Aaron and Steve, in their suits, saw the helicopter Clint mentioned and ran towards it. However, a device hit the chopper, disabling it.

They look up and see Tony and Rhodey, in their Iton Man and War Machine suits respectively, land in front of them.

Tony: Wow, it's so weird how you run into people at the airport. (retracts his helmet and turns to Rhodey) You think that's weird?

Rhodey: Definitely weird.

Aaron was about to charge at Tony, but Steve stopped him and shook his head, telling him that now's not the time.

Steve: (to Tony) Hear me out, Tony. That doctor, the psychiatrist, he's behind all of this.

Suddenly, a figure in a Black Panther suit appeared, and Aaron knew who it was.

T'Challa: Captain, Flash.

Steve: Your Highness.

Tony: (to Steve and Aaron) Anyway, Ross gave me 36 hours to bring you in, that was 24 hours ago. Can you help a brother out?

Aaron: Over my dead body, asshole.

Tony: I get that you're upset...

Aaron: You're lucky I didn't drive your head into the tarmac right now!

Steve: Calm down, Aaron. (turns to Tony) You're after the wrong guy.

Tony: Your judgement is askew. Your old war buddy killed innocent people yesterday.

Steve: And there are 5 more Super Soldiers just like him. I can't let the doctor find them first, Tony, I can't.

???: Steve, Aaron...

Steve and Aaron turn to see Natasha walking towards them.

Natasha: You know what's about to happen. Do you really want to punch or run your way out of this one?

Aaron: (glares at Tony) If we have to...

Tony: (sighs) Alright, I've run out of patience. UNDEROOS!

A web got attached to Steve's shield and yanked it off him as another bit of web wrapped Steve's hands together.

They look to see a figure wearing red-and-blue spandex land in a spider-like position in front of them while holding the shield.

Aaron recognized the figure as Spider-Man, who recently appeared 6 months ago.

Another web landed and attached Aaron's left foot to the ground, and Aaron's eyes widened once he saw who is was.

It was Gwen in her Ghost Spider suit.

(A/N: Pretend it's the advanced suit Gwen wore in Age of Ultron)

Aaron glared at Tony angrily. It wasn't enough for him to give Ross Aaron's identity without permission, but he also turned one of his closest friends against him?!

Gwen looked at Aaron, then quickly looked away, avoiding eye contact with him.

Tony: (to Spider-Man) Nice job, kid.

Spider-Man: Thanks. Well, I could've stuck the landing al little better, it's just the new suit...It's nothing, Mr. Stark, it's perfect. Thank-

Gwen: Spider-Man...

Spider-Man: (turns to Gwen) Yeah?

Gwen: (aggressively) Shut the hell up!

Spider-Man: (sheepishly) Okay, sorry, Ghost.

Aaron noticed Gwen's aggression. She was never aggressive to anyone, so he figured that something really pissed her off.

And he figured that Tony had something to do with it.

Steve: You've been busy.

Tony: (turns to Steve and Aaron) And you've been complete idiots. Dragging in Clint, "rescuing" Wanda from a place she doesn't wanna leave, a safe place.

Aaron: If we're idiots, then you're the most idiotic man who ever lived, not to mention a hypocrite! If you really believe half the shit you're saying, (gestures to Gwen) you would've left her out of this!

Tony: I'm trying to keep...(takes a deep breath) I'm trying to keep you two from tearing the Avengers apart.

Steve: You did that when you signed.

Aaron: And made sure it can never be repaired when you betrayed the trust I had for you.

Tony: Alright, we're done. You're gonna turn Barnes over and you two are gonna come with us now, because it's us, not a squad of J-SOC guys with no compunction about being impolite! Come on.

Sam: (on comms) We found it. The quinjet's in Hanger 5, north runway.

Aaron: (to Tony) Go fuck yourself, Stark.

Steve raised his webbed hands up, signaling Clint to shoot it, freeing Steve's hands.

Aaron phases out of the webbing.

Steve: (into his comms) Alright, Lang.

Spider-Man: Hey guys, something-

Suddenly, Scott grew in size and kicked Spider-Man away while grabbing the shield.

Rhodey: W-W-What the hell was that?

Scott: (hands Steve the shield) I believe this is yours, Captain America.

Steve takes the shield.

Tony: Ah, crap. Alright, there's two in the parking deck, one of them's Wanda, I'm gonna grab her.

