Finally, Y/N exclaimed, "Mr. Choi has given me the green light to go to Seoul!" Her excitement was palpable, but it quickly dimmed when she heard the response, "Y/N, he didn't really give you permission; he was just teasing you." Y/N maintained her smile, insisting, "No, he made it seem like a joke, but he actually allowed me to go." As she spoke, her grandmother watched with tears welling up in her eyes, overwhelmed by emotion. "You know, Y/N, I used to comfort you whenever you cried, and now it feels like my Y/N is leaving me for good." Y/N turned to her grandmother, noticing the tears streaming down her face. "Oh, Granny, please don’t cry! Be happy! We’re going to be rich soon, I promise!"
Yuna, sitting nearby, looked at Y/N with concern. "Y/N, what if you’re not one of the three contestants?" Y/N smiled reassuringly and replied, "Yuna, I’m confident I’ll be chosen. Even if I’m not, I’ll still be happy. What’s the harm in trying? Remember how Granny always told my mom I was their lucky charm?" Yuna turned away, still anxious. "But Y/N, Mr. Choi is investing a lot of money in you. Wouldn’t it be unfair if you didn’t get selected?" she said, gazing at the sky. Y/N responded firmly, "You just have to believe in me. I promise I’ll make it!" Just then, they heard a snoring sound and realized Granny had fallen asleep. They both laughed through their tears. "Let’s get her inside," Yuna suggested. "We should ask Younjae for help," Y/N added. They headed to Younjae's room, only to find him secretly chatting and smiling. "Oh, my brother is in love!" Yuna teased. Younjae quickly ended his call, stuttering, "W-what are you doing in my room?" Y/N chimed in, "Younjae, am I about to gain a sister-in-law?" His cheeks flushed with embarrassment.
Younjae sighed, "Um... no, we don't have any money right now. I need to earn some first before I can think about getting married." Yuna and younjae exchanged playful glances, both teasing him with a lighthearted "HmMmMm~~." Just then, a loud thud echoed through the room, startling them. "YOUNJAEEE... PLEASE HELP GRANNY TO BED!" came a voice that made Younjae stare blankly . "Is this really my daily responsibility?" he questioned, looking a bit overwhelmed. Yuna quickly interjected, "Can we save the chit-chat for later? Granny must have woken up by now." With a sudden realization, Younjae nodded, "Oh right, let's go!"
Meanwhile, Granny was having her own little adventure. "Ugh, these mosquitoes are relentless! I didn't even realize I fell asleep," she muttered, trying to swat them away. "Where was I? Oh yes, I picked out the most beautiful dress for the wedding. Your grandfather looked so dashing too! We even chose the church together, and he was such a romantic," she reminisced, lost in her thoughts. Suddenly, she remembered her princesses. "Oh dear, they must be in my room. I should go check," she said, getting up. Moments later, Yuna, Y/n, and Younjae rushed in, with Yuna expressing her frustration, "See, I told you to hurry! She's gone!" Younjae, relieved, joked, "Well, at least I’m safe today; I would have hurt my back again otherwise." Y/n, annoyed, pulled his ear, reminding him, "Have some respect; she’s your grandmother!" Younjae retorted, "But I’m your older brother; you should respect me!" Y/n rolled her eyes and left the terrace, while Yuna and Younjae exchanged goodbyes before retreating to their rooms. As the night settled in, everyone was either sleeping, chatting with their partners, or sneaking snacks from the fridge, creating a cozy atmosphere filled with laughter and warmth.

I woke up early today, knowing I have a flight to Seoul. With our show just four days away, it’s crucial for me to be there at least five days in advance since I’m the CEO. However, I had to postpone my flight, which was originally scheduled for yesterday, due to some pressing work commitments. As I was packing my things, which my mom had neatly organized for me the day before, my phone rang unexpectedly. I glanced at the screen and saw that it was *Jennie* calling. I switched to speaker mode while continuing to fold my clothes.
"HELLO," I answered, trying to keep my tone casual. "HELLO TAEEE," she replied cheerfully. "DO YOU NEED ANYTHING?" I asked, curious about her call. "AHH.. NO NO.... I JUST WANTED TO SAY BEST OF LUCK FOR YOUR SHOW," she said, and I appreciated the sentiment. "THANKS," I replied, feeling a bit awkward. "BTW..... WHICH HOTEL YOU'RE STAYING IN?" she inquired. "WHY?" I asked, slightly suspicious. "I WILL BE ATTENDING IT AS WELL," she revealed, and I felt a mix of surprise and annoyance. "OHH.... SIGNIEL SEOUL," I responded, realizing I would have to see her there. "OHH OKKK BYEE TAEE SEE YOU THERE," she said before hanging up. "BYE," I muttered as the call ended. I sighed, feeling a strange tension. The more I try to distance myself from her, the more she seems to cling on. It’s frustrating to think that I’ll have to face her at the show, but that’s just how my life seems to go.
I was hastily shoving my belongings into my bag when I caught sight of my sister standing in the doorway. "Wow, what's going on with you?" she asked, her voice laced with concern. "Nothing," I replied curtly, trying to brush off her worry. She leaned in closer, her expression shifting to one of mock seriousness. "Who upset you? Just tell me his name, and I’ll make sure he regrets it. I’ll choke him, chop him into pieces, and toss him in the river!" Her dramatic flair made me chuckle. "I wish you could do that... She's just so annoying," I admitted. "Wait, SHE? You have a girlfriend? I’m so disappointed! I had someone in mind for you, but I guess that’s out the window now," she said, pretending to cry. "No, no! It's Jennie! You know, the one who met my mom once and calls herself my fiancée, and I don’t even know her favorite color!"
"Don’t worry, I won’t let that witch get anywhere near you!" she exclaimed, but I couldn’t help but laugh again. "You can keep that to yourself; she’s already booked her ticket and will be at my show. We’ll be staying at the same hotel," I said, watching her expression shift to shock. "Wait, so you actually told her where you’re staying?" she asked, her eyes wide. I nodded, confused by her reaction. "Yeah, of course." She shot me a glare and said, "You should have given her the wrong hotel name! If she asked why, you could have said they changed it last minute!" I stood there, dumbfounded, realizing I hadn’t thought of that. "By the way, which hotel are you at?" she asked. "Signiel Seoul," I replied. "Okay, thanks! Bye! See you downstairs," she said, and I just rolled my eyes, knowing this was far from over.

