who it was, "havent you listened to a word she said two days ago?"

juni barks out a laugh, quickly holding his hand in front of his mouth as he looks at elijah who had to laugh too.

"apparently it was the old dads who didnt, i perfectly remember it!" elijah states proudly, his hands on either side of his waist as he had a proud look on his face.

haru nods his head offhandly, "yeah, your right. we're so old, are you saying your heeseung hyung is a grandpa then? because he is older than all of us."

elijah's eyes widen as he looks to the left to check if the older male heard the conversation. to his luck he didnt and elijah send a glare to haru.

"here comes the star." lucas states, waving the girl over.

at the other side is a fairly tall girl, bowing to the staff that was present as she held a light blue fan in her hand. she wore a white pair of basketball shorts and a royal blue shirt to match with her stage name on it.

soloist julia officially enters the picnic grounds.

she had a happy smile on her face, sure the sun was making her feel hot but she thinks positive about it, knowing that in germany there wasnt that much sun these times when she still lived there.

her stylist and staff followed her as she follows her manager towards her place. while she walks by the older soloists tent she greets them politely and hoshi from seventeen holds his hand out for a high five as she passes.

she laughs as she passes enhypen, sending a playful wink to heeseung who rolls his eyes at her before she takes her seat within the rowdy group of five.

"julia, how was your trip here? i hope it was pleasant."

she blinks a few times before the two laugh, she hits his arm as she playfully scolds him, "yah! i told you to stop being so formal. i feel old as it is!"

he nods his head, rubbing his arm with fake hurt, "fine, but stop hitting me."

"haru hyung! julia noona and lucas hyung are flirting again!"

"elijah!" both scold which made the younger boy shut up quickly.

baihu looks forward as he stares at something, "we ran already..?"

it took the attention of the other five as they look to where he stares, seeing a purple banner from their sunbaenim bts saying, "we ran already. good luck, everyone."

"since you're all here, before we start, each team will enter one by one. you should come in when we play the music."

the five boys lean forward on the table, julia in the middle next to lucas and juni.

"what should we do?" baihu asks quickly, many ideas playing in his mind.

"just be who we are, right?" haru asks as he glances at julia.

she looks at him with a eyebrow raise, silently asking him what it was.

"julia noona.. are you going in with us or alone?"

"i'm not sure if i'm honest.." she says, turning to her manager who nods his head, silently answering her, "looks like i'm going in alone."

juni quickly nods his head, "i can hold your sign if you want and lucas can give you a hand for your entrance before your newest song plays."

she nods her head and gives him a smile, "yeah thats a good idea, thank you."

"should we try it out or.." lucas asks her but julia shakes her head.

"no, we'll do it on first try.. you can do that right..?"

lucas gives her a annoyed look, "of course i can!"

she nods her head, leaning forwards and looks towards heeseung and his friends. the two make eye contact and she tries her best not to laugh, she shuts her eyes as she sees his face that he always did when he tries not to laugh.

she looks away from him when she hears elijah call for her, looking to him he points to yeonjun who waved enthusiastically at her. she waves back and looks to the front before she stands up and quickly walks to him.

"have you anything planned?" he asks her, standing up from his chair to offer it to her.

"no i havent.. i just do it spontaneously as usual." she chuckles as she sits down on his chair as he squads next to her.

"you're good at that." he compliments, "are you free tomorrow? i saw this new ramen in 7eleven and i knew i had to ask you to come with me."

she laughs out loud as she nods her head, "i'm free, yes."

"good." he laughs with her.

seeing the producer looking around she stands up, "i'll go back now. break a leg!"

he gasps, his hand on his chest, "you want me to break a leg?"

she tsks, "of course." she says in sarcasm.

"from now on, you'll enter one by one." producer nah explains, "enjoy watching and support them."

"first of all, the first team. let me present you fromis_9!"

the girls stand up, all yelling out as their song plays. julia and the boys clap loudly as they cheer for them.

arriving in the middle they dance to their song 'stay with me ' before they all stand in a line, "the winner will be fromis_9!"

they all laugh in embarrassment but are happy to have done everything they planned to.