Aaron ran at Tony, but he was pushed away by a silver blur that he immediately recognized.

Aaron: (sighs) Dammit.

Pietro stopped in front of Aaron.

Pietro: Sorry, Aaron.

Aaron: (gets up) Yeah, me too.

They both charged at each other and attacked each other.

Aaron pushed Pietro away and went for a Spartan kick, but Pietro grabbed his leg and threw him into the ground hard.

Aaron: (groans)

Pietro: (smirks) You taught me that trick, remember?

Aaron: (groans) Remember rule number 4?

Pietro: No, not really.

Aaron immediately swept Pietro's legs, sending to the ground as Aaron got up and landed a kick to Pietro's face.

Aaron: Rule number 4: Don't get cocky.

He sped off and shoulder-barges T'Challa, sending him a few feet away.

Aaron: Sorry.

He sped off.

Meanwhile

Gwen was swinging around and saw Clint and Wanda running.

She immediately kicked Wanda away and attacked Clint.

Clint barely managed to keep up with Gwen.

Clint: (pants) Come on, Ghost. Why let Stark drag you into this? Aaron didn't want you to get involved in this.

Gwen stayed silent as she was about to hit Clint one more time, but Wanda used her powers and threw Gwen into a nearby truck.

Meanwhile

Rhodey pulled out a baton out of his back and prepared to attack Steve, who was currently fighting T'Challa.

Rhodey: Alright, Cap, this won't kill you, but it ain't gonna tickle, either.

Rhodey flew at Steve, but he was hit in the air by orange lightning.

Rhodey got up only to be met by Aaron kicking him away several feet.

Aaron: Sorry, Rhodey.

He sped off

Meanwhile

Natasha had just dealt with Scott when...

???: Hey.

Natasha turned to see Bobbi with both her batons in her hands.

Natasha: Hey.

Bobbi and Natasha simply stared each other down.

Natasha: I'm just doing what I think is right.

Bobbi: Yeah, I get that.

Natasha charged at Bobbi and tried to kick her, but Bobbi parried it away.

Bobbi swung her left arm at Natasha, but she grabs it. Bobbi simply headbutts her before hitting her in the head with one of her batons.

Bobbi: No hard feelings, right?

Natasha: None.

They both charge at each other and continued attacking each other.

They kept attacking each other before Natasha gained the upper hand by throwing a taser disk at Bobbi before uppercutting her.

Natasha was about to kick Bobbi in the head to knock her out, but Natasha's leg was grabbed by Aaron.

Natasha looked at Aaron in surprise, while he simply shrugs in response.

Natasha tried to punch him in the face, but he lets go of her leg and phases, forcing her fist to go through his head.

He immediately ran around her, swept her leg, and threw her into a truck.

Aaron: Sorry, Nat.

He turned to Bobbi and helped her up.

Bobbi: I had her on the ropes.

Aaron: That's debatable.

They ran until they met Clint and Wanda.

Clint: (points to the quinjet) There's our ride.

Steve: Come on!

Steve, Sam, Bucky, Aaron, Bobbi, Clint, Scott, and Wanda ran towards the quinjet until a yellow beam emerged from the sky and cut them off.

They look up and saw Vision floating in the sky.

Vision: Captain Rogers, Flash. I know you believe what you're doing is right. But for the collective good, you must surrender now.

Tony, Rhodey, Nat, Pietro, T'Challa, Gwen, Vision, and Spider-Man landed in front of them as the two factions stared each other down.

(A/N: Pretend Aaron and Bobbi (in their suits) are with Team Cap, while Gwen and Pietro (in their suits) are with Team Iron Man.)

Sam: What do we do, Cap?

Steve and Aaron looked at each other and nod before turning to the other faction.

Steve: We fight.

Both factions began walking towards each other, gradually increasing their pace until they begin jogging.

Eventually, they began sprinting towards each other, while Tony, Rhodey, Vision, Sam, and Wanda began flying, and Aaron and Pietro began sprinting without using their speed.

The two factions clash and begin fighting each other.

Steve and Tony clashed.

T'Challa and Bucky clashed.

Aaron and Gwen clashed, with Aaron not using his speed to avoid hurting her too much.

Wanda threw crates and other objects at Spider-Man, who expertly dodged them.

