"What do you mean she's trying to start trouble between you two?" Chloe said.

"Right?" I sighed, "All because I was unhappy in the marriage and because of things not working out between us, she wanted to cause nothing but unnecessary drama. TMZ has already released an article online about the divorce and fans are coming after me like I murdered someone. How did they find that out when I've never released a single statement about the issue?"

"Listen Joe. All Galina is wanting right now is to cause you issues regarding your career and the marriage that you both used to have because she's hurt over the whole divorce ordeal."

"I just wish that she'd stop being so fucking petty because I just want to focus on my career and among other things right now."

"I understand that, but what she's doing isn't right because you have an image to maintain and although I don't understand wrestling as much as my best friend, I know that you have a reputation and I believe that she's trying to ruin your life."

"I really don't need this from her, Chloe." I huffed, "I just want to move on and not have to worry about her anymore."

"I can't blame you. I haven't even met her and I'm already annoyed at the fact she's causing you nothing but trouble."

"I really can't stand her anymore."

I remained seated on the couch and placed my hands over my face in defeat. I felt like this bitch was going to ruin my entire career in the WWE all because she's upset about the divorce.

If she really wanted to make this marriage between the both of us work, she would've went to marriage counseling with me and focused on the important matters. But instead, the resorted to manipulation and becoming more toxic to not only herself, but on what used to be our marriage.

The room remained silent for awhile until I felt the seat next to me beginning to sink and it was Chloe.

"I'm here for you, Joe." She said, reeling me into a hug, "I'm so sorry that you're going through this. You did the right thing and left before things worsened."

"I appreciate it. I'm just disappointed in what she's become and she never used to be like this, Chloe. I wonder what caused her to change?"

"I don't know, but how about we focus on something more important like watching a movie or two and enjoying the Tim Horton's that I bought for the both of us?" She smiled.

"This stuff looks delicious." I licked my lips, admiring the delicacy that's sitting right in front of me.

"What are we waiting for? Let's enjoy ourselves for awhile."

Chloe and I spent the next few hours devouring the Tim Horton's food and coffee whilst watching a few movies together on the couch. I was enjoying her company more than ever and I couldn't ask for a better friend; other than Colby, of course.

During the evening, I wanted to walk around Toronto with Chloe while I was in town for awhile before heading out to my next show that WWE had me scheduled for. I was taking in the moment in pure bliss.

While I was out with Chloe and inching closer to making it over to the mall, I received a call from Colby and he seemed cheerful.

"Joe! I'm so happy that you answered because guess what?"

"What's up?" I smiled.

"You and I have a little feud against each other leading up to the Royal Rumble!"

"Really? I can't wait to see where that takes the both of us."

"It's not like we haven't had a feud before, brother." He cackled.

"Well in that case, consider me ready as ever."

"Will do. We start our little feud next week."

After hanging up with Colby, Chloe was patiently waiting for me to hang up while checking her social media.

"Who was that?"

"Colby. You may know him as Seth Rollins, if you met him that night."

"Oh yeah, I definitely met him and my best friend loves him to death."

I chuckled, "I'm sure that she does. Anyways, are we heading into the mall or nah?"

"I'm down. Where would you wanna go?"

"How about Spencer's?" I curved a smile.

"How about no." She laughed.

"Aw come on, why not? I wasn't going to take you to the back of the store where the sexual stuff is located. I wanted to look at some of the other things inside of the store."

"Sure, sure." She said, sarcastically with a smile on her face.

We both left the car and made our way inside of the mall. I decided to go under cover and threw on a dark grey jacket on with the hood over my head and some sunglasses so nobody could recognize me almost immediately.

"You look amazing in that jacket, Joe."

"Thanks. I don't want to be recognized and then have to deal with the massive paparazzi and TMZ bombarding me and asking about my divorce."

"I understand completely."

We walked inside of the Spencer's and I was gazing around the shirts and horror things. However, I took a notice to Chloe eyeballing a Stranger Things blanket that they had inside of the store and she looked at it with awe.

"Do you want that?"

"Yeah, but I can pay for it myself Joe. I have a job, you know." She laughed.

"Nah, let me take it from here. It's the least I could do."

"You don't have to..."

I interrupted her, "Well, I want to and I'll be more than glad to. Money isn't an issue with me."

I took the blanket and paid for that along with some shirts before heading out of the store with Chloe at my side. Of course, we rushed around and wandered over to the other stores for the time being.

Today has been wonderful with Chloe. Getting to know her more and what she likes has me smiling from ear-to-ear and that hasn't happened to me in awhile.

After we finished shopping, we made our way back to the house and she was so excited to fall asleep after getting the new blanket and I couldn't help but to smile at her.

"I can tell that you love the new blanket."

"Of course I do! I've been looking everywhere for this specific one. Considering the fact that it's sold out everywhere online and I didn't think to head over to the Spencer's and look for it."

"I'm glad you love it. After getting to know you for awhile, I can tell that you're in love with that show."

"I love getting to know you more, too, Joe." She warmly looked over at me with a smile and we started to finish off the night watching a classic Disney movie on the TV called The Aristocats.

"It's been years since I've watched a Disney movie. I didn't know you loved watching these."

"I believe that every girl loves Disney movies, Joe." She laughed.

After finishing the movie, it was finally time to get some rest for the night and I laid down on the couch.

"Goodnight, Joe. I had so much fun earlier today with you."

"Goodnight Chloe. I had a lot of fun with you too." I smiled.

After she went to her bedroom and fell asleep for the night, I couldn't get over how cute she was when it came to her love for both Stranger Things and Disney movies. It was adorable.
