Morning soon came around as Lillie was fast asleep on the air mattress, she made a tired hum as she was holding her plush bunny close to her and she seemed rather peaceful as she slept since it was much more comfortable than the cardboard bed she had been sleeping on the past few nights.

Lillie began to wake up and she remembered the events of yesterday before she looked around, seeing that her surroundings were not a dream and she rubbed at her eyes a bit. "So it actually happened..?" Lillie mumbled, looking around Mikey's room curiously while she sat up.

Mikey's room had some graffiti painted about the walls, there was different varieties of art supplies in the room ranging from spray paint, water colors, oil pastels, alcohol markers and even a few different supplies for arts and crafts around the room as there was also a few string lights strung about inside his room or outside the room.

Lillie got up from the air mattress and she stretched a little before she took a glance at the hammock to see that Mikey was still asleep, the box turtle gave a tired hum as he nuzzled his pillow.

Lillie then looked back to her backpack and she thought to herself quietly for a moment, she wanted to run away from the turtle's but for some reason she couldn't bring herself up to run away yet again for who knows how many times now before she looked away and her memory flashed her back to what Jason had told her before they separated their ways.

"Stay out of sight and don't come find me, protect the chip."

Those words echoed in the child's head and Lillie gripped the bottom of her shirt softly as she had to at least try and take it as a misson, one that she couldn't ever afford to fail.

She wiped her eyes and Lillie gave a shaky sigh but kept her composure, she took another look over at Mikey and she had remembered how kind each of the brothers gave her such kindness and helped her which gave her a small idea.

After about half an hour, Mikey woke up and checked his alarm clock to see what time it was as he stretched a little with a tired hum. It was around 9:35 and Mikey sat up as he figured that a bit of extra sleep wouldn't be an issue before he put his orange mask on, yawning as he then looked over at the air mattress but saw Lillie was gone.

"Lil's?" Mikey got out of his hammock and he ran out of his room as he looked around, he then checked the other rooms of the lair as Leo was in the kitchen with Raph since Leo was making some tea for himself while Raph was eating the second to last of the poptarts as the two looked over at Mikey who poked his head into the doorway. "Morning Mikey, what's up?" Leo asked.

"Want some poptarts?" Raph asked, waving the last package of poptarts to his little brother as Mikey shook his head no. "Not now guys, I can't find Lillie anywhere..!" Mikey exclaimed.

"Is she not here?" Leo asked, he seemed a bit puzzled where the kid could have gone and Raph immediately felt his big brother senses going haywire while Mikey had worry spreading across his face. "I woke up and checked the bed, she wasn't there!" Mikey claimed.

"Look, let's try and relax. Maybe she's just playing hide and seek." Leo said, trying to brighten up the mood as Raph however picked up an aroma as he set the poptarts aside which caught Mikey and Leo's attention. "You guys smell that?" Raph asked.

"Is it your worry stink?" Leo joked, he looked at Raph but soon smelled the aroma too and it definitely didn't belong to Raph, Mikey smelled it as well and he looked around as the smell had a more sweet note to it.

"Nope.. this is a more sugary sweet scent.." Mikey said, Raph started to follow the direction of the scent and Leo and Mikey followed as it lead outside the lair and they saw Lillie coming back as she carried a medium sized white box in her arms, the smell came from the box she carried around.

"Lillie!" Mikey ran over to her and Lillie looked over at the orange masked turtle as Raph and Leo trailed behind Mikey, Mikey checked Lillie for any injuries and Lillie gave a cute whine when Mikey did so. "Are you okay? Are you alright? You hurt?" Mikey asked, throwing one question after the next.

"Easy Mike, look at her. There's not a scratch on her.." Leo tried to calm down his little brother and patted his shell softly as Mikey sighed mentally but held Lillie's shoulders, looking back at Lillie after glancing at Leo. "We got worried about you Lil's.." Mikey said.

"Yeah, why did you go out on your own?" Raph asked, Lillie didn't say anything as she then held up the box in front of Mikey. Mikey moved his hands back from Lillie's shoulders and took ahold of the box the child gave him, he got back up and Leo opened the box as the trio saw that inside the box was delicious pastries and even fresh doughnuts.