Pietro and Bobbi clashed, but he wouldn't use his speed against her, but he could keep up.

Suddenly, Aaron tackled Pietro into the ground as the two speedsters fought in a mix of silver blurs and orange lightning.

Short timeskip

The fight continued as Aaron, Bucky, and Steve hid behind come crates.

Bucky: We gotta go. The guy's probably in Siberia right now.

Steve: We gotta draw out the flyers and Pietro. Aaron'll take him, I'll take Vision, you get to the get.

Aaron: No, you're both getting to the jet.

Bobbi: (on comms) He's right. The rest of us aren't getting out of here.

Clint: (on comms) As much as I hate to admit it, if we're gonna win this one, some of us might have to lose it.

Sam: (on comms) This isn't the real fight, Steve.

Steve looked at Bucky and Aaron, with Aaron nods.

Steve: (into his comms) Alright, Sam, what's the play?

Sam: (on comms) We need a diversion. Something big.

Scott: (on comms) I got something kinda big, but I can't hold it very long. On my signal, run like hell. And if I tear myself in half, don't come back for me.

Bucky: (confused) He's gonna tear himself in half?

Aaron shrugs in response. He was just as confused as Bucky is.

Steve: (into his comms) You sure about this, Scott?

Scott: (on comms) I do it all the time. I mean, once...in a lab...and I passed out!

Aaron: (groans) Oh, great.

Suddenly, they see Scott, but he's grown to about 60 feet he grabbed Rhodey by his legs.

Aaron: HOLY SHIT!

Scott laughs in amazement.

Rhodey looks at what's holding him and gets the shock of his life.

Rhodey: (into his comms) Okay, tiny dude is big now! He's big now!

Steve, Bucky, and Aaron look at this is astonishment.

Steve: I guess that's the signal.

Sam: (on comms) Way to go, Tic Tac!

Scott prepares to throw Rhodey away

Tony: Give me back my Rhodey!

Sam kicks Tony away as Rhodey throws Rhodey away.

Gwen & Spider-Man: Got him!

They both web Rhodey and stop him from colliding with a plane before he flew towards Scott.

Aaron: (turns to Steve and Bucky) GO GO GO!

Aaron speeds off and attacks Pietro while Steve and Bucky run towards the quinjet.

While they were running, Rhodey notices them and noticed that Aaron was fighting Pietro.

Rhodey: (into his comms) I got O'Connor!

He flew towards Aaron and saw that he pushed Pietro away. Aaron was about to charge at Pietro when Rhodey stopped by firing a sonic cannon at him, forcing him to hold him head while screaming in agony.

Gwen noticed this and that's when she made a decision.

She webbed Rhodey and threw him into the ground hard.

Gwen ran towards and helped Aaron to his feet.

Gwen: You okay?

Aaron: Yeah, just a light migraine, I'll be fine.

He noticed that Gwen wasn't attacking him as she pulls out Aaron's inhibitor watch and a piece of paper attached with a web.

Gwen: When this is over, you grab Bobbi and get as far away from here as you can. Once you do, put the watch on and never take it off. This note will explain everything.

Aaron: (confused) Why are you helping me?

Gwen: (shrugs) Why shouldn't I help a friend?

Aaron smiles as he pockets the watch and the note before attacking Pietro again

Meanwhile

Bobbi had managed to stun T'Challa before Natasha pulled her to the side. Bobbi tried to hit her, but...

Natasha: Hey, hey, stop.

Bobbi stopped but still stared at Natasha, waiting for whatever Natasha's next move is.

Natasha: When this is over, you and Aaron need to get out of here.

Bobbi: (confused) What?

Natasha: I talked to Gwen. She probably gave him the inhibitor watch and a note with it already.

Bobbi: (confused) Wait, why are you helping me?

Natasha: I messed up, and I'm trying to make it right.

Bobbi: (sighs, then nods) Okay.

Natasha nods before running towards the quinjet.

Meanwhile

Rhodey: (on comms) Ghost Spider's gone rogue!

Tony: (into his comms) What?!

Rhodey: (on comms) I went for Aaron, but she just threw me into the ground and handed him something.

Tony: Damn it!

Meanwhile

Vision saw Steve and Bucky run towards the quinjet and phased through Scott.

Scott: (into his comms) SOMETHING JUST FLEW IN ME!