Eunbi hurried into her room right after she asked her brother for the name of the hotel. The truth was, she only needed the name because she had a best friend who could assist her with anything she needed. However, her feelings towards Jennie were crystal clear; she absolutely despised her. It was evident that Eumbi wanted her best friend to marry her brother instead of that "witch," as she referred to Jennie. The thought of Jennie staying at the same hotel made her blood boil, and she was determined to do something about it.
Her best friend was also planning to stay at the hotel, and coincidentally, her room would be right next to her brother's. Eumbi was resolute; she would go through with her plan regardless of what anyone thought. She quickly opened her laptop and navigated to the hotel’s website, typing in her brother's business name until she found his room number—316. To her delight, she discovered that the room next door was vacant, which meant her best friend could occupy room 317. With excitement, she grabbed her credit card, entered the details, and saved the reservation under the name "Choi y/n." Feeling triumphant, she closed her laptop and dashed downstairs, thinking to herself that she would show everyone who her brother truly belonged to.

BAEK HOUSE :
After finishing my packing, I made sure to charge my phone completely. Naturally, I planned to capture every single moment of the trip, from the delicious food to the adorable pets, and of course, the show itself. I was especially excited about taking a selfie with my favorite star, Jackson Wang. As I was daydreaming about all the fun ahead, I noticed Yuna standing nearby with a rather blank expression on her face. "Wow, you must be thrilled to meet Jackson," she remarked, a hint of jealousy in her voice. I couldn't help but tease her a little, saying, "Aww, is my baby feeling jealous? Don't worry, I'll be back before you know it!" I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek before heading downstairs, my heart racing with excitement.
Just as I was about to step out, my phone buzzed with a notification that caught my attention. It read, "Dear user, your reservation at Signiel Seoul has been confirmed. You will be staying in Room 317. Please show this message along with the code Qw23FTR01 upon your arrival. Thank you!" I quickly looked up the price of the hotel and was taken aback to see it was a staggering 150,587 won! I was about to message Yuna to express my shock when I noticed her text pop up. She explained, "I booked the room for you, and you should receive a notification. If you don't, just let me know, and I'll sort it out through my brother. And by the way, don’t ask about the price; I know it’s high, but I had my reasons. See you soon, and travel safely!" A smile spread across my face as I read her message. Aisshh, this girl is amazing, and I can't wait to do something special for her in the future.
I heard footsteps echoing through the hallway, and soon enough, Uncle Yong appeared as he made his way down the stairs. "Best of luck, my dear! I hope you enjoy yourself and come out victorious in the show. My thoughts and prayers are with you, so don’t worry too much," he said with a warm smile. I wrapped my arms around him tightly, feeling grateful. "This is all thanks to you! If you hadn’t convinced him, I wouldn’t even have the chance to visit Seoul. I promise I’ll do something special for you in the future." He shook his head gently, urging me to focus on my own journey. "No, y/n, concentrate on yourself. Your father has already done so much for us. Just keep your mind on your luck and the game, alright?"
As I prepared to leave, I reassured him, "Okay, bye! Just don’t worry about me, alright?" Yuna chimed in, "No, no, we’re not worried about you; we’re more concerned about the people there and what might happen to them once you arrive." I shot her an annoyed glance, but soon enough, laughter filled the room. I embraced everyone one last time before heading to the hall. When I glanced back, I noticed that everyone was in tears except for my aunt, but I brushed it off. Upon entering the hall, I spotted Mr. Baek lounging on the sofa with a book covering his face. "I know you’re not really asleep," I said softly. "Thank you for giving me this chance to try my luck. I promise I’ll win the prize. I may not be the perfect daughter, but to me, you’re the best dad. I love you." As I turned to leave, a tear slipped down Mr. Baek's cheek, and he lowered the book to watch me go. "Goodbye, princess. I hope you win," he whispered, his voice filled with emotion.

AT THE AIRPORT :
Y/n was busy capturing every moment on her phone, excited about her first-ever airplane journey. She wanted to document this special experience, so she decided to record everything as a keepsake. However, her flight was delayed by two hours, leaving her with some extra time to kill. Standing near a coffee shop, she searched for snacks to pass the time. Before she left home, her Uncle Yong had given her some money to spend, so she treated herself to a cup of coffee and an ice cream sandwich. This combination was something she swore by, claiming it was the best snack ever, and she encouraged everyone to try it at least once.
As she sat down to enjoy her coffee, Y/n began recording various selfies and moments, from a close-up of her makeup to a casual outfit check. While scrolling through her photos, she suddenly spotted a familiar face in the crowd. Panic set in as she wondered if it was the same guy she had encountered before. Was he following her? He looked sharp in a tuxedo, but doubts crept in. Unsure of his intentions, she decided it was best to leave the area. Meanwhile, Taehyung, whose flight was also delayed, was simply there to grab a quick snack and had no idea Y/n was nearby. He ordered an ice cream sandwich, completely oblivious to her presence. As Y/n hurried away, she accidentally bumped into another girl, who exclaimed in annoyance, "Ouch! Can't you watch where you're going?"