"Oh ho, yeah! Awesome!" Leo said, he was a bit surprised that the kid went out on her own like that but it also surprised him that the kid went out to get them something like this.

"Are these for us?" Mikey asked, looking down at Lillie and Lillie stayed quiet but she gave a nod as Mikey used one hand to softly pat Lillie's head, he was more careful not to accidentally cause any triggers around Lillie that could scare her after what had seen and told about yesterday. "Lillie, that's really sweet of you but you can't just go off on yer own like that. You could have gotten hurt." Raph said.

Lillie sighed mentally but she nodded in understanding and she then followed the brothers back into the lair as they went back to the kitchen where they found Donnie, the soft shell looked exhausted after pulling off another all nighter as he held a purple mug full of fresh coffee. "Donnie, you really need to sleep." Raph said.

"I'll sleep when I'm dead. Work doesn't finish itself you know." Donnie mumbled tiredly, he drank some coffee and he shivered a bit when the caffeine kicked in before he took notice of the box in Mikey's hands. "What's that about?" Donnie asked, motioning to the box with one hand.

"Lillie went out and got us something new for breakfast, at least try and act excited Dee." Leo said, Mikey set down the box on the table as the brothers got whichever pastry or doughnut they wanted and Lillie went to leave them be as Raph looked over the kid.

"Aren't you gonna come eat with us?" Raph asked, Lillie stopped in her tracks and she looked over at the snapper with her bright orange eyes. "You want me to?" Lillie asked.

"What kind of question is that? Of course!" Leo said, he smiled a little and Lillie was hesitant but she walked back over to them. The brothers got to eat their breakfast with Lillie as Lillie quietly nibbled on a sweet strawberry jam pastry while she looked down at her lap, she sat in between Leo and Mikey.

Mikey looked down at Lillie and he remembered that the kid still needed to answer the question that they didn't finish yesterday when Donnie questioned the kid.

"These are pretty good, where'd you get them?" Leo asked, finishing off a second doughnut as he glanced down at Lillie who snapped out of her train of thought, she looked up at Leo before she looked away. "Still nervous huh? Its no rush kiddo." Leo said, he had a feeling that Lillie was still a bit scared about being around them.

"If you two are done talking, me and Lillie still need to resume our discussion after yesterday's breakdown." Donnie said, he looked at Leo and Leo looked over at his twin as Lillie tensed up a bit from the thought of her breakdown when Donnie asked her about the chip.

Mikey picked up on how Lillie tensed up when Donnie had brought up the situation and he softly rubbed Lillie's back to calm her down and relax, he then looked to Donnie for a moment. "Is it okay if I tag along? Lil's is still shaken up." Mikey said.

"Very well. Come along, the sooner we get through this, the sooner Lillie can feel more comfortable in her own space." Donnie said, he finished off his coffee and set the mug down as he got up while he headed to the lab with Mikey following and he made sure that Lillie followed him after Lillie finished her breakfast.

The trio went to the lab and Donnie checked the notes he had taken yesterday once he got there, he sighed mentally as Mikey pulled up a chair for Lillie to sit in as he got one too and he kept the kid company and made her feel much more at ease.

Lillie climbed up into the chair and Mikey helped her so she didn't struggle too much as Donnie sat down in his chair as well, having his notes at the ready once more.

"Alright, continuing the questions that I had prepared. We stopped at the final one which I will ask again. Why did you have the computer chip on you?" Donnie asked, he looked over at Lillie and he saw the kid grip her sleeves and he gave a look to Mikey and nodded. Mikey understood and he comforted Lillie as best he could so the kid could try and talk to them. "It's okay Lillie, take your time." Mikey said.

"I... I was just doing what Kendra said. It was just a mission, I-I promised not to fail. Sh..She.." Lillie trembled and a few tears pricked at her eyes as she looked rather terrified, she didn't know it but she was spiraling into a panic attack as Lillie felt her heart racing in her chest like she had ran a marathon three times and she tightly gripped her shirt.