Vision emerged on the other side of Scott's body and fired a beam at the base of a watchtower near the hangar where the quinjet is, making it collapse.

It started to fall before Wanda used her powers to hold it, but Rhodey uses his sonic cannon to stop her, but Steve and Bucky made it into the hanger before the watchtower fell.

But they stopped when they saw Natasha stand in between them and the quinjet.

Natasha: You're not gonna stop.

Steve: You know I can't.

Natasha: I'm gonna regret this.

She aims her Widow's Bite at Steve before shifting her aim and shooting T'Challa, who had made it into the hangar as well, to slow him down.

Natasha: Go.

Steve nods before he and Bucky ran into the quinjet and fired up it engines as Natasha continued to slow T'Challa down.

Meanwhile

Tony, Rhodey, and Spider-Man were still dealing woth Giant Scott.

Spider-Man: (on comms) Hey guys! You seen that really old movie...Empire Strikes Back?!

Rhodey: (on comms) Jesus, Tony, how old is this guy?

Tony: (into his comms) I don't know, I didn't carbon date him, he's on the young side.

Spider-Man: (into his comms) You know that part...when they're on the snow planet...with the walking thingies?!

Rhodey and Tony noticed that Spider-Man was wrapping Scott's legs together.

Tony: (into his comms) Maybe the kid's onto something.

Rhodey: (on comms) High now, Tony, go high!

Tony and Rhodey fly up to Scott's face and punch him at the same time, knocking him down.

Spider-Man: (on comms) YES! (laughs) THAT WAS AWES-

Scott inadvertently smacked Spider-Man into the ground, knocking him out. He fell down on his back before shrinking down to his normal size and taking off his mask.

Scott: (into his comms) Does anyone have any orange slices?

Meanwhile

Steve had began flying the quinjet out of the hangar before T'Challa managed to reach it.

Tony and Rhodey see it and fly after it, and Sam follows them.

Rhodey: (on comms) Vision, I got a bandit on my six.

Sam fires some small rockets at Tony and Rhodey.

Rhodey: (on comms) Vision! Do you copy? Target his thruster, turn him into a glider.

Vision fires a beam straight at Sam's thruster, but Sam ducks out of the way just in time...

But the beam instead hit Rhodey's arc reactor, disabling his suit as if fell limp towards the Earth, which Tony noticed.

Tony: (into his comms) Rhodey?

He doesn't get a response as he and Sam flew towards Rhodey, hoping to catch him before he hits the ground.

But they were too far.

Tony: (into his comms) RHODES!!!

Rhodey got closer and closer to the ground...

But he was caught by Aaron before he hit the ground.

Aaron pried Rhodey's mask open and put his ear close to his mouth as he heard him breathing.

Aaron: (sighs) Oh, thank God.

Tony landed near Aaron and retracted his helmet as he aimed his repulsor at Aaron.

Aaron: He's fine, he's just unconscious.

Tony wasn't so sure, so he had to check.

Tony: (to FRIDAY) Read vitals.

FRIDAY: Heartbeat detected. Emergency medical is on its way.

Tony: Any major injuries?

FRIDAY: None that I can find.

Tony sighed in relief as he looked at Aaron as Sam landed near them.

Tony: Thank you.

Aaron: I didn't do it for you, Stark.

He speeds off before anyone could say anything.

He found Bobbi and Gwen just conversing.

Aaron: Hey.

Bobbi saw Aaron and ran towards him before hugging him tightly.

Bobbi: Oh, thank God you're okay. You scared the hell out of me when you ran off. What'd you even run for?

Aaron: Saving Rhodey. Vision took his suit out by accident...Rhodey could've died from the fall, and I couldn't let that happen.

Bobbi: (chuckles) Always the hero.

Aaron chuckles before pecking Bobbi's lips.

Gwen: As much as I would like to watch the love you two have for each other, you need to go before the Task Force shows up.

Aaron: (nods) Thank you, Gwen.

He held the back of Bobbi's neck before they turned to Gwen

Bobbi: What about Stark? I don't think he's fond of you going rogue.

Gwen: I honestly have zero shits to give about what Stark thinks.

Aaron and Bobbi chuckle at Gwen's response.

Gwen: Be safe, you two.

Aaron: Yeah, you too. Keep LA safe for me, yeah?

Gwen: I will.

Aaron nods before he and Bobbi speed off to who knows where.