"next is tomorrow x together!"

the boys are clearing the table before their debut song plays and suddenly they throw the tables down and jump over it before they each do something random, yeonjun was using the towel like nunchucks and kai along with soobin roll on the floor. beomgyu uses their sign as a gun and makes sound effects and taehyun just stands behind them, ready to dance already.

the girls from le sserafim let out woahs as they didnt expect that and enhypen cheered them on before jay commented, "you took it to far!"

yeonjun performs a cartwheel and julia couldnt hide her embarrassment anymore, "you make it worse yeonjun!!!"

next was enhypen, their white outfits shining in the sun as jungwon holds their sign up proudly, the other members point forwards towards the camera while niki jumps on jay's back.

'blessed-cursed ' played and julia sings the lyrics as she loves that song. they all trot forward before they all to various things, running forward before taking their positions and doing their choreo.

while running forward their sign breaks that jungwon held which made julia crack up, not expecting that.

the five boys around her cheer loudly, clapping with all their might as julia yells out the lyrics.

the five boys she sits with stand up quickly, haru holding their sign before they walk into position, elijah acting as if he opens a door he knocked on, the four other boys waving brightly before they all stand up and walk forward the chorus playing of their title track 'one and only '.

many cheer loud, claps following as julia yells out the loudest, cheering each member on in her own way. she knew elijah and juni were nervous to do this so she gave them a pep talk before.

next was her turn, juni and lucas quickly run back to her, the latter positioning himself next to her as juni stands a few steps away

the intro of her debut track 'next level ' plays, before the song changes into her newest single 'illusion '.

using lucas's outstretched hands she gave herself a boost up, casually doing a back flip before she walks forward in slow motion, hand movements following as she performs the chorus of her song.

in the middle juni hands her sign to her and she waves it at the end with a bright smile, "감사합니다!" ﹙thank you!﹚

enhypen and txt clap the loudest along with 4ever as the girls cheer. heeseung yells out a, "you go julia!"

next was seventeen who move around quickly, grabbing the tall fans and various other things.

"seventeen. this isnt a variety show, this is just a picnic!"

their song plays and the group walk forward, the ones already finished cheer loud as le sserafim gets more nervous as they're going after them.

"ah, they're cheering for us!" 

suddenly the music changes into their song 'hot ', quickly acting like it is a perfect skit. standing rather close to the others they play another song, making the other artists clap with them until it abruptly stops.

the boys look around shocked before they playfully scold the producer.

"why did you stop the song there?"

"you're bad at editing the song!"

producer nah laughs as he sits criss cross apple sauce on the floor with his microphone, "but it was cool enough."

"you said its a picnic, but why are you giving us so much pressure? i was more nervous than when i prepared for MAMA!"

it was finally time for le sserafim, the girls stand up as chaewon holds their sign up. the five walk forwards like models as their song 'fearless ' plays.

kazuha does a split while holding on chaewon, before they do their choreo for the chorus.

julia cheers again, "you're so pretty!!" clapping in enthusiasm.

now the three soloists are standing up before they play 'love me ' from nu'est. lee hyun and the other two do finger hearts while he yells out, "ah, this is so embarrassing!"

the others laugh out before the three hold up a finger, standing still in front of the other 39 artists who were all waving their arms.

afterwards seventeen throws their shoes forwards as if it was a concert with flowers.

"the first hybe picnic has begun." everyone claps as he continues, "that was the 95 % of the opening ceremony. we only have 5 % left. for the opening address, he claims he provided the foundation. if sm has kangta, hybe has lee hyun."

the artists clap and cheer for him as he walks fowards, starting his speech with a echo performance before he gets serious, "lets have fun without injuries. this is the first time for everyone to gather.. when would we ever get a chance again to gather and have fun? lets do this!"

"fighting!!!"