She began to take rather quick but shaky breaths as her vision grew blurry for a moment while Mikey immediately grew concerned, he and Donnie went to Lillie as Donnie was in front of Lillie and he had handled panic attacks himself, they were not fun at all so seeing the kid like this admittedly hurt him. "Lil's, it's okay..!" Mikey said.

"You're okay, look you're safe here." Donnie said, he took notice of Lillie's more scared and frantic state as he remembered what his brothers would do to help him with panic attacks, he had to be out of his comfort zone yet again so he carefully held Lillie's forearms as Lillie jolted but looked at the soft shell.

"Look at me, just breathe. In and out." Donnie showed Lillie how to take calming breaths and Mikey did too to show Lillie how to calm down.

Lillie panted but she slowly caught on as she took calming breaths as she shakily sighed, slowly calming down as Donnie held her forearms. She managed to calm down and Donnie sighed mentally but moved his hands back while Mikey rubbed Lillie's back gently. "You okay Lillie? Was that question too much?" Mikey asked.

"A little.." Lillie mumbled, she looked away and she felt bad that she couldn't tell them without her trauma attacking her like that.

"Just tell us what you can remember, if it's too much for you to handle then we can stop." Donnie said, he went back to his seat and Lillie nodded in understanding.

Mikey kept comforting Lillie and reassured her that he and Donnie would help her if she had a panic attack again, Lillie glanced at Mikey but nodded as she took a breath but recalled the event as best as she could for them.

"She- I mean.. Kendra told us that we were going to get a special kind of computer chip, from what Jase explained to me is that this computer chip can build up more code and even upgrade itself, it can con.. confi.." Lillie tried to say the word for it but seemed puzzled how say it.

"You mean it's able to configure itself somehow?" Donnie asked, he caught on how Lillie struggled to say the word so he had corrected her as Mikey seemed puzzled however what it meant.

"Is that bad?" Mikey asked, he looked at Donnie as Lillie looked at the two for a moment while Donnie gave a soft sigh. "Unfortunately so, if Kendra got ahold of the computer chip then she could use it to modify whatever new form of tech she makes even stronger than before." Donnie said.

"When we left the lab, that's when we saw you guys.. Jase was able to catch the chip but when we got blasted back, we fell off the rooftop." Lillie explained, she gripped her sleeves a bit as Donnie remembered the blast that stopped him and Leo from reaching the kid and Jason as he shocked that Lillie had to endure a hard fall like that.

"Jason gave me the chip and told me that it was a game, to hold onto the chip for as long as I can. Jase told me to stay out of sight and protect the chip." Lillie felt more tears pricking at her eyes and Mikey comforted Lillie while Donnie was certainly surprised that one of the dragons helped Lillie escape and get to safety like that.

"So Kendra is much more determined to get her hands on this than I thought.." Donnie mumbled to himself and he then typed up what Lillie told him into his notes as he gave a soft sigh before looking back at Mikey and Lillie.

"Thank you Lillie, it's probably hard to talk about this sort of thing.. but your information about this could be proven useful. We aren't going to let Kendra obtain the chip." Donnie said.

Lillie gave a nod and Mikey helped Lillie down from her chair as he held a hand out for her. "C'mon Lil's, let's go paint for a while." Mikey said, Lillie gave a nod and she gently grabbed Mikey's hand as she walked out of the lab with the orange masked turtle but she glanced at Donnie for a moment.

Donnie looked at Lillie and saw her looking back at him before she and Mikey left the lab as he had noticed something however, he had been told by Mikey that each person had a way to express themselves and usually some could tell by a person's eyes or facial expressions.

When he looked at Lillie's eyes, he saw quite a bit of fear, sadness and trauma. Donnie turned around in his chair and he thought to himself quietly before he did a quick search on his computer as he hated to think of that possibility about what could have happened between Lillie and Kendra but it seemed to be the only explanation why the kid freaked out. He looked at the computer screen as the search results popped up for what could be happening.
